The villagers were stunned, Lei can’t help but ask.

"You mean to tell us that this thing had been living in the river and we didn’t know?"

Dragging the trashing snake, he left the stunned villagers, it seems that they never really knew the depth of their old river.

The snake lowers it’s head, as a demon beast, it has intelligence, might not be a match against humans but it knows that submitting to the strong is only right.

The snake feels comfort from his gentle rubbing and actively cuddles towards him.

He chuckles, it seems that he found a suitable deterrent for this world.

Letting the snake sleep next to him might help it trust him more.

The next day, he was woken by Bun Bun glaring at the snake, she can’t accept that other than his family and lovers, something else is sleeping besides him.

’That means that the deer that Jasmine tamed might had already tasted meat so it’s monster transformation isn’t even difficult.’ He starts pondering the ways of this world.
