Elven Encounter With A Blood Seeker
Chapter 303: What’s Wrong With Me?
Jaguar took a step back from Aselia and removed his hands from around her.
"I am sorry. I shouldn’t have kissed you without your permission," the hurt mingled with unhappiness in his darkened orbs and yet he yearned to kiss her again, the taste of her lips lingered on his.
Aselia had dreamt of kissing someone of her own accord, unaware that she had already done that. She thought that her first experience was destroyed.
"It’s ok. I want to go home," she finally moved from the spot towards his bike and he followed her without saying a word.
Jaguar quietly took her home and stopped in front of her house. She dismounted his bike and taking off the helmet she handed it back.
"I am sorry things didn’t go the way you wanted them. I wish I can act like a normal girl but somehow I can’t," her heart was so burdened and an intangible sorrow surrounded her.
Hearing her words, Jaguar extended his hand towards her and requested:
"Let’s be friends first because I like you, Falcon. I promise I won’t repeat this until you are ready. So, can you be my friend?"
Aselia shook his hand and answered:
"Yes, I can do that."
"Perfect, then I will see you tomorrow. Good night," he gave her one final smile and started his bike before disappearing in the night. Aselia remained glued to her spot for a long time trying to wrap her head around the events of the night. Not reaching any conclusion, she finally headed inside.
The TV in the living room was on and she found Yurian to be still awake playing a video game on it. She went ahead and slumped next to him, and banged her head on the back of the sofa. Taking off her bandana she threw it on the table.
Yurian paused his game and turned towards her, the blue light from the TV fell on her face and he saw how agitated she seemed.
"That bad, huh?" Yurian asked in a grim voice. 𝘧𝑟𝑒𝑒𝘸𝘦𝘣𝑛𝑜𝘷𝑒𝓁.𝘤𝘰𝓂
"What’s wrong with me Yuri? Why can’t I fall in love with someone? Why everyone’s touch repulses me?" she covered her face with her hands, not wanting him to see the emotional turmoil that danced in her turquoise orbs.
"Hey! Hey! There is nothing wrong with you. Quit that thinking. You just haven’t met someone you are supposed to fall in love with," he tried to reassure her and placed his hand on her arm.
His words made her think. She knew so less about her kind, though Yurian’s mother was not an elf but she had descended from them. Aselia decided to ask Esma if there was something she could tell her about the love life of elves.
"I am tired of being alone Yuri. I feel a gaping hole in my heart and it doesn’t fill up," she whispered to him. Her words frustrated him, for once he couldn’t help her and he knew unconsciously she missed Xiran. That hole he left in her refused to fill up and it was killing her.
"You are not alone. We are all with you and finding the right person is not easy. One has to toil hard to find a diamond among the fake gemstones," he patted her arm and she nodded her head.
"Come on now, stop sulking and play the game with me. Love will find us when it will be our time," he handed her the controller and took hold of the other one. Aselia finally straightened up and smiled at him. Soon both of them were lost in virtual reality, forgetting their real one.

Once Aselia and Jaguar were gone. Amoris climbed down the tree and trotted to the house she had rented out for a few days. She jumped inside through the window and transformed into her human self.
Agent 93 had provided her with the location of where Aselia and Yurian had moved to. Because that news had been kept from Xiran, in case he acted irrationally and tried to visit her.
After having a small meal and drinking water, she finally called Rumail. The events she had witnessed, threw her into uncertainty. She wasn’t sure if to reveal them to Xiran or not.
Rumail picked up on the second bell and whispered:
"Sweetness, what news you have?"
"Nothing good I am afraid," Amoris’s heart was breaking thinking about Xiran. He had let his lover go but seemed like there was more than what met the eye.
She narrated everything she had seen and Rumail almost dropped his phone. A wave of anger and frustration passed through him thinking someone else kissing what belonged to his Señor and he could only imagine what Xiran would do if he was to find out.
"We can’t tell Señor, he would kill him without thinking. Leave it to me, I will discuss it with Frila and Rivan first and see what they say."
"Sure, but I could sense she was not comfortable with the guy. I am not sure why she was there with him in the first place," Amoris added further.
"I think she is trying to close the void Señor has left. His powers are lethal and when he takes memories, there is nothing left just gaps which frustrate people because they can’t remember and fill them up," Rumail explained.
"I see, I wish they could be together Rumi. It broke my heart when she pushed him and almost screamed. There was so much pain in her voice," Amoris kept recalling that scene in her mind.
"It broke my heart too when I learnt of what Señor did. Aselia is unique and brave just like you," he sighed.
"Well, I have to head back to Anthos tomorrow. I will come to meet you in a couple of weeks. There is some information I need to collect. Until then I love you. I will be discarding this phone now," she informed him.
"Take care of yourself. I love you too. Until we meet again."
