Placing some people into Venezuela isn’t difficult, even easier than Europe. On one hand, Venezuela itself is an immigrant country, yet it doesn’t have the allure of Brazil or Argentina. On the other hand, many South American countries have Native American populations.

Moreover, Sucre State’s area isn’t small, almost as large as Bosnia, with nearly sixty thousand square kilometers, yet its population is only two or three hundred thousand, mostly concentrated in the capital Maracaibo City.

So Sharon said: "Apart from Maracaibo City, the vast southern area of Sucre State is sparsely populated, with vast tropical rainforests, yet as long as we develop along Lake Malaykaibo, we can establish numerous immigration bases through local lake transport."

As the largest lake in South America, Lake Malaykaibo isn’t small, with just over ten thousand square kilometers, capable of ranking among the top even in East Africa.

This is not beyond possibility, as Sucre State itself is a border region between Colombia and Venezuela, moreover, mountain ranges block both countries, if separation were really attempted, the success potential is enormous.
