Farming in a Parallel World and Becoming a God
Chapter 2330 - 1043: Comprehensive Territory Upgrade
1. Level enhancement.
The maximum level enhancement limit is sixth-level.
At least for now, it is sixth-level.
Gaven previously managed to enhance up to fifth-level, and this was not a coincidence, but an inevitability.
Because this limit is determined by the Godhood Level.
This means that in a God Kingdom of Intermediate Divine Power True Gods, the entire army of Petitioners will be Transcendent.
And those Strong Divine Power presences begin with sixteen Life Dice.
Through this point, it is possible to effectively deduce the Godhood stage in which a Divine Power presence resides.
The King of the Jackalweres is Ninth Godhood, whereas the Ghoul King is Fifth Godhood.
This was before their major battle occurred.
After the Ghoul King sacrificed the Jackalwere Army through a hunger ritual, transforming them into ghouls, his Godhood Level also rose to Sixth Godhood, while the King of the Jackalweres remained unchanged.
Godhood Levels increase in a stair-step manner, and the further along, the harder it is to ascend, because a new Godhood Level is the sum of all previous Godhood Levels.
Gaven annexed the Giant Bones and Dragon Bones territories, advancing himself to Fifth Godhood, but swallowing the Burning Bones and Corpses territories only enhanced him to Sixth Godhood.
To rise to Seventh Godhood, he must swallow the entire Ghoul Kingdom.
Of course, if he were to proceed directly and swallow the Jackalwere Kingdom, he could at least elevate himself above Eighth Godhood.
As for why not Ninth Godhood...
Never forget that they are different from Gaven; the God Kingdom is only part of their power.
They are also Gods of the Race, with a large number of races and followers situated within various planes of the Multiverse.
This is something beyond Gaven’s reach, even if he managed to breach their God Kingdom, he couldn’t consume it; such racial Divine Position is, at the very least, beyond his Power Domain.
2. Territory troop capacity limit.
This ability inherently has a limit, which is dictated by the soul energy used throughout the territory.
That is, all soul energy within the territory can be entirely converted into various troop types, without retaining any.
Therefore, the key issue remains the soul energy.
3. Soul pool summoning speed.
This ability is akin to the previous one; if all soul energy has been converted into troops, the summoning speed is irrelevant.
Unless a large-scale war breaks out, resulting in a significant amount of soul energy loot or if there are substantial casualties on one’s own side, this ability will be needed.
Otherwise, it’s generally unused.
When there’s an inflow of substantial soul energy, it means they are already at a decisive battlefield advantage, with or without troops converted from soul energy, they will win that war.
Regarding one’s own side’s heavy casualties, that scenario is possible only when engaging in warfare with entities like the Giant Bone King, Skeleton Dragon King, and Burning Flames Queen, those Advanced Undead Lords.
In the Divine War against figures like the Ghoul King and King of the Jackalweres, such situations won’t arise, as the souls of the fallen no longer belong to oneself, but become the enemy’s spoils of war.
Harvesting far fewer souls than the number of deceased Undead Soldiers means they’ve already shattered, and conversions are of no use.
Because the enemy can continue to summon reinforcements, and they’re far superior in numbers.
4. Random summoning.
Gaven now occupies the entire Plains of Bone, where all ordinary undead engraved in the Bottomless Abyss have been collected.
Anything he desires can be self-built using the soul pool, mass summoned; there’s no need for random summoning anymore.
Extremely special undead cannot be summoned in this manner, such as Liches and Death Knights.
5. Low-level lord expansion.
This number is related to territorial area, not Divine Nature Force; they are equivalent to local lords.
The theoretical smallest occupation area of the soul pool allows for enshrining one per twenty square kilometers.
Thus, Gaven can enshrine over 166,000.
Of course, this is a theoretical figure.
It requires Gaven to have complete control over the entire territory—laying Skeleton Road across every corner of the Undead Slaughter Territory.
He possesses indirect control over the Undead Slaughter Divine Power, while Road Divine Power is his foundation, allowing for a hundred percent grasp.
Even if he only has one-tenth mastery over the Undead Slaughter Territory, the number of enshrinable low-level Undead Lords still exceeds ten thousand.
Gaven cannot personally enshrine one lord at a time, just as a Human King wouldn’t directly appoint a village chief; he delegated these tasks to the Strategic Shadow Officers.
They are on the frontlines, best understanding those Undead Soldiers’ circumstances, selecting favored Undead Lords to form new Undead Legions.
This is the Bottomless Abyss where a horde of undead is governed, devoid of nepotism, power abuse, certainly promoting meritocracy.
The Strategic Shadow Officers naturally rise with the tide, promoted from Legion Commander to Legion Chief Commander, each leading three Undead Legions.
The Main Battle Legion of the Undead Slaughter Territory hasn’t doubled but tripled, transforming from one million to three million, with three Advanced Undead Lords each commanding one legion.
This is the standard Gaven set for them; as for any excess soul energy, how they manage it is their business, giving them some autonomy, allowing distinct features to unfold.
6. Advanced troops.
This capability no longer has limitations either; Gaven can advance any regular specialty troop type within the Undead Slaughter Territory.
