[BL] A Marriage Ruled by Family, Saved by Desire
Chapter 105: THE END: Home, At Last
~Alistair’s POV~
He didn’t pull out. He stayed buried inside me, the two of us panting in the silence of the rooftop. After a few minutes of rest, I felt him stir again. He wasn’t finished.
He began to move once more, a second round that was slower, more intimate, until he finally reached his peak again, thrusting deeper as he emptied himself inside me again.
That was when he finally pulled away.
We both collapsed onto the sofa, my back against his chest as he wrapped his arms around me, his hands gently rubbing my skin.
"I love you so much," I whispered, looking up at the stars that seemed brighter than ever.
"I love you more, baby," he replied, his voice soft and full of a peace I had never heard before.
We stayed like that for a long time, the city lights shimmering below us. "Did you pack everything for the relocation?" I asked quietly. "Even the... toys?"
Alex chuckled, a low, vibration against my spine. "I packed every single thing, Alis. Not a single toy left behind."
I smiled, closing my eyes. "Good. Because I love it when you use them on me."
"I know you do," he whispered, kissing the top of my head. "And we have a lifetime of nights like this ahead of us."
I smiled, leaning into him as the cool midnight air settled around us. We stayed there for a long time, watching the stars and letting the reality of our union sink in.
Eventually, we gathered our clothes, my suit a little worse for wear, but I didn’t care, and made our way back downstairs.
Our bedroom had been transformed into a sanctuary for a newlywed couple, decorated with soft candlelight and silk.
We undressed again, this time stepping into a steaming shower together, washing away the sweat before stepping out and collapsing into bed, tangled in each other’s arms.
We spent the next five days soaking in the presence of our families. We spent two days with my mother, making up for all the lost time, and another two days at the Montclair estate. It was a whirlwind of late breakfasts, long conversations, and even a celebratory night out with our friends to toast to our future.
When the day of our relocation finally arrived, the atmosphere was bittersweet. Alex’s parents insisted on driving us to the airport. Standing at the terminal, Alex’s mother was visibly struggling. She clung to us, her eyes misting over as she whined playfully, yet with a hint of real desperation.
"Do you really have to go? This house is going to feel so empty without the drama sound of you two," she joked, though she gripped our hands tightly. "I’m going to miss you both terribly."
"We’ll be back to check on you before you even have time to miss us," Alex promised, leaning down to kiss her cheek.
She sighed, smoothing out the lapel of his jacket. "Take care of each other," she said, her voice turning serious. "The world can be loud, but as long as you two are a team, nothing can touch you. Don’t let small things become big fights. Keep choosing each other every morning."
Alex’s father stepped forward, his expression softer than I had ever seen it. He shook my hand firmly before pulling me into a brief embrace. "You have my blessing, and you have my respect. Build a life you’re proud of."
My mother called us on a video call, her face beaming with joy. "Safe flight, my loves! Call me the moment you land. I love you both!"
After the final hugs and promises to stay in touch, we watched them wave until we disappeared past security.
Once onboard, we settled into the quiet comfort of the business class cabin.
As the engines hummed and the plane began to move, I turned to look at my husband.
The weight of the past was gone. The shadows were finally behind us.
We looked out the window as the ground fell away, the city lights fading into a glittering map of the life we were leaving behind.
"A new beginning," Alex murmured, his fingers interlacing with mine. "Just us."
"Just us," I agreed.
Then, after a moment, I looked at him. "Alex... about what we talked about before. Do you think we’ll consider surrogacy anytime soon?"
Alex looked at me, a soft, thoughtful smile playing on his lips. He squeezed my hand, his thumb stroking my wedding ring. "For now, baby, I just want to enjoy my husband. I’ve waited so long to have you all to myself without the world interfering. Maybe in a couple of years, we’ll think about adding to our family. But for now... you’re all I need."
I smiled, resting my head on his shoulder as the plane pierced through the clouds into the clear night sky.
Our new life was going to be filled with adventures, challenges, and an infinite amount of love. And as we flew toward our future, I knew that whatever came our way, we were ready.
Because finally, we weren’t just two people fighting to be together... we were home.
THE END. Love Always Win❤️
