"Report."

"Come in."

Jeming stood outside the command center and pushed the door open after hearing the voice inside.

Frost was standing at the tactical map, and the projection on it had been updated—the red dots representing the Reaper Race had largely disappeared, leaving only a few isolated areas still resisting.

"You’re here." Without looking up, Frost tossed a few crystals over, "These are the detailed data from the battle earlier: energy consumption statistics, tactical response time, analysis of the enemy commander’s behavior patterns... I hope you can preserve these for the next round, though I don’t know if it’s possible."

Jeming caught the crystals and scanned them with his divine sense.

Inside indeed was highly professional data, even including some details he had not noticed before—for instance, an abnormal fluctuation in the Reaper Race’s pheromone network encryption method during the later stages of the battle.

"No problem." He tucked the crystals into his bosom, actually storing them in a specific area of his Inner Grotto Heaven, "I will establish an independent archive, classified by time, type, and importance."

"Very good." Frost finally looked up, his eyes uncontrollably excited, "Now, the next question: What do you think the storage capacity of this Record Crystal is?"

Jeming paused for a moment.

He instinctively "looked" at his Inner Grotto Heaven, which, after such a long time of expansion, was now about the size of a continent.

Though still a small space in the Plane, for storage purposes... 𝗳𝐫𝚎𝗲𝚠𝚎𝗯𝕟𝐨𝘃𝚎𝗹.𝗰𝗼𝗺

"If it’s just Record Crystals..." he pondered over his words, "there should be no need to worry about storage capacity in the short term."

Frost raised an eyebrow.

"It seems the storage capacity of your thing is quite high, but you will have to store all the records of the entire battlefield afterward." He confirmed once more, "Are you certain?"

"I am certain." Jeming replied without changing his expression, "Rest assured, there will be no issues purely in terms of storage space."

Upon hearing this, Frost thought for a moment, suddenly realizing something.

He walked up to Jeming, staring into his eyes, "Then, if I asked you to store not just the battlefield records?"

"What do you mean?"

"Technology." Frost said, "All research technology related to the Reaper Race. Energy weapons decryption, shell material analysis, pheromone network reverse engineering... including even our research data on the ’time loop’ itself."

Jeming’s breath slightly quickened.

"This data..." Jeming did his best to keep his tone calm, slowly saying, "could be considered invaluable."

"Of course." Frost nodded, "So you won’t be doing it for free. Besides the regular military merits reward after the war, I can also grant you a privilege: all the technical data you store, you can freely study, research, and even use in your experiments. As long as it’s not leaked externally."

Jeming’s heart skipped a beat.

This was an offer he could not refuse.

The Wizard profession was inherently one of the pursuit of knowledge, and now, Frost was essentially offering him a complete and continuously updated technical database!

"I accept." Jeming agreed without hesitation.

There was no need to even think about terms like these.

Seeing this, Frost chuckled.

"A fine thirst for knowledge, which is the most fundamental quality of a Wizard." He said, "But you should be aware that accepting this task means you can no longer be on the front line. However, I recall you are also a Logistics Department Wizard, so being on the front line shouldn’t be that important to you."

He turned, quickly inputting commands into the Magic Network Terminal.

A few seconds later, orders were sent through the legion’s internal network to each Logistics Department Wizard’s terminal.

Order Priority: Highest

Content: Immediately initiate the "Loop Decryption" research project. All related Wizards, in units of squads, are tasked with researching the Reaper Race’s various technologies and time loop phenomena. Research results are to be submitted to the tactical command center for review before archiving.

Special Note: This order is a continual directive until the end of this Plane War round.

After the order was sent, Frost looked at Jeming, "What do you think?"

"Glad to be of service."

"Excellent." Frost looked out the window. Dawn was approaching, and the sky was already turning light.

"A new day is beginning," he said softly, "and this time, we are no longer passively awaiting the loop."

"We are here to actively make history."

...

...

One month.

For a Plane War involving two high-level civilizations, this was a time that seemed almost like a drill.

Yet in just these thirty standard Wizard days, the situation had undergone a revolutionary change.

In the sky, hundreds of streams of light streaked across, marking the flight trajectories of Wizard Squads.

After issuing the research task, Frost had gone on to assign exploration missions to the entire Wizard Legion.

With intelligence obtained from Jeming, Frost’s tactics were simple yet effective: abandon cumbersome army operations and maximize the advantage of intelligence.

The Wizards split into units of three to five elite groups, like precise surgical tools, piercing into every corner of the Reaper Race’s territory.

And the main task of these Wizard Squads was to record all information during their search and submit it upon return.

The result was that the finely constructed defenses of the Reaper Race became a sieve leaking information in the face of the Wizards.

"Seventh Squad reporting, Energy Node Three has been destroyed. The enemy’s garrison attempted to activate the self-destruct program, blocked by pre-installed Rune locks. Captured one complete data core."
