The guards stopped and then nodded and sent the news. Although the guardians were from Sky Tower and strictly followed Apollo's command, they only guarded the land and nothing else; the ruler of the land was still Grandpa William.

At that time Grandpa William, calmly seated, was discussing how to proceed with the development, but receiving the sudden news of someone from an ancient clan wanting to meet him naturally surprised him.

In fact, knowing it was some ancient clan made him feel anxious, as he knows what was happening in Rion and knows about their strength from Apollo and Astraea.

"Yes," he replied evenly. "How may I help you?"

The young master of the crystal dragon didn't care much, as he already had decided that the Fletcher family was just a lucky one and didn't need any careful consideration. So he spoke directly, his voice carrying natural authority.

"From now on this land, covering hundreds of miles surrounding it, will belong to me."

He leaned back slightly, as if granting mercy.

"And since you were fortunate enough to settle here, I will allow the Fletcher family to become my subordinates."

Hearing this, Grandpa William was shocked. He seemed to be silent for a moment and stared at the young master in disbelief.

"What the fuck!" He cursed at the young master without showing any ounce of respect.

"Are you fucking losing your mind?" William exploded.

"This entire land belongs to you? And we should become your subordinates?"

He leaned forward slightly, eyes blazing.

"Are all ancient clans filled with idiots like you?"

The entire hall fell deathly silent. The servants, along with young master, were shocked and couldn't believe what they were seeing. They couldn't expect William to humiliate the young master like this.
