Fuck!!!! I'm Having The Alpha Princess's Baby.
Chapter 306: What Happened Today At School?
Later that day, inside the gym, Faye was shadowboxing while the Sensei stood silently in a corner, watching the angry girl box against herself. Her bare feet zipped across the rubber mats, her knuckles cutting through the air with a fast, heavy rhythm. Every punch came with a sharp, ragged breath through her teeth, her chest heaving as she let out all the extra anger that had been bubbling in her stomach since she left the school.
Then Princess walked in.
She had just come from school, while the pups remained in the car.
Faye noticed her girlfriend but ignored her and continued boxing. She didn’t slow down her feet, her eyes staying fixed on the space right in front of her face as she threw a fast left hook into the empty air.
"Can you stop and let’s talk?" Princess said calmly. She stood a few feet away from the edge of the mats, her arms hanging loose at her sides, her voice steady but laced with a heavy tiredness.
"Say what you want to say, Princess. I have ears." Faye said as she continued, now punching the heavy bag. She pivoted hard on her back foot, her wrapped fist slamming into the thick leather with a loud, echoing crack that made the metal chain rattle against the ceiling.
"What happened today at school?"
"What do you want me to say? I’m sure the school principal has already told you her side of the story, and you must be thinking, ’Oh, I’m the villain.’" Faye spat out the words, her breathing turning fast and shallow as she drove three rapid jabs into the middle of the bag, making the heavy weight swing violently on its hook.
"What happened at school today, Faye?" Princess asked.
Faye paused and finally looked Princess in the face. The Alpha was dead serious about the question.
"She refused to let me take my exam, and I asked her why. Then she told me the reason. She hates me, and she hates that I’m with you. I wasn’t going to punch her, but she mentioned my pups," Faye said.
"Is that all?" Princess’s voice dropped an octave, her nostrils flaring slightly as her own alpha energy pulsed outward for a split second.
"Yes."
"I have somewhere to be. I need you to watch the pups." Princess said as she headed outside to get the kids out of the car. She turned on her heel before Faye could even blink, her blazer snapping around her thighs as she pushed through the door.
"Where are you going?" Faye asked as she removed her gloves and ran after her.
"I’m going to set things right... and you’re not dropping out." Princess didn’t look back as she reached the car, her keys already in her palm.
After dropping off the kids with Faye and the Sensei inside the gym, Princess drove straight to the King’s Hotel.
Adam was in a meeting when she barged into his office. The door swung open with a violent thud, cutting right through the quiet murmurs of the businessmen inside.
"I’m sorry, sir. She didn’t let me explain," Adam’s personal assistant said before leaving. The poor girl was pale, her hands shaking as she backed out of the room and quickly clicked the door shut behind her.
Adam excused everyone from the room until only he and his little sister remained. Princess stood right in the center, her jaw rigid. She didn’t look like someone who had come for tea or coffee..
"What do you want, Princess?" Adam asked. He remained sitting at the head of the long glass table, his fingers casually lacing together as he stared at his sister.
"You have to put a leash on your wife," she said. Her voice carried a dangerous, flat tone that left absolutely no room for negotiation.
Adam was stunned to hear those words coming from her. He blinked, his smooth expression cracking for a fraction of a second as his chest rose with a sharp, surprised breath.
"A leash on Silviana?" he asked to confirm.
"Yes, she’s the one I’m talking about." Princess snapped, her eyes narrowing as she took a slow step closer to the desk.
"This is surprisingly coming from someone who sees her as some fancy guardian angel." Adam let out a dry, legal chuckle through his nose, though his posture straightened up, his shoulders setting into a defensive line under his tailored blazer.
"I respect her, but if she doesn’t respect my family, I’m not going to take it lightly." Princess growled, a low vibration starting deep in her chest that made the air in the room turn instantly colder.
Adam saw that Princess was genuinely serious, making him wonder what Silviana had done for Princess to say something like that.
"What did she do that I have to put a leash on her?"
Princess told her brother about the exam and how Silviana had refused to let her girlfriend write it.
It turned out Princess had been in the office hallway when she eavesdropped on Faye and Silviana’s conversation. To prove her claim, she reached into her blazer pocket, pulled out her tablet, and showed him the video recording. It happened to be from a CCTV camera with audio that she had pulled from the school’s server room before leaving.
Adam watched the entire video, his eyes tracking the glowing screen as the sound of his wife’s voice filled the quiet office. He didn’t blink, his breathing turning thin and controlled, even during the part where Faye punched his wife right off her leather chair.
"Your girlfriend punched her?" Adam lifted his eyes from the glass screen, his face completely unreadable.
"...She has anger issues and a thing for punching." Princess said it flatly, her arms crossing over her chest as she defended the omega’s actions without a single hint of regret.
"I can see that... Silviana will not let that go," he muttered as he handed her tablet back. "Alright, I’ll talk to the school board, and Faye won’t be expelled. She won’t even need to write the exam, back to school..... only if you attend Grandfather’s birthday party."
Adam laid down his price. He leaned back in his seat, a slow, confident grin creeping onto his face as he watched his sister’s reaction.
Princess folded her arms and looked at him.
"Why do you want me at the party? It’s not like I matter to him or you."
"Because he wants you and Faye to be there. Not only you, but Leo too. I’m just carrying out his orders." Adam shrugged his heavy shoulders, his tone turning completely businesslike as he laid out the grandfather’s demands.
"You really are his puppet, aren’t you?" Princess sneered, her teeth showing slightly as she looked down at her older brother.
"Stop saying that. Have you forgotten what happened last time?" Adam’s face turned bright red in an instant, his breathing speeding up as he stood up from his chair, his hands slamming hard against the table.
"Why would I forget? Even if the scars are no longer visible, it will never be forgotten. And if you try it again, don’t think I won’t put up a fight. I am an Alpha, just like you." Princess said before turning away. Her voice was steady, but the pure ice in her tone made the entire argument drop dead right there.
She began walking toward the door...
"Are you coming to Grandfather’s party?" Adam called out to her back, his voice tight with an anxious edge.
"Yes, I am. Also, tell your wife to back off from my girlfriend." Princess didn’t stop her stride, her hand reaching out to grab the brass handle of the exit door.
"You should also warn your girlfriend about who not to touch. Faye is lucky Silviana doesn’t have the thing anymore. By now, you’d be mourning your girlfriend," Adam said as Princess left the office.
