Black watched as Darkrai consumed the Reality Marble.

The moment he had stopped getting feedback from the Echoes he had implanted in Tina’s mindscape, he had known something had gone wrong in the Fate timeline.

After the Ad Infinitum’s command to chant Kai’s epithets had disappeared into oblivion, instead of reaching those Echoes, he had finally decided to come over by himself.

The Skill Requirements and Consumption per Summon had become much stricter and harsher, but the Time Limit for a Summon’s existence and the Cooldown to bring out another Summon had changed favorably.

The only issue that hadn’t landed in Black’s court was the Corrupt Invocation’s Requirements, especially the Advanced Pokemon Trainer one.

Interacting with Selene, Devil’s Snare, and even Venom affected the Pokemon Trainer Ability.

But Black wasn’t sure if these interactions were enough to actually reach the Advance level, as he had been stuck on 95% Elementary Proficiency for quite some time now.

That meant, to fully put Eon Soul Dew to use, he... might have to get an actual, living Pokemon.

Just as Black came to that conclusion, Darkrai disappeared, finishing the task.

The entire Reality Marble blurred, flakes of it falling off, melting into the seams of the world.

And, an outrageously shocking and strange sight revealed itself to Black, making him smile in triumph.

In the skies of Fuyuki City hovered a small white-skinned girl, with thick bolts of black-red lightning shooting out of the long, dorsal spines on her back, rumbling across a vast space as they covered the entire city.

But Black’s gaze was planted not on those dorsal spines or the color of her skin, but on the hole in the girl’s forehead, going through and through.

It seemed, Kai, Orochimaru, and Mayuri’s grandest and wildest experiment...
