Dragon Blood Saint Emperor
Chapter 59: Dragon Blood Divine Cauldron
The sudden change was difficult for Ye Wushuang to adapt to. He could only endure the intense, throbbing pain in his head and slowly absorb the unfamiliar information.
Streams of information flooded his mind:
"Breakthrough to the Qi Vortex Realm has unlocked the Second Layer of the Chaos Dragon Tomb: the Chaos Space!"
"The Chaos Space is a primordial space. Its initial range is a thousand li in all directions and it can grow infinitely. By gathering the Five Elements Divine Objects, it can evolve into a Chaotic World, capable of housing living beings and birthing all of creation..."
"Barbaric Tyrant Dragon Fist: Companion Combat Skill of the Chaos Heaven-Devouring Dragon Technique. Current rank: Spirit-Level Combat Skill!"
"Dragon Blood Divine Cauldron: A Supreme Treasure transformed by the touch of the Ancient Chaos Devouring Heaven Dragon Divine Blood. It is an Alchemy Divine Cauldron!"
"Ninth-Level Spiritual Medicine: Dragon Essence Fruit!"
...
Amidst his shock and excitement, Ye Wushuang finished absorbing all the information. At this moment, his excitement had reached an indescribable peak.
’Did I just fucking hit the jackpot?’
Ye Wushuang was in a state of euphoria. When he unlocked the First Layer of the Chaos Dragon Tomb, the True Dragon Space, he had obtained the heaven-defying Chaos Heaven-Devouring Dragon Technique, Chaos Heaven-Devouring Dragon Blood, and Dragon Blood Killing Sword. Now that he had unlocked the Second Layer, it also contained countless heaven-defying treasures. This was something he had never imagined, not even in his wildest dreams.
The Barbaric Tyrant Dragon Fist!
The Alchemy Divine Cauldron: the Dragon Blood Divine Cauldron!
These were all heaven-defying items.
And the Chaos Space was even more incredible.
At this thought, Ye Wushuang focused his attention on the Chaos Space. From the information he had received, he understood that it was different from the True Dragon Space—the difference was like that between the clouds and the mud.
The True Dragon Space was also a space that could grow, but it could only hold objects, not living beings. It was like an infinitely large Storage Ring, incapable of evolving into a world.
The Chaos Space, however, could. It would expand as Ye Wushuang’s Cultivation increased, and could even house living beings. This meant people could live inside it. Moreover, as long as he gathered the Five Elements Divine Objects, it could transform into a complete world, with mountains and rivers, a sun and a moon. It would be as if he had a world hidden within his own body...
The thought of having a world hidden inside him was something Ye Wushuang could hardly believe. It was such an ethereal and illusory concept. ’Even peerless experts probably don’t possess such a heaven-defying object, do they?’
"Kid, are you satisfied with these rewards?"
Just as Ye Wushuang was reveling in his excitement, an ethereal yet majestic voice suddenly rang out, startling him. He snapped back to his senses, his entire being on high alert as his Divine Sense scanned the space warily.
But what made him solemn was that he had no idea where the voice was coming from.
"No need to look, kid. With your meager Cultivation, you’ll never find this seat!" The majestic voice echoed through the space once again.
’Can’t find him?’
’Could this mysterious person be the master of the Chaos Dragon Tomb?’
Realizing he was still inside the Chaos Dragon Tomb, Ye Wushuang’s heart sank. If this person had some sort of scheme, there would be absolutely no escape for him.
"You don’t need to worry. Since this seat has given you so much, it is to nurture you, not to kill you." The mysterious, majestic voice spoke again, before hastily adding, "However, this seat’s treasures are not given for free. This seat wants you to promise to do one thing for me."
"May I ask what senior would like me to do?" Ye Wushuang remained vigilant, not agreeing immediately. Otherwise, he could be tricked without even realizing it.
Hearing the evasiveness in Ye Wushuang’s words, the "senior" grew somewhat angry. His voice deepened, "Kid, what right do you have to bargain with this seat? You will first agree, and then this... this seat will explain."
At this, Ye Wushuang’s brow furrowed. He felt something was off. This "senior" seemed strange, but he couldn’t put his finger on what it was. He could only send out his Divine Sense to investigate while saying, "It would be better if senior explained first. If this junior can do it, I will naturally do my utmost."
"Hmph! Do you intend to defy this seat? You should know, killing you would be as easy as flipping a hand for me." Seeing Ye Wushuang’s continued refusal, the "senior" seemed to grow even angrier. He let out a heavy snort, his voice filled with immense authority!
This time, however, Ye Wushuang’s Divine Sense pinpointed the source of the voice. It was coming from the glowing object at the center of the Chaos Space.
Ye Wushuang knew exactly what this object was: the Alchemy Divine Cauldron, the Dragon Blood Divine Cauldron!
’It’s coming from the Dragon Blood Divine Cauldron!’
Ye Wushuang hesitated for a moment before taking a step across the void, moving as if he were strolling through his own backyard. In the blink of an eye, he arrived beside the Dragon Blood Divine Cauldron.
This Dragon Blood Divine Cauldron was ninety-nine meters tall, with three legs and two ears. It seemed to be bathed in golden blood, giving it an otherworldly aura. Many profound patterns were inscribed upon it, and on each of its four sides was an engraving of a lifelike golden True Dragon, its head glaring furiously at the heavens.
"Kid, will you agree or not?"
The "senior’s" angry voice rang out again, sounding like a final warning.
Just then, Ye Wushuang’s ears twitched. He clearly caught the sound, which was coming from the Dragon Blood Divine Cauldron—or rather, from underneath it.
Ye Wushuang didn’t answer. Instead, his gaze swept down the Dragon Blood Divine Cauldron, finally drawn to something beneath one of its legs.
The object looked like a tail, about half a meter long, covered in thick white fur and twitching erratically. Ye Wushuang’s eyes followed the tail to its other end, where a furry head came into view.
The head was covered in white fur. Aside from a pair of shifty, darting eyes, the only other features were two things on top that looked remarkably like dragon horns.
’A cat?’
’A horned cat?’
After sizing up the creature, Ye Wushuang was slightly taken aback. The furry ball before him was indeed a cat—a very fat cat, at that—pinned underneath one of the Dragon Blood Divine Cauldron’s legs.
"Damn it all, why’d the kid go quiet!" Seeing that Ye Wushuang hadn’t responded after a long moment, the "fat cat" muttered to itself. Its tail twitched, and its shifty eyes darted about restlessly.
’So the "senior" was this fat cat all along?’
Standing behind it, the corners of Ye Wushuang’s mouth curved up. He didn’t expose the charade. Instead, he just watched quietly, curious to see what it would do next.
"Kid, this seat’s patience is limited. You’d best not provoke me, or else..."
"AHH!"
The mysterious "senior" hadn’t even finished speaking when it suddenly let out a blood-curdling shriek, as if it had been violated by an old sow hundreds of times. The scream echoed endlessly throughout the Chaos Space. 𝒇𝒓𝒆𝒆𝙬𝒆𝒃𝓷𝒐𝓿𝙚𝙡.𝒄𝓸𝒎
As for Ye Wushuang, one of his feet was now planted firmly on the "fat cat’s" tail.
"Senior, what’s wrong? Are you alright?"
Ye Wushuang asked with feigned urgency. His concerned tone was enough to make anyone shed tears of gratitude, but right now, there wasn’t a trace of worry on his face. Instead, he wore a wicked grin.
"Aiyah, you’re killing this sea... Lord Cat’s tail!" the "fat cat" shrieked, its eyes rolling back in its head. It howled in pain, "Kid, you’re stepping on Lord Cat’s tail!"
"Senior, what tail? Where are you?" Ye Wushuang asked, feigning ignorance.
"Lord Cat is under your foot! Don’t you see? You... you’re stepping on Lord Cat’s tail! Damn it all, kid, move your foot!"
The "fat cat" grimaced in pain. It twisted its head back with all its might, trying to see which bastard was stepping on its tail, but with most of its body pinned under the Dragon Blood Divine Cauldron’s leg, it couldn’t see a thing no matter how hard it struggled.
