After making sure that horned creature was dead, I looked toward the path where it came from.

My expression was filled with seriousness. I didn’t expect the horned humanoid creature to emerge.

The situation was urgent right now. So, I started following the path where the humanoid creature came from.

In the night time, I went forward. My perception was active. I was keeping an eye on the surroundings as well.

I crossed the green canopies one after another. I spotted a few other foreign creatures.

But I ignored them; I wanted to find the infiltration point first. Only then could I think of a good plan.

The forest area came to an end. I entered the rocky terrain. There was a huge barren mountain ahead of me.

The mountain was making me feel uneasy. I made a decision and rushed toward the place.

When I got closer, my gaze fell on a group of foreign creatures. Foreign creatures of different sizes were coming forward. They seemed to be coming from the mountain.

Seeing that, I paused my movements. Then I looked around and saw a series of mountain bedrocks on the ground.

The next moment, I moved toward one of the bedrocks and hid behind it.

Then my gaze fell on the Red Mark Warrior Ring on my finger. The ring can hide my presence from others. As long as they don’t see me physically, I can be safe.

Time passed.

The group of foreign creatures walked past the bedrocks. They didn’t look around. They were moving toward the green forest.

When they were gone, I appeared again and resumed the journey.

Now I was sure that something was wrong with the mountain. I increased my speed. I covered the large distance in a few minutes and got closer to the foot of the mountain.

Here, the footprints of the foreign creatures were clear.

Suddenly,

I caught something in my perception. A four-legged foreign creature over 4 meters tall was coming toward me.

The body frame of the foreign creature was similar to that of a tiger monster.

The foreign creature appeared before me. Its majestic body came into my sight. It had whip-like twin tails.

Shriek!

It opened its mouth. A row of sharp black teeth came into view. It was completely dripping with saliva.

The next second, the foreign creature charged toward me. Seeing that, I brought the white staff out and covered the staff in inheritance forces.

At the same time, the foreign creature appeared in a flash.

My staff glowed in a multi-color light. When the foreign creature leaped at me, I made a move.

The staff’s top end snapped out and struck the head of the foreign creature.

An explosion occurred. The multi-color power broke the skull of the foreign creature. The power didn’t stop there.

The remaining power hit the brain. The brain was instantly destroyed. The majestic creature then fell down to the ground.

The four-legged creature wouldn’t have imagined such a sudden death. On the other hand, I retrieved the inheritance forces.

I looked at the creature. My eyes gleamed with a twinkle. I had taken a risk to confront the creature head-on.

If I had given a few more chances to the foreign creature, then there were chances for the foreign creature to use dark energy to boost its strength.

Fortunately, the multi-color power of the inheritance forces broke its defenses and provided a quick death.

Then I shifted my attention to the base. I had to find the infiltration point as soon as possible. I moved away from the place.

As time passed, I got closer to the mountain base. It didn’t take me long to reach the foot of the mountain.

I noticed the footprints and swept my gaze across the place. Then I saw huge crevices in the mountain. There was more than one.

Seeing that, I frowned. Because they didn’t appear to be formed naturally. I guessed they were the infiltration points.

To think there was more than one infiltration point. A hint of coldness flashed in my eyes.

I decided to check the nearest infiltration point. I flew over the trees before reaching the crevice. I landed inside the crevice.

The passage was dark. I didn’t go deeper. Instead, I spread my mental power again. The mental power went further.

Thud!

Then I heard footsteps. Hearing that, I immediately withdrew my mental power. I brought the staff out and looked down the passage.

Swoosh!

Then a horned humanoid creature appeared in view. Seeing that, I charged forward to strike first. I covered the staff in multi-color force.

Like the previous time, I rotated the staff before striking down at the foreign creature.

Boom!

In a flash, the multi-color top struck the foreign creature like a projectile. The top end penetrated the chest before crushing the bones.

The remaining power began to destroy the internal organs. The multi-color inheritance force was too strong.

Thud!

The humanoid foreign creature fell down to the ground. Seeing that, I gave it a few more strikes to kill the creature completely.

The foreign creature died in the end.

Then I moved past the foreign creature and went deep inside. The passage was long. I crossed the distance. Soon, I reached the end.

I saw a rift at a distance. When I tried to see through the rift, I only saw black space inside.

A quick gleam appeared in my eyes.

I was right; it was the rift. I didn’t know how to close the rift. Dean Jerome had already told me that he would take care of the rift closure.

Then I rushed outside. When I exited the crevice, I turned around and attacked the crevice. The multi-color light from the staff released from the weapon.

In the blink of an eye, the power attacked the passage inside.

The next second, broken walls fell down in the passage. As many broken rocks fell down to the ground in the blink of an eye.

The rocks completely covered the passage.
