"You are very suspicious Dr. Li. I can't make myself believe that in such a big city like Hong Kong, it was a coincidence that it was you who found me." Jing Lihua voiced out her suspicion. She expected to be given a satisfactory explanation. But she was given a totally different response.

"It was no coincidence"

Jing Lihua was perplexed.

"Were you following me?" Suffused with confusion, her voice was less calm than she intended.

Li Zhiqiang chuckled, sat on a couch cross-legged and gazed at his JingJing who looked so adorable when confused. No, it was not only when she was confused. She looked adorable all the time. Li Zhiqiang just couldn't decide when did she look more appealing. When she was angry? When she was confused? Or when she was acting smart? He couldn't help himself. He was totally head over heels over her. "I don't pursue a beautiful woman from the shadows. If I like someone, I pursue them openly." His eyes deeply pierced her heart. For a moment, she forgot to breathe.

She quickly averted her eyes. Her heart was beating fast. Was that doctor using some sort of satanic trick once again? How could he make her feel so? She calmed herself and looked at him again.

"I'm married to someone whom you can't afford to offend. So keep your sweet words to yourself." She was blunt with her words. She had had enough of him.

"And what if I can offend him?" He raised his eyebrow silently. Something was very different about his aura.

Jing Lihua laughed. Ha! Stupid!

"Even if you believe you can 'offend' him, I'm still married." Even if this man belonged to some wealthy family, Jing Lihua didn't think he would be more powerful than the top families in Beijing

"Married to a person with whom you haven't shared a bed yet?"

Jing Lihua almost fell from the bed. She stared at him dumbfounded.

How did you know that? How could he possibly know that? A simple doctor couldn't have the means to know that all. Not even the notable families of Beijing had the means to keep them under the track. Someone only from a place far above Su Liwei and Tang enterprise could know that. Jing Lihua recalled his words. Did he really mean it when he said he can offend Su Liwei? Was he someone more powerful than them both?

"Who are you?" For the third time, she asked. He had invited doctors to treat her. If he was a doctor, he wouldn't need anyone else.

Li Zhiqiang walked to her bedside table, picked up the tray and placed it on her lap. "You didn't have anything to eat since yesterday afternoon. You need nutrition to recover."

"Answer me first. Who are you?" Jing Lihua refused to touch the food. If he was not going to answer her, then she was going to be stubborn too.

"I'm not someone who intends to harm you." He sat on the edge of the bed. His eyes looked so sincere that Jing Lihua felt very inclined to believe. But she forced herself not to.

"Your words are not enough to make me believe that. I was tried to be abducted. For all know, it could be you who tried to do that. Last I remember I was staggering through the forest. How could you suddenly appear in the middle of the forest? How did you find me?"

"I saw a car by road"

"What happened to the driver?"

"We didn't find anyone else in the car"

Jing Lihua didn't feel convinced. The driver was obviously there. Did he gain consciousness and ran away? Or was this doctor lying?

Li Zhiqiang continued his piercing gaze at her without saying anything.

"Bring me my phone. I want to contact my secretary"

Li Zhiqiang quietly pointed at the tray. "First"

"Why do you care?"

"How can I not care for such a beautiful woman"

Jing Lihua. "..."

She told him she was married and he still dared to flirt? She calmed herself. He wanted a reaction from her. But she wouldn't give him that satisfaction. Silent treatment would stop him own its own. She ignored him. She paused and glanced at the plate suspiciously for a moment.

"It is not poisoned." Li Zhiqiang opened the chopsticks and placed a piece of vegetable in his mouth. "If it is, we will both die together"

We will both die together - Why does it sound so romantic?

Jing Lihua maintained her glare at him. She picked up the chopsticks without much thought and ate silently. She didn't know herself how hungry she was. Moreover, the vegetables were very delicious. She couldn't resist the temptation and emptied everything. Jing Lihua felt like the crazy doctor's eyes were brimming with happiness.

She glanced at him. But only his eyes looked happy, his face was expressionless as wood. What it could be about?

After making sure she ate everything, Li Zhiqiang walked out to bring her phone. He was in a very happy mood. They had their first indirect kiss! Finally an accomplishment! If Jing Lihua knew what was going through his head, she would have wanted to burn the chopsticks to ashes.
