Fuck!!!! I'm Having The Alpha Princess's Baby.
Chapter 276: Faye Punched Mrs Griffin
Just when the Griffins thought they could finally breathe, the front door fell down in an instant. The wood splintered with a loud crack, hitting the floor with a heavy boom that rattled the walls of the small hallway.
Two figures walked in.
It was the same people who had left their house just now. The dark shadows blocked out the streetlights behind them, stepping right over the broken hinges.
"What are you two doing?!" the woman screamed, traumatized by the way her door had just fallen off. She clutched her hands over her ears, her chest heaving as she backed away toward the kitchen entrance.
"Seriously, Peamah, I said open the door, not break the door," Faye said lazily as the two entered. She shook her head, rubbing her temple where the throbbing pain was finally starting to fade into a dull ache.
Then she looked at the couple. The man was sitting on the couch, still in pain from being thrown to the ground earlier. He was groaning quietly, his hands rubbing his ribs while his face remained pale.
The woman was standing in front of her husband. She tried to block him from view again, her eyes wide with pure panic as she stared at the giant teenager standing behind Faye.
"Hello, Griffins. It’s me again," Faye said. Her voice was flat, her eyes narrowing as she stepped fully into the living room light.
Then she folded her knuckles, her eyes staring at the woman. Without wasting any time, she dashed toward her and immediately punched her in the face. Her fist connected cleanly with the woman’s jaw, a sharp smack echoing through the quiet space.
That was the first thing she had on her mind. The moment that woman had slammed her on the head, she had already been added to Faye’s punching list.
No one gets to harm her and not expect a punch in return. She stood over the woman, her posture perfectly steady as Mrs. Griffin stumbled backward.
"That’s for hitting me. Now, who was the second person?" Faye asked, wanting to know who had actually knocked her out. That one deserved more than two punches. She looked past the woman, her sharp gaze locking onto the trembling husband on the couch.
Mrs. Griffin’s mouth was already bleeding from her lip. She wiped the crimson fluid away with the back of her trembling hand, staring up at Faye with total disbelief.
"This is assault! How dare you hit a woman old enough to be your mother?" the woman said, her voice cracking as she tried to pull herself up using the edge of the table.
"My mother has never smacked my head with a rod. Even if she were alive, she would have never done that. I don’t care how old you are. All I did was return the favor," Faye said. She took another step forward, her shadow completely engulfing the older woman.
"I’m going to report this to the GPS. You two are going to jail for forced break-in and assault. I will make sure you both rot in jail." Mrs. Griffin threatened, though her voice shook violently as she glanced at the broken door on the floor.
"My dad is the chief. You can call them and let’s see who’s going to be the one rotting in jail," Peamah said. He stepped forward, his massive chest flexing under his jacket as he let out a low, mocking chuckle.
"You are a Frost..." the man said. His voice was barely a whisper, his eyes widening as he recognized the GPF Chief’s son.
Having a Frost in his house was almost the same as having an Alpha there. But he didn’t understand what connection Peamah had with Faye for him to be by her side. It made no sense to his mind.
Except...
He looked at Faye with disgust. He thought she was in a relationship with an Alpha and had recently had children with her. The rumors about her seducing the Alpha Princess to bear her pups...
"So you’re a two-timer. Are you not ashamed of such disgusting behavior?"
"What the..." Faye muttered in confusion. Her eyebrows drew together, her mind stalling out at the sheer stupidity of the man’s words.
"Dating an Alpha King and sleeping with a Frost. So shameful." Mr. Griffin sneered, trying to find some leverage despite his terror.
Faye gave him a deadpan look. Now she was the one who felt disgusted. The level of nonsense coming out of his mouth was completely throwing off her focus.
"Peamah, smite him. Twice and hard," Faye ordered. She didn’t even blink, waving her hand toward the couch dismissively.
Peamah quickly grabbed Mr. Griffin by the collar and punched him hard twice. His massive fists blurred through the air, hitting the man’s face with two heavy thuds that lifted him slightly off the cushions before dropping him back down.
And note, Faye still hadn’t punched him for knocking her out earlier. He was still on her list.
Mr. Griffin’s face was now swollen. He looked like a boxer after a brutal fight. His nose was leaking blood, and his left eye was already puffing up into a purple bruise.
He and his wife knelt on the ground, both facing Faye, who happened to be holding Charlie. The girl’s eyes were already swollen and red from all the crying.
According to her brother, Eddie, their parents hadn’t fed the kids in two days. The little boy was standing near the kitchen, holding his sister Mimi’s hand while they both stared at the floor.
Even baby Charlie had been crying nonstop due to hunger and not seeing her big brother around. She whimpered against Faye’s shoulder, her small fingers clutching weakly at the fabric of Faye’s hoodie.
Before the interrogation, Faye called Sasha, who had happened to call Faye multiple times due to the head pain but had been sent to voicemail. Faye had many missed calls.
She told Sasha to come to her location, but first stop by the convenience store to get baby food and bring pizzas for the Griffin kids. She needed the supplies brought over immediately before the toddlers fainted from hunger.
Faye had been asking the parents where Malo was, but the two refused to say anything. They just kept their mouths shut, staring stubbornly at the floor while the baby continued to whimper.
Even when Peamah trashed Mr. Griffin, he still didn’t say a word about his son’s location. The man just took the hits, wiping the blood from his chin with a grim expression.
This was starting to frustrate Faye.
She was losing her patience. Every second wasted was a second where Malo could be in real danger with whatever butcher his father had sold him to.
"Peamah, continue beating him until he talks. The woman too," Faye instructed. She bounced the baby slightly on her hip, her eyes dangerous, icy light that made the couple shrink back.
Faye scrolled through her phone to fully check her missed calls. Her thumb flicked past the screen, checking the notifications that had piled up over the last hour.
It was Princess.
Faye was about to call her back when an incoming call appeared. The screen lit up bright in the dim room, the vibration buzzing against her palm.
Her girlfriend was calling her.
