Abyssal Sovereign: The Demon's Dominion
Chapter 315 - 314 : HIM
"Argh… what happened?" Michael opened his eyes. Just a moment ago, he had sent his clone to fight the Original Sins clone at Rank 3. He had been preparing to rest but even a Rank 6 angel could rest easily.
As Michael muttered his complaints, his expression suddenly froze.
"Another one?" Michael whispered, stunned.
You must understand any demon mentioned by the Book of Life and Death or the Book of Good and Evil would inevitably become a Rank 6 demon in the future. And this one came from the so-called Primordial Demon Race.
"Hmm… many geniuses have risen over time, yet only a few make it," Michael said, dismissing the thought as he waved his hand. "It's enough that he's being hunted, but for us to wake? Too much."
Just then, the Book appeared before Archangel Michael, expanding to a convenient size.
<He is more dangerous than them.>
A cold, ancient voice spoke, and Michael instantly became solemn. This book was an artifact born at the same time as Heaven itself. It rarely spoke but now, it spoke for this demon. Who or what was he?
"How so? Show me what makes him so terrifying," Michael commanded, his deep voice steady.
<name: Void, origin name: Osiris ****; rest unknown>
<feats: At Rank 0, he destroyed an entire low-level planet and gained a terrifying blessing from the Abyss. At Rank 1, he was one of the fastest demons to pass through Rank 1. At Rank 2, he mastered all elements faster than any demon. At Rank 3, he created a terrifying universe with potential to become a multiverse, and at peak Rank 3, he defeated a low-level Death Angel at the Quasi-Rank 4 realm. At Quasi-Rank 4, he killed
a veteran Quasi-Rank 4 angel effortlessly and easily defeated five quasi rank4 angels.>
<abilities: Wields the Nameless Sword, containing nine holes corresponding to all ranks in existence. Grade: Boundless, unknown. Mastered the Fire Origin to its peak. Knowledge of all laws. Near mastery of Death and Destruction Origins. Primordial Demon Body mastered to 10%. Protected by the Abyss, which separated part of itself to form a dangerous, ever-growing, knowledgeable artifact within him.>
<note: His future is unknowable and uncontrollable. Exists beyond the system. Commands numerous slaves with terrifying potential.>
<advice: Kill now or the angel race will suffer in the future. Heaven will crumble. Angels will worship and serve him.>
<warning: He may break through and advance to Rank 7.>
Every sentence shook the unmoved heart of the ancient being.
What was this? How was it possible?
Archangel Michael was in disbelief. How could this happen?
He asked the last, crucial question:
"In Demon Age… how old is this Void?" Michael asked, his voice steady as he expected a terrifying answer.
<10>
"Haha… ten trillion. Not bad, really young for a demon. But that shouldn't scare you. He may be the youngest, but we angels have those even under ten million years," Michael said, laughing.
<10>
"Wait, what do you mean? Ten thousand? How is that possible? No demon can achieve all this and even be cared for under ten thousand years. They spend close to a thousand years in the second layer of the Abyss alone…" Michael shook his head, unable to believe it.
<10 years old>
Shock. Unbearable, unbelievable shock. Ten years old and already at Quasi-Rank 4? This demon… it was beyond special. Truly the Abyss' favorite. No wonder the Book of Life and Death called for them.
"He should be eliminated quickly," Michael thought, frowning. But by now, Rank 5 or even Rank 6 demons likely knew of Void. Even Rank 4 angels couldn't touch him ,, the Abyss would protect him.
The only way to kill him: another being of similar rank. But who, or what?
"Wait… I've got it," Michael said, suddenly smiling.
The demons weren't the only ones with terrifying beings. Heaven had theirs too.
"I think it's time he's summoned. Time to see how strong he is. Preferably, I want him to kill Void but if he can at least gravely injure him, that's acceptable," Michael said, his face full of confident smiles.
The being in question: a terrifying angel who had risen a few years ago. Preparing to break through to Rank 4, he could already defeat Rank 4 angels effortlessly at Quasi-Rank 4. Could he defeat Void? Maybe even kill him?
<Him… isn't he dangerous? Last time, it took several Rank 4 angels to calm him. He's just a bloodthirsty, rageful weapon.>
"And that's why he's perfect. No hesitation, no fear, only focus. Once he locks on Void… it's done," Michael laughed, relishing the thought. He couldn't wait to see Void torn apart.

Sixth Layer of Space
Void calmly observed the five Quasi-Rank 4 angels, all injured in various ways. The gap between them and Void was like Heaven and Hell, insurmountable.
Void grinned, thinking of exciting ways to finish them when suddenly, a chill ran down his spine. He frowned.
"System… what's that?" Void asked, his voice heavy, body tensing as if warned of imminent danger.
(An omen, Host.)
"Omen? Something bad will happen? What?! Are angels really sending a Rank 4 to attack me?" Void was stunned.
(No, Host. A similar-ranked angel is coming but he can threaten you.)
"Huh?" Void first relaxed, then froze.
A similar-ranked angel… threatening him? What the actual fuck?
(Host, be careful. The chance of defeating this angel is pitifully low. Survival is your only option.)
Void was stunned. He had never lost to any creature of similar rank. And now the system said he could only survive.
He was at peak Quasi-Rank 4 capable of instantly destroying a low-level multi universe. And yet… an angel of equal rank could defeat him?

Heaven***
Deep within the heavenly layers,
a terrifying aura surrounded a massive building.
Around it hovered a sparse number of angels.
No one dared approach the building; those who merely passed by hurried, eager not to linger.
Inside this enormous structure sat a single being, cross-legged.
His seven wings enveloped his body as his aura radiated outward, dense, solid, and overwhelming.
The angel's divine light shone brilliantly. His pure white wings were like sharp daggers, piercing through space and time.
His body was clad in terrifying armor, forged from materials older than most of existence.
Suddenly, the angel's aura shifted, disappearing entirely as if he had sensed something.
"Another… delicious being," the angel murmured, his voice cold yet filled with craving. His eyes snapped open, locking onto the void of space where he had sensed it.

Sixth Layer of Space
Void's crimson eyes locked onto a golden gaze that pierced through the expanse.
Even across the infinite stretches of time and space, Void knew immediately this was the angel the system had warned him about. The angel who made his instincts scream.
A colossal pressure descended upon Void, and he frowned instantly.
This angel made him feel like an ant.
Was… that the gap between him and this being?
