Apocalypse: Surviving as the God of a Tiny Cultivation Sect
Chapter 21: Tiny Immortal Cultivation Sect
Clayne froze completely the moment his eyes landed upon the tiny world once more.
Because the spiritual forest was gone.
The glowing river that flowed endlessly through the hills had disappeared completely. The mystical trees filled with spiritual Qi were nowhere to be seen anymore, and even the peaceful mountains and glowing grasses vanished as though they had never existed in the first place.
Instead...
An entirely different world appeared before him.
Massive floating islands hovered in the skies like immortal lands separated from mortal existence itself. Thick spiritual clouds drifted endlessly around enormous structures that looked ancient and sacred at the same time. Towering immortal cultivation buildings stood proudly upon those islands, their roofs curved elegantly upward while glowing spiritual symbols flickered faintly across white stone walls.
Several islands slowly revolved around a far larger island positioned at the center like stars orbiting a moon.
And that massive central island...
Looked devastated.
Half of it remained filled with enormous immortal architecture.
Grand halls stretched upward proudly toward the heavens while enormous sword towers pierced through drifting clouds. Stone bridges glowing faintly with spiritual light connected one area to another, and giant stairways climbed through mist toward magnificent palace structures standing proudly at the highest points of the island.
Yet the other half...
Was ruined completely.
Collapsed buildings filled entire regions of the island while enormous cracks split apart the ground everywhere. Burn marks and shattered structures covered countless areas as though a horrifying battle had occurred there recently.
Even now, faint smoke still drifted upward from destroyed buildings.
At the very center of the island stood a massive arena.
And within that arena...
Numerous figures wearing light blue robes were tightly bound together in the middle.
Their robes looked torn and stained heavily with blood. Several disciples appeared exhausted while others remained unconscious on the ground, yet despite their miserable condition, many still glared furiously toward the surrounding enemies with hatred burning inside their eyes.
Meanwhile...
Scattered across the arena were corpses wearing red robes.
The exact same robes worn by the demonic cultivators Zi Yue fought earlier.
Above the arena floated a single red robed cultivator calmly midair with his hands behind his back. His long robes drifted slightly within the spiritual wind while he looked down upon the bound disciples with complete indifference.
And strangely...
He did not notice Clayne at all.
It was almost like Clayne existed outside their world entirely.
Clayne stared blankly at the floating islands for several moments while confusion filled his mind completely.
"What the hell is going on here...?"
His voice instinctively lowered.
"Where’s the immortal forest I’ve been watching earlier?"
The moment the thought appeared inside his mind—
The tiny world suddenly changed instantly.
The floating islands vanished.
The ruined sect disappeared.
The arena dissolved like smoke.
And immediately afterward—
The spiritual forest returned once more.
The glowing river flowed peacefully again while spiritual grasses gently swayed beneath drifting spiritual mist. The hills and mystical trees appeared exactly the same as before as though the floating islands never existed at all.
Clayne widened his eyes slightly.
"...What?"
He stared harder toward the miniature world.
Then slowly...
He thought about the floating islands again.
Immediately—
The world transformed once more.
The peaceful forest disappeared instantly while the floating immortal cultivation palaces returned again.
The ruined sect stood proudly within the skies while the bound disciples remained trapped within the arena.
Clayne became completely taken aback.
"What’s happening...?"
His eyes carefully scanned the floating islands again while questions rapidly filled his head.
Then suddenly—
He noticed something.
Above the largest floating island floated glowing words flickering faintly with spiritual light.
Silent Sword Sect Main Island.
Clayne froze briefly after reading it.
Then slowly...
Understanding appeared inside his eyes.
"I see..."
Earlier, before making the oath, he only saw the outer spiritual territory surrounding the sect itself.
But now...
Because he officially acknowledged himself as a member of the Silent Sword Sect...
The miniature world itself changed.
He now possessed access to the sect proper.
To its main territory.
To its floating islands.
To the actual sect itself.
Meanwhile...
Inside the floating sect world...
The bound disciples wearing light blue robes suddenly shouted loudly once more.
"Demons!"
One young disciple with blood covering half his face glared upward furiously.
"You will face your retribution once Senior Sister Zi Yue returns!"
Immediately afterward, the surrounding bound disciples began shouting together.
"That’s right!"
"Senior Sister Zi Yue will definitely come back!"
"She’ll kill every one of you demonic dogs!"
"You people only succeeded through ambushes and filthy schemes!"
The arena gradually became louder and louder as more disciples joined the shouting.
"Our Silent Sword Sect will not fall!"
"Senior Sister Zi Yue escaped already!"
"You people are finished once she returns!"
Several younger disciples looked emotional while speaking.
"Senior Sister Zi Yue is the strongest genius among our generation!"
"She’ll definitely survive!"
"She’ll definitely avenge the elders!"
One injured disciple clenched his fists tightly despite being bound completely.
"Our sect still has hope as long as Senior Sister remains alive!"
Another disciple shouted loudly through tears.
"She’ll definitely rebuild the Silent Sword Sect someday!"
The more they shouted...
The louder they became.
Their fear slowly transformed into determination while hatred burned brighter within their eyes.
Then suddenly—
Crack!
A whip formed entirely from red spiritual energy lashed violently across one disciple’s back.
"Aaagh!"
The disciple screamed instantly while blood splattered across the arena floor.
Three red robed demonic cultivators stepped forward coldly while spiritual Qi surged around their whips continuously.
"Shut up!"
Another spiritual whip descended violently.
Crack!
A second disciple screamed in agony.
"You ignorant fools still dare hope for salvation?"
One demonic cultivator sneered viciously while glaring at the prisoners.
"Your elders are already dead!"
"Your Patriarch was slaughtered!"
"Even your sect guardians were exterminated!"
Another whip struck downward mercilessly.
Crack!
Several disciples cried out together in pain while blood stained their light blue robes even further.
"And you seriously believe your pathetic Senior Sister Zi Yue can fight against us?"
The demonic cultivators continued whipping them without restraint.
Red spiritual energy tore through flesh continuously while cries echoed endlessly across the ruined arena.
Some younger disciples collapsed from pain while trembling violently.
Others gritted their teeth desperately while trying not to scream.
The spiritual whips carried strange corrosive properties as well. Every strike left behind lingering spiritual pain that spread through the disciples’ meridians afterward.
One younger female disciple cried openly while blood streamed from her shoulder.
Yet despite the agony...
She still shouted weakly through tears.
"Senior Sister Zi Yue... will return..."
The floating red robed cultivator above the arena finally spoke calmly.
"That is enough."
His voice spread clearly across the island.
The three whipping cultivators immediately stopped and bowed respectfully.
"Yes, Senior."
The floating cultivator slowly looked toward the bound disciples below.
His expression remained completely indifferent.
"We can’t let you all die."
A faint cruel smile slowly appeared across his face.
"Once Master successfully takes over your Senior Sister’s body..."
His eyes narrowed slightly.
"...all of you will become nourishment for Master’s recovery."
Instantly...
Several bound disciples trembled.
Meanwhile, the demonic cultivators nodded respectfully again.
But then unexpectedly—
One bound disciple suddenly laughed loudly.
"Hahaha!"
"All of you will fail!"
Immediately afterward, the surrounding disciples followed loudly.
"That’s right!"
"You won’t succeed!"
"Senior Sister Zi Yue will definitely escape!"
"She would never allow herself becoming your Master’s vessel!"
"She’ll survive!"
The arena became noisy once more.
"Our Senior Sister is different from ordinary cultivators!"
"She’ll definitely break free!"
"You demonic cultivators will fail completely!"
The floating red robed cultivator suddenly laughed softly afterward.
"Oh?"
His smile slowly became colder.
"If Master fails..."
He calmly looked toward every bound disciple below.
"...then all of you die."
Instantly—
Silence filled the arena.
The bound Silent Sword Sect disciples froze completely.
Because they immediately understood the meaning behind those words.
If the Blood Soul Sovereign failed to take over Zi Yue’s body...
Then these demonic cultivators would slaughter every remaining disciple in anger afterward.
The floating red robed cultivator became visibly satisfied seeing their expressions change.
A smirk slowly appeared upon his face.
But then—
One disciple suddenly clenched his teeth tightly before shouting loudly once more.
"So what?!"
His voice echoed across the arena fiercely.
"Even if we die..."
"At least Senior Sister Zi Yue survives!"
Immediately afterward, the other bound disciples followed emotionally. 𝓯𝙧𝓮𝓮𝒘𝓮𝙗𝙣𝒐𝒗𝒆𝓵.𝓬𝓸𝒎
"That’s right!"
"We already accepted death!"
"As long as Senior Sister survives, our sect still has hope!"
"She can rebuild the sect someday!"
"She can avenge all of us!"
The disciples gradually became louder once more.
"We are not afraid anymore!"
"Our deaths are meaningless compared to Senior Sister surviving!"
"Even if we die today, the Silent Sword Sect will still live through her!"
The floating red robed cultivator narrowed his eyes slightly afterward.
But before he could respond—
A distant voice suddenly echoed from beyond the floating islands.
"Senior!"
"Senior!"
The floating cultivator immediately turned his head toward the distance.
Clayne also looked carefully toward the edge of the miniature world.
Far outside the floating sect territory...
A tiny red robed cultivator desperately rushed toward the floating islands while screaming anxiously.
His robes looked torn badly.
Blood stained half his body.
His face remained completely filled with panic and fear.
The demonic cultivator desperately flew through the skies toward the floating cultivator above the arena.
Then finally—
He reached him.
Immediately afterward, the panicking red robed cultivator shouted desperately,
"Senior!"
"I have bad news!"
