Pregnant?!

Luo Ke was taken aback, a pair of emerald green eyes scrutinizing Luo Xiaoqian, "Check her!"

His subordinate immediately conveyed his meaning to the doctor in Korean.

Though Luo Xiaoqian didn’t understand Korean, she sensed something was amiss and frowned at Luo Ke, "You... Achoo... What did you say to him?"

Luo Ke raised his hand to cradle her face, his tone gentle, yet there’s an undeniable chill hidden within those emerald green eyes, "My dear Sissi, no one will harm you. If you truly are carrying my child, it would be the best news for me!"

Luo Xiaoqian was instantly petrified.

The doctor actually... betrayed her?!

The doctor and nurse swiftly moved to draw blood from Luo Xiaoqian for testing. Luo Xiaoqian once again pleaded for help from the doctor and nurse, but the nurse’s English was poor, unable to understand her.

The male doctor gently reassured her, "Miss, your husband loves you so much, how could he harm you? Trust me, everything will turn out fine. I will do my utmost to ensure the safety of you and your child!"

Listening to his words and seeing the smile on Luo Ke’s face, Luo Xiaoqian slumped weakly against the head of the bed.

Soon, the test results were returned.

"Sir, congratulations, you are now an expectant father." The male doctor smiled and congratulated Luo Ke upon seeing the test results. "As for your wife’s condition, you needn’t worry too much. We will administer some V.C. shots which have no side effects. She has merely inhaled a tiny amount of pollen; there’s no threat to her life, and all symptoms will soon dissipate."

"Thank you." Luo Ke took the test result and turned to look at Luo Xiaoqian, "I love children the most!"

Looking into his eyes, Luo Xiaoqian immediately felt a chill down her spine, her intuition told her he was being completely sarcastic.

Seeing her condition stabilizing, the doctor and nurse left the emergency room. Luo Xiaoqian snapped back to reality, threw off the covers, and was about to escape when Luo Ke grabbed her, raising his right hand and delivering a swift chop to the side of her neck. Luo Xiaoqian’s vision went dark, and she collapsed into his arms as he issued cold orders.

"Bring the oxygen and medicines, and that doctor, onto the plane together!"

Luo Xiaoqian clearly wanted to delay time, but he wouldn’t give her a chance to escape.

Soon, the doctor and a nurse entered the emergency room with the necessary medicines, puzzled as they watched Luo Xiaoqian being supported by two of Luo Ke’s men.

"You all..."

Luo Ke’s subordinate directly pulled out a gun, pointed it at him, "Bring everything and come with us!"

Seeing the gun in his hand and the icy look on his face, the doctor finally realized that Luo Xiaoqian was telling the truth just moments ago, but it was already too late.

Moments later, Luo Ke’s car left the hospital again, now carrying that doctor and some medications.

As the car drove near the airport, two other cars happened to come out from within the airport.

The two cars crossed paths.

In the vehicle heading towards the airport, Luo Xiaoqian was slumped unconscious against the seatback.

In the vehicle leaving the airport, Leng Zimo anxiously dialed a phone number.

"Huangfu, it’s Zimo, has the yacht been found?!"

"We’ve already pinpointed the yacht’s location, come to the dock, I’ll take you there."

Leng Zimo breathed a slight sigh of relief, "Head to the dock, hurry, faster!"

The car sped forward, getting further and further away from the airport.
