"What the? Who hurt you, Bella?" One of the mean girl approached Bella and put her hand one Bella’s shoulder.

Before she could even touch her, Bella threw the mean girl over her shoulder. Her body slammed heavily on the ground.

Bella launched her fist and was about to send the mean girl to the after life but she stopped.

’Hmmm. This isn’t the Wilds anymore. I shouldn’t be like this.’

The mean girl had already teared up and looked like she was about to piss herself at any moment.

Bella pulled her up and adjusted the mean girl’s clothes.

"Watch yourself out there, Alyssa. Don’t cause trouble. The next person might not be as merciful as me." Bella left.

The same happened throughout the entire Aeliz City. The soldiers returned to the human world not as themselves but as battle hardened Psychics who had seen countless battlefields. Some even died a few times.

This raised a question to their family greatly but the soldiers played it off well and just said that they were still in characters because of the roleplay.

They were members of the Illuminati now, they couldn’t raise too much suspicious about themselves. 𝒇𝙧𝙚𝓮𝙬𝙚𝓫𝒏𝓸𝓿𝓮𝒍.𝓬𝙤𝓶

Still, words spread. And people still sniffed out the subtle change in the heart of Aeliz City.

Detective Alister, who was now a high-ranking officer, had been working with the ACPD and DSI to uncover the secret organizations influenced the base nature of the Union.

The ancient families like the Zakharovs and Von Schattenbergs. The Dark Syndicate, a crime family that originated from a different continent. The Red Keepers that worshiped demons.

However, surprisingly, the Dark Syndicate had been awfully quiet and acted like law-abiding citizens. They worked hard, managed their businesses without dirtying their hands, and even paid their taxes on time.

The good nature that they were showing gave Alister a creepy feeling. The law enforcement never worried that the criminals didn’t break the law. They only worried when the criminals didn’t.

Because if they didn’t, there must be something bigger going on.

"Detective Baltimore! We got hold of a certain rumor about a new secret organization in the city." An officer rushed inside the operation base and gave Alister a stacks of document.

Alister opened it and carefully examined them. He frowned. This new secret organization operated in extreme secrecy. Their core mantra must be related to that.

The concerning thing was there were no patterns between the known members, each came from a different societal group, class, and job.

"A singer. A construction worker. A business man..." Alister’s frown deepened.

"Not just that. They seem to know that we are investigating them. What is even this organization?"

One of the officers shook his head, "We don’t know about their names. One of our marks left this at our surveillance car."

On the piece of paper was an eye with an Octagram symbol as the iris.

"A signature? Document this organization for me." Alister said.

"What should we call it, sir?"

"Name them Octagram Eye. Put their dangerous level as S-Rank."

S, the highest threat a secret organization, could have. Normally, Alister wouldn’t categorize a new organization like this as an S-rank. But their secrecy, their discipline, and their loyalty impressed him. This was not just any secret organization. This was organized cult.

Secret waves rippled through the under layers of Aeliz City. But the black cat and his Goth girl didn’t even care about that.

They had returned to their normal boring life at the Institute. The black cat didn’t need to manage an entire society anymore and he could just lay lazily all day and sunbathed under the warm sunlight.

Selina went to her class headquarters while leaving the black cat at her dorm. When she entered, everyone looked at her.

She felt different. Her authority was present even without a leakage of Chaos.

Quill frowned. "How was the Hymn of the Battlefield?"

"It was good." Selina nodded and sat down.

Astrid noticed the slight arch in Selina’s hips. It wasn’t there before. It could only mean one thing.

Astrid blushed gently. ’I wonder who the lucky guy is.’

The Psychosmith would never imagine that it was no man, but a cat that had conquered the captain of her class.

"What are you doing here, Miss Isles?" Cole was also there.

Everyone of Selina’s class was present. She had summoned them here.

"The mid-term is coming. I intend to take the first place."

Clive frowned. He noticed a certain attitude from Selina. A commanding authoritative attitude. This could only come from someone who had frequently been a leader.

’Why is she different?’

Quill nodded, "I agree. We should devise our battle plan now."

"No need. I already have a plan." Selina said. "Astrid, Miles. You two need to up your game at creating Psycho Items. I know someone who might help you with that. I’ll send you the details later."

Selina was obviously referring to Tony Snow. That man had improved his crafts for 34 years in the Everlasting Wilds. He might not be the best Psychosmith, but Selina was confidence that he was at least top 10 in her world now.

"As for the rest, here are our battle formation."

The black cat was sleeping on the edge of the window when it felt a certain pull from somewhere else.

"Huh?" Mater opened his eyes and noticed Chaos was wrapping around him. "Teleportation?"

The black cat grinned widely, "That’s funny. Let me see who dares kidnapping the Blood Warlock of the Dark Court."

Mater let the teleportation completed. He was transported a short distance within the Institute and appeared inside a van.

He was inside a steel cage with unique Psycho Seal applying on it. The black cat’s wide eyes looked around curiously.

"Is that the cat?" A female voice said.

"That’s him, alright." Another male voice replied.

They hid their faces but Mater already knew who they were. The two Psychics of the Atlas Seven, Stardust and Transporter.

’They are simply ants now. But let me play this game a little more and see who they are working with.’

Mater allowed them to take him away.
