The next day, Wren Wynter woke up early. After washing up, she changed into a sharp, professional outfit.

She was going to the Xavier Group today to discuss the collaboration project with Kaden Xavier. She knew this was another unavoidable meeting.

When she came downstairs, Butler Chandler had already prepared breakfast.

"Miss Wynter, you look much more energetic today," Butler Chandler said with concern.

"Yes, I feel much better after a night’s sleep."

Wren Wynter smiled and sat down at the dining table.

"Yes, Mr. Xavier has been waiting for you for quite some time." Assistant Lynch led Wren Wynter toward Kaden Xavier’s office.

Pushing open the office door, Wren Wynter immediately saw Kaden Xavier sitting behind his desk.

He was wearing a dark suit today, which made him seem even more composed and reserved.

Although his face was still a bit pale, his spirits were clearly much better than yesterday.

When Kaden Xavier saw her come in, he put down the file in his hand and looked up.

A surge of pride welled up in his heart. ’This was the woman he had once loved so deeply, and still loved deeply now.’

"No rush."

He gestured for Wren Wynter to sit. "Have a cup of coffee first. I had Assistant Lynch prepare one for you."

Wren Wynter didn’t refuse and sat down. Assistant Lynch quickly brought over a cup of fragrant coffee.

"Thank you." Wren Wynter took the coffee and had a sip.

Kaden Xavier watched her, a faint smile playing on his lips.

"I gave your proposal a rough look-over last night. There are a few points I’d like to discuss with you in person."

Wren Wynter’s heart skipped a beat. ’He actually read it last night? It seems he’s taking this project very seriously.’

"Of course, Mr. Xavier. Please, enlighten me."

Kaden Xavier picked up the document on the desk, pointed to a few pages, and began to discuss them with Wren Wynter.

His thinking was clear, and the questions he raised were sharp and to the point.

Wren Wynter listened attentively, responding from time to time. The exchange between them was efficient and professional.

Several hours later, the details of the proposal were mostly finalized.

Kaden Xavier closed the file and looked up.

"Wren, I hope we can have a pleasant collaboration on this project."

Dean Lee said respectfully.

"Dean Lee, let me make some introductions."

Kaden Xavier gestured to Wren Wynter and her seniors. "These are Elder Hawthorne’s students: Miss Wynter, Mr. Park, Mr. Shaw, and Mr. Crowe."

"They’re here this time to discuss collaborating with our hospital on a medical project."

When Dean Lee heard Elder Hawthorne’s name, a flash of surprise crossed her eyes, and she immediately became even more enthusiastic.

Elder Hawthorne’s standing in the medical world was monumental, so his students were naturally bound to be extraordinary.

"I’ve heard so much about you. Welcome, everyone."

Dean Lee enthusiastically shook hands with Wren Wynter and the others.
