"What are you doing, senior brother?"

Behind the Frozen Heart Sect’s main mountain, Mu Yao was standing beside Lin Feng, who was drawing something on the ground.

"I am drawing a spirit gathering array..." Lin Feng finished the last stroke and stood up.

Mu Yao got bewildered looking at the array he had drawn, although she wasn’t good at arrays, she did know that it was very small. "What is the point of drawing it here? And isn’t it too small?"

Lin Feng shook his head. "It is just a single node, the complete array would cover the whole sect."

Mu Yao got surprised when she heard that. "Didn’t our cave abodes have spirit gathering arrays, then what is the need for this big one?"

"It is not for cultivation, it will work for gathering spirit qi to activate another array..." Lin Feng began walking towards the location where he would draw the second node.

Mu Yao and Hei Ying followed him immediately.

Lin Feng walked for a good while before deciding to draw the second node.

"Which array?" Mu Yao was curious.

Lin Feng cleared the area and began drawing the node. "Teleportation array."

"Don’t we have that too?" Mu Yao tilted her head.

Lin Feng looked at her calmly. "Why are you here? Weren’t you going to train in alchemy with Aunt Ning?"

Mu Yao’s overall schedule was fixed with her practicing battle sense with Lin Feng in the morning and for the rest of the day cultivating and learning alchemy for a few hours.

Mu Yao had just completed her training with him and was about to go when she decided to spend some more time with him before leaving, and when she saw him drawing the array, she got curious and stayed.

"Cough! Senior brother, Aunt Ning might be refining, so I don’t want to disturb her..." Mu Yao just spoke anything she found logical to make an excuse. 𝕗𝗿𝕖𝐞𝐰𝗲𝕓𝐧𝕠𝕧𝗲𝐥.𝚌𝐨𝚖

Lin Feng was now thoroughly dumbfounded. He shook his head and began drawing the array. "This array isn’t made to travel this world, it is a cross world teleportation array."

Mu Yao, who was avoiding his eyes due to making such an obvious excuse, got even more surprised. "Really? Will we be able to travel to different worlds now?"

"Not now... but in the future you will..." Lin Feng completed the second node and felt completely drained.

The array he was completing was beyond grade nine. Even with all the chaos qi swirling inside his new Origin Dantian, he was only able to draw two nodes.

Well, he wasn’t in a hurry, he had a lot of other things to do before he left for the higher world.

The first and foremost was to help all of his aunts reach the peak of Tribulation Ascendance through dual cultivation.

Now that he was at a higher realm than them unlike before, his yang was very potent for them. It wouldn’t take long before they reached the peak stage.

Even if they didn’t reach it before he left, it wouldn’t be an issue since this heaven grade cultivation technique didn’t have flaws like the one in the Yin Yang Harmony Sect. They could cultivate alone too, albeit it would be far slower than dual cultivation.

Nevertheless, this was the reason he was creating this teleportation array, once he had some foothold in the upper world, he would draw the teleportation array there, connecting this world with that world.

The second thing he had to consider was his own cultivation from now onwards.

The path of Dao was far more demanding and arduous. Cultivating in the lower realms from Qi Refinement to Tribulation Ascendance could be done by simply absorbing qi, but it was different for cultivation in the Dao realms.

Breaking through to the next realm was impossible by just absorbing immortal qi, you had to comprehend the intricacies of Dao.

Lin Feng had already walked the path of Dao once and had reached the peak of the Dao Realms, but that didn’t mean that he was considered to be at that realm againjust because he have mastery over one Dao.

He had to cultivate again, albeit he had one very big advantage if he wanted, unlike others he didn’t have to comprehend Dao, even absorbing qi would be enough for him to reach the top again.

The only issue was that the qi required for cultivating in the Dao realms was far beyond imagination. He might take a hundred thousand years to reach the peak. Hence, it wasn’t a good approach.

Well, it didn’t matter much to him either since he was going to walk the path of Chaos.

In his past, the Dao he had cultivated was the Dao of Concealment. He decided to follow that path because of the Heaven Grade cultivation technique he had found in one of the ruins through luck.

Because of that cultivation technique and his supreme talent in comprehension, he was able to reach the top, becoming one of the supreme Dao Lords.

There was another path he was comprehending but wasn’t able too since he had reached a bottleneck which he wasn’t able to break no matter how hard he tried, the Dao of Dream.

The reason he started to comprehend the Dao of Dream was because he found a treasure related to it. Even now he didn’t understand what grade that treasure was.

He had suspected it to be a Primordial Origin grade treasure, but he was skeptical given how weak it was compared to the feats he had heard about other primordial treasures.

He further discarded that thought as he would definitely have broken through the bottleneck if it was a primordial treasure since he was quite confident in his comprehension ability.

"What are you thinking, senior brother?" Mu Yao saw him getting lost in thought.

Lin Feng sighed inwardly. "Let’s go back..."

That treasure and his mastery in concealment were the reasons he was able to seal his memories and hide them from the heavens while going through reincarnation.
