"Let’s go! Let’s go eat!" Ye Anxin happily took Mu Beiting’s arm and walked with him to the restroom to wash their hands.

Completely ignored, Xiao Bai watched his parents’ departing backs and couldn’t help but shiver before following them.

Ye Anxin nestled in Mu Beiting’s arms and said softly, "Uncle, I’m not going with you to the company tomorrow!"

Ye Anxin rolled her eyes and smiled as she explained, "I made plans with Yueyue today to accompany her tomorrow! Besides, it’s rare to have clear weather after such a long time of snow; I want to go out for some fresh air and not stay at home or in the office all day!"

Mu Beiting raised an eyebrow and said, displeased, "Being by my side, you feel bored?"

Knowing that Mu Beiting misunderstood her, Ye Anxin couldn’t help but cough lightly and quickly explained, "Cough cough...! Of course not! As long as I’m with you, I’m very content; how could I feel bored? But being at home and in the company every day, it’s always heating, and there’s no fresh air! You promised to wear the new clothes I bought for you today!"

"Mmm!" Mu Beiting nodded, looking down at the clothes on him, hesitated for a moment, and then left the room.

When Mu Beiting made his way down the stairs, Xiao Bai, already sitting on the sofa, quickly looked over! Upon seeing that he indeed wore the clothes Ye Anxin bought yesterday, Xiao Bai’s face immediately darkened, and he said with a not-quite-smile, "Dad, you really wore that outfit?"

Mu Beiting glanced down at his clothes, looking rather displeased as he walked over to sit next to Xiao Bai.

Seeing his dad silent, Xiao Bai, taking courage, continued, "Dad, you’re really nice to mom! You obviously don’t like it but still wear it!"

Upon hearing this, Mu Beiting frowned deeply, finally unable to contain himself and spat out two words, "Shut up!"

Seeing his dad finally lose his temper, Xiao Bai pursed his lips but said nothing more!

Not long after, Ye Anxin also finished freshening up and came downstairs. Accompanying Mu Beiting, she had an early breakfast and then saw Mu Beiting and Xiao Bai off.

Standing at the doorstep, seeing that Ye Anxin had no intention of getting in the car, Xiao Bai curiously asked, "Mom, aren’t you going to the company with Dad?"

Once inside, Ye Anxin went upstairs to change into a clean outfit, put the gift for Mu Beiting into her shoulder bag, and walked downstairs to find the butler, smiling as she said, "Butler, you don’t need to prepare dinner for Uncle and me tonight, just prepare for Xiao Bai alone. Uncle and I will eat out."

The butler hurriedly nodded, "Alright, I understand!"
