Crow stood up. His dark trench coat was covered in blood.

'You're alright, Crow?' Mater's voice echoed.

'I am, Master.' Crow replied.

'Like it?' Mater chuckled.

'Fucking love it, Master. I am forever grateful.'

'No need for that. You are my servant after all. And hey, I've never heard you cursed that much.'

His killer had died. Crow had nothing left lingered him onto his past life.

For him, his previous life was the life he spent with Tanya. In this life, he would continue their life together. He would be a great husband for her, and an undying servant to the black cat.

'What should we do to the rest of the Von Schattenberg, Master?' Sparrow's voice echoed.

The Illuminati had attacked all the establishments of the Von Schattenberg. The three main members weren't the only ones that were blessed by some deities. There were others.

The Music Band had been going over there to lead the Illuminati members and also to destroy the Fate connections using their specialized mental attacks.

No one could catch Mater's soldiers since he had a pocket dimension with him. The black cat had gathered each squad into the Prison then he himself teleported out of the battlefield. The ACPD was clueless.

"How?! How did they escape? What happened?" He screamed. But no one could answer him.

Mater did it for a reason. At first, he learned that the Union kept the idea of the wraiths secret because they were afraid that the wraiths would materialize more.

But he learned the truth. The wraiths were a product coming from other dimensions. Chaos Wraiths had Chaos in them but they were still essentially wraiths. They would only manifest if they were murdered or they were wronged before death.

Faith had nothing to do with this. But the Union did it for a reason.

The black cat returned to the Institute like nothing happened. He found Selina attending the Black Professor class.

Selina had walked her own path and the only thing she needed to learn was how to advance to Rank-3.

Mater climbed into the window and flew to Selina's laps in the middle of the lecture.

"Miss Isles. Please control your pet." Solomon said and ignored the two of them.

'You've been causing trouble, huh?' Selina communicated telepathically.

The black cat grinned widely, 'They got it coming. From Crow to you to me. It's a miracle we left them survive for so long.'

'Why did you do it in broad daylight?' Selina was curious. She had to ask.

'You disapprove?'

'Of course not, I approve anything you do. But I want to know why...'

The black cat stroked his whiskers for a few times before replying.

'I think the Union is compromised.'

That was the only reason why the Lutheria Accord was made. A peace treaty that helped no one but only the invaders of this world.

From Mater's long trip to Everlasting Wilds, he knew that most human here could become Psychic. But they didn't. The Lutheria Accord acted more like a shackle than a shield.

It must be destroyed. And this public act of executing the Von Schattenberg was the first of them.

'If we are dealing with past issues, what about the Zakharovs?'

Lucy picked up.

"Hello, Miss Isles." Lucy said. The woman sounded a little crazy.

"The place that you died."

Selina heard a giggle on the other line then Lucy said, "I understand. I'll be there."

Selina hung up and frowned, "She's a little bit... cooperative."

The black cat shrugged, "That sounds about right."

"Why?"

"She obsesses with you." The black cat extended a claw and picked a fish bone out of his teeth. "You think I would just let you attend a school with one of our enemies? Crow has already followed her for days and investigated her. Lucy is a little bit mad now but she is totally in love with you."

"But we kill her, right?" Selina felt confused. "Why is she like that?"

"Who can explain the complicated hearts of the humans."

That night. Selina and Mater drove to street where Levy's Mansion once was. It was broken down now and turned into a public park.

Selina parked the motorcycle and sat down on a bench.

Lucy came just right on time. The girl stood far away from the Goth girl and the black cat. Her body was filled with red lightning patterns, the sign that she was resurrected to be a revenant.

"Hello, Miss Isles. Hello, Mr. Mater." Lucy smiled. "Why do you want to meet me?"

The black cat floated up to Lucy's eye level. "We're giving you an option, Lucyna Zakharov. Your house must swear loyalty to us now and become our slaves."

"Or... You can share the same fate as the Von Schattenbergs." Selina continued.

Lucyna's pupils dilated.
