"Wherever we go, those vermins are always prowling about!" Jericho grits his teeth in anger.

He’s one of the few that knows the situation of Sean’s family, this is why he shares a common hatred towards the group just like his best friend.

"Jericho, I know you’re angry but we must hold ourselves, those bxstards are making a move, the situation of our city will definitely be dire, we should hurry up and return." Sean’s solemn voice descends.

Jericho takes a deep breath, the two of them are enraged but they must calm themselves down.

"Let’s go!" With that, he willed his cloud to go forward.

A couple more days later, they finally arrive at a city but looking at the current situation below them, they can see that it was pure chaos.

"Wuk! Everyone! Those that has reached at least silver rank in strength, descend and kill the demons the human traitors! Whoever participate will be rewarded by me using my technique to refine your body and cleanse your impurities?"

The prodigies were excited, they can’t deny that they are geniuses but the amount of pills they had consumed is immense, they know that he’s capable of what he had promised.

"Wait! Lord Sean, please let us be the ones to descend first, if it’s lord Wuk, he might crush everyone before we can even make a move."

Sean shakes his head.

"No, right now, the most important thing for me is the lives of the people below, Wuk’s main priority is protecting them, that would be too difficult for you guys, so, I suggest that you focus in taking down the enemies, leave the rescuing to Wuk and I."

"You’re also joining!?" Everyone was shocked, they didn’t expect him to do such a thing.

He smiles and let the cloud descends, of course, such a large cloud gathers the attention of everyone.

The first ones to leap was Wuk and him.

"Kill!" The prodigies that have flying pet beasts rides on them and descends, the rest are anxiously waiting for the cloud to reach a certain level of height.

"Wuk! Protect them!" Sean looks at a group of civilian being protected by a couple of individuals in uniform.

Wuk transforms into his King Kong form and destroys anything on his path.

Sean also takes action, his priorities are the innocent people crying for help.

With his speed, he was able to rescue a dozen people in just one minute, any demon or human traitors who dares to attack were killed in an instant.

"Don’t worry, we’re here to rescue you, just stay here." He rubs the head of a young boy, looking at the expression of everyone, rage nearly consumes him.

He had to take a couple of deep breath to calm himself down.

"Remember, stay here!" With that, his figure disappears once more.

Wuk was guarding the group while he was on the rescue mission.

The geniuses has started killing the demons and traitors.

"You fools!" A powerful aura appears.

As the man rises on the sky, a giant dragon appears and turns him into ashes.

Sean sneers, if he wasn’t so focused at rescuing as many people as he can, these weaklings wouldn’t even survive a few seconds against him.

"Kill! Don’t show mercy!" The young geniuses are like a pack of wolves against a herd of sheep.

Unless a Pseudo Innate appears, they are basically unstoppable, even if the opponent was a gold ranker powerhouse, they can’t survive a battle against five prodigies ganging up on them.

The battle didn’t last long, they are the cream of the crop chosen by their respective family and zones, it didn’t take long for them to kill any enemies they saw.

The battle lasted only about an hour or so, seeing the corpses laid everywhere, Sean can’t help but sigh.

"Everyone! Our group is traveling to the Core Zone, this city is no longer safe, the chances of mystique creatures attacking this place is very high, I’m telling you all of this because I can bring you all with us, are you willing?"

The survivors looks at each other and their city, they can’t help but grieve for their lost.

Sean can’t help but sigh. "I know that all of you are grieving at this moment but we must leave as quickly as possible, please make your decision after one minute."

He then absorbs the spiritual energy from the air and summons a cloud once again, it starts growing, this time, not as fast as before.

With such a large number of people, he can’t create the cloud in an instant, it must be gradual so that it’s very solid.

Seeing the cloud, some of the survivors bring their family to approach, they don’t need to think about it and decided to come with them.

The rest of the survivors looks at each other and slowly, they start boarding the cloud, the proud prodigies didn’t want to be with them so they sit at a different spot.

Sean doesn’t care about what they are thinking, since all the survivors decided to come with them, he’s willing to carry them even if he’s forcing himself.

"Aren’t we slower than before?" Jericho quickly notices the situation.

"There’s nothing I can do, the size of the cloud is now as large as a city, I can’t multitask while carrying such weight."

Jericho agrees. "Why don’t we ask those that had flying pet beasts to help guard the large cloud?"

"No need, Bai and Wuk will be enough, besides, the mystique creatures first target is going to be the cloud not the people."

"You’re still the same as before, you are willing to suffer just to save people." Jericho can’t help but smile.

Those from the same city as him also smiles, they can’t believe that they had forgotten his heroic acts in the past.

The next few days was rather peaceful, there are some attacks from wild mystique creatures but with Wuk defending them, they weren’t really much of a threat.

Sean was sitting in a meditative throughout the entire journey.

He can’t really lose focus while controlling such a large cloud while also control like the wind, his mind is too preoccupied to these two things to do any other thing.

"Still can’t believe that he hasn’t rested in our entire journey and he still hasn’t suffered from a severe migraine." Wuk mutters.

"Yeah, he’s totally focused, that’s why I told everyone to not disturb him." Jericho felt a newfound admiration towards him.

Kommi hurriedly came to them.

"The others said that a city is being attacked below but they are still defending well."

Sean’s eyes opens wide, he stops the cloud and it slowly starts descending.

"We’ll defend this city, then, I’ll be going to the Core Zone on my own, I’ll leave Wuk here."

Everyone was startled.

"Don’t worry, the journey won’t take long, with my speed and clearly the close distanced between this city and the capital, we would be able to obtain many ships."

"I’ll be going first." Wuk cuts off their discussion, he leaps off from his golden cloud and his figure starts becoming bigger.

"Everyone! We’re going to battle again!" Jericho shouts, everyone already expected this.

Those that have flying pet beasts were the first ones to follow after Wuk, they might not be falling but their speed isn’t slower than him.

Wuk crashes to the ground, the impact shakes the ground and the city.

"You undeads! Taste my fury!" Wuk shouts as raises his hand and slaps it downward.

"We are from the Federation! We’re here to help!" The prodigies shouts as they also enter the fray.

Seeing reinforcement has arrived, the people in the city cheers.

"Fxck! Wuk! There’s a lesser Innate amongst the army! Deal with it first!"

The loud scream stuns everyone, on the other hand, the prodigies turns pale after hearing his words.

"Hahaha! Quite sharp senses! Are you that human that fought against-" His words was cut off by Wuk’s punch.

An Apparition of a golden shining monkey roaring at the sky with a large sun on its back appears above Wuk.

The undead Innate was blown away by the punch, other than Wuk’s own power, it also carries the impact from his fall.

"I am a monkey!" A giant cudgel appears and smacks the undead to the ground.

The opponent was a zombie king!

Sean was having a headache, he can’t just descend without any reservation, he’s carrying too many innocent lives.

The others are anxiously waiting, they want to participate in the battle, they don’t know why but after killing the invaders, they receive some sort of blessings from the world, it doesn’t work on human traitors but looking at the large army of undeads below, they have more than enough to share.

"Don’t jump! We’re too weak to survive such a fall, wait until we reach a certain height!" Jericho shouts, stopping these restless souls.

"I’ll cut off a part of the clouds, those who wish to participate in battle gather on the left side and hold on to the clouds tightly, once you reach the ground, devour the clouds!" Sean suddenly shouts.

After hearing this, everyone that were giddy to receive their world’s blessing gathers to the left side.

A chunk of the cloud was cut off and it descends at quick speed, they had to hold tightly not to be left behind because of the speed.

The cloud stops bare a couple of feet from the ground.

Jericho bites a large chunk of the cloud, so does Golden and Shadow.

The three of them leaps off, even with pale face, he’s determined to kill these invaders.

The others were stunned but they quickly react, they each bite a chunk of the cloud, feeling the power rushing on their body, their eyes can’t help but light up.

One by one, the prodigies joined the battle with fervent expressions.

Seeing a large number of prodigies has joined the battle, Sean has a much easier time descending than before.

Once they reach the city, he left the survivors there and left Missel and the rest to explain the situation.

His current target, the undead Innate.

In the battlefield, Wuk wipes the blood from his mouth, he’s indestructible but he can still be hurt.

"As a silver rank, you fought well but the chasm between the two of us is too large!"

The zombie king grabs his head and drags him to the ground, he then use him as a cannonball, destroying the wall of the city.

"Hahaha!"

"It seems that you had fun beating my brother."

A voice appears besides him.

"Who-"

His face was hit by a fist covered with a dragon head.

The zombie king crashes into multiple trees before stopping.

"You walking corpse had your fun, it’s our turn."

He stomps the ground and charges towards him, the zombie king roars and punches but he disappears.

After using Blink to kick the zombie king, he frowns.

"So, you’re like us, focused in toughness." The opponent is tougher than expected.

"I’ll kill you!" The zombie king teleports besides him but the power of his punch was redirected back to him.
