Warrior Camp No. 3

The five warriors were coughing up blood on the ground. They were badly hurt. My gaze swept across them.

I wanted to know who else wanted to attack me. But none of the warriors stepped forward.

The warriors were all watching from a distance. They were all visibly shocked. None of them stepped forward toward Zack Lockwood; they were all scared.

What’s more? They looked toward the five warriors on the ground. They were all beaten up and bruised.

The warriors were shocked. They felt the attackers could be planted spies.

The next second, Elder Mike appeared. He looked around the place. His gaze swept over Zack Lockwood and the others. Then, he finally saw the injured warriors on the ground.

His eyes flashed with a cold glint. He appeared in front of the injured warriors.

Boom!

He released a pressure of coercion. The coercion struck the five purple-mark warriors. Their faces showed fear. They were exposed. They had no words to say.

Mike didn’t do anything further. He simply called for help. A few more elders responsible for safety arrived at the scene. They captured the five warriors and took them to the prison.

Elder Mike then turned toward the other warriors.

He said, "It appears people forget the rules here. Infighting is forbidden. Those who break the rules will be strictly punished."

Hearing that, the other warriors shuddered. Mike looked toward Zack Lockwood before disappearing from the spot.

It didn’t take long for the other warriors to leave. I calmed my heart and returned to the stone house.

The Next Morning

I woke up early. I started my morning routine, which lasted for one hour. After that, I entered the essence chamber and turned on the switch.

World energy filled the room. I went to the middle and sat cross-legged on the ground.

I closed my eyes and started running the Purple Lightning Method. I wanted to recover my inheritance force.

Time passed.

After recovering the inheritance force, I shifted to other inheritance methods. I practiced until all my force was recovered.

A few hours later...

Buzz!

The battle alarm sounded. Hearing that, I quickly got ready. I left the stone house and rushed to the teleportation platform.

The other warriors were heading in the same direction.

In the blink of an eye, I reached the teleportation area. The warriors were entering the platform one by one and disappearing.

I entered one of the slots.

The platform activated. I disappeared. In the blink of an eye, I appeared inside the battlefield. My feet landed on the ground.

My gaze fell on the layer. I walked through it to the other side. My eyes swept over the extending battlefield. Piles of corpses were scattered everywhere.

I brought out the White Bone Staff. I was sure the battlefield was going to be dangerous. The elite race members would likely come here.

Thunder!

I circulated the purple lightning force and covered the White Bone Staff.

Boom!

The next second, I saw several streaks of black energy rushing toward me. Don’t tell me the foreign creatures have recognized me this fast?

Seeing them, I charged. In the blink of an eye, I reached them. Three horned humanoid creatures stood in front of me.

I recognized one of them—the one in the middle. That humanoid had fought me last time.

My gaze fell on the other two standing next to him. They looked similar.

Their bodies were covered in dark black energy. The next second, they charged at me.

I swung the White Bone Staff at them. The side of the staff moved horizontally, making contact.

The staff struck a foreign creature. The purple lightning force hit the humanoid one. The lightning power damaged the dark power, reducing it slightly.

The one who attacked was the first one. The second and third were yet to make their move.

Boom!

The first humanoid was forced backward. Right then, the second and third made their moves.

Dark black energy shot from their bodies. The energy was so close to me. My perception was active.

I shifted my weight. The dark energy brushed past me.

Boom!

I blocked the second attack with the White Bone Staff. The dark energy was reflected and landed on the other side.

A huge, deep pit appeared in the ground. The humanoid creatures didn’t stop; they continued their attack.

Boom!

One after another, the dark energy attacks reached me. I used the White Bone Staff to deflect all of them.

On the other hand, the human warriors had reached the front. They started fighting against the foreign creatures.

Unlike last time, the warriors didn’t have time to stop and watch Zack Lockwood’s fight. They were busy themselves.

The foreign creatures were not stopping either. They had come with a plan and started attacking the human warriors.

The job of eliminating high-value targets was the responsibility of the elite race members. The rest had to deal with the human warriors.

There were still planted spies left, but they had no opportunity to move. The elite race members were focused on fighting Zack Lockwood.

As time passed, the coordination of the attacks between the three elite race members became stronger.

At close quarters, I found it hard to deflect the attacks. I moved from offensive to defensive mode.

I was being pushed backward. If it were anyone else, they would have been killed by the attacks already. If this continues, it will be dangerous for me.

I have to find a way to go back on the offensive.

I controlled the lightning power externally to destroy the lingering dark energy there.
