Daddy Always Gets Jealous
Chapter 1854 - 179: A Tall Tree Stands in the South (1874)
The assistant stood there, looking in another direction, afraid that trouble would affect him as well.
Ever since Miss Qin moved in, the entire estate had been in chaos, and peace was never restored.
He was frequently punished by his master for similar matters.
At that moment, he wished he could drift away like smoke, leaving this place of trouble.
Not hearing any sound for a long time, he didn’t dare to look.
Qin Shaoling and Ji Bo were in a standoff.
Not seeing Qin Shaoling apologize and concede, Ji Bo looked up at the assistant Acheng on the side, "Go, throw that Qiao Qiao into the sea to feed the sharks."
Acheng looked at his master, his face like the calm before a storm, ready to erupt at any moment.
Ji Bo looked at Acheng, "Deaf?"
Acheng shivered all over, "Master, I’ll take care of it right away."
He turned and went upstairs.
Qin Shaoling’s face turned pale with anger.
After a standoff, seeing Qiao Qiao being brought downstairs by two people, heading straight outside, she looked in Ji Bo’s direction.
Ji Bo stood up, touched the cheek that had been brushed by paper, "Not going to watch? The scene of sharks eating people is quite different."
Qin Shaoling trembled with anger, but there was nothing she could do against the rogue in front of her.
She couldn’t out-curse him, nor out-fight him!
Ji Bo took a step, followed them to the dock, "That speedboat then, throw her into the center, more sharks there."
Qiao Qiao originally didn’t know where they were taking her, but upon hearing this, goosebumps spread all over her body.
If she understood correctly, this masked man intended to feed her to the sharks!
Plead for mercy?
It’s probably useless.
She could clearly feel his anger, but it wasn’t her who caused it, it should be Qin Shaoling, right?
Seeing her silent, Ji Bo’s gaze fell on Qiao Qiao, "Why not beg for mercy?"
Qiao Qiao was so nervous her blood was racing, yet she forced herself to speak, "Would begging for mercy work?"
Ji Bo stood there, exuding an air of superiority, "Hard to say."
Three simple words, clearly indicated that begging wouldn’t work.
This world has always been survival of the fittest, a world for the strong, not a place where acting pitiful could help.
With a gesture from Ji Bo, two servants escorted Qiao Qiao onto the speedboat.
Ji Bo stepped forward, boarding it as well.
Qin Shaoling rushed out, but before she could board, the speedboat had already left the dock.
"Ji Bo, you madman, release her quickly! I’ll agree to anything you say!"
Ji Bo stood on the speedboat, looking at Qin Shaoling from afar, "Too late."
Two words, void of any warmth, like a decree from the Grim Reaper.
Qin Shaoling took a deep breath, saw another speedboat nearby, jumped onto it, and directly set sail, chasing after them.
Ji Bo sat on the speedboat, asking the attendant to open a bottle of red wine.
The attendant poured a glass, looking at Ji Bo, "Master."
Ji Bo didn’t speak, glanced down at the crimson liquid in the glass, took it with his clean, long fingers, the thumb and forefinger gently pinching the slender stem of the glass, gently swirling it.
Every movement, elegant and alluring.
Only with his bloodthirsty smile, adding a few degrees of coldness.
Qiao Qiao glanced at him, then at the calm sea, seeing only small ripples, not resembling a place with sharks.
Suddenly, the surface of the water burst open with sprays, churning.
Looking closer, sharks became faintly visible beneath the shallow water.
Qiao Qiao stared at the swimming sharks, her facial muscles froze, and immediately after, she felt her blood instantly solidify.
Fear magnified in circles at the bottom of her eyes!
