Gorgeous Female Tenants
Chapter 408: Late-Night Visitor
Ah Rong lit a cigarette for Xu Xiangbei. Xu Xiangbei blew a smoke ring and said, "Do you know why I’m looking for you?"
Qin Daming nodded, then shook his head vigorously, looking bewildered but not daring to speak. He kept his mouth shut tightly, fearing saying the wrong thing and getting beaten up by Ah Rong again.
Despite Ah Rong being a pretty girl, her punches were powerful and painfully effective. Qin Daming didn’t dare to try his luck again.
"Take me to your father."
Qin Daming initially looked confused and wanted to ask something, but seeing Ah Rong glaring coldly at him, he didn’t dare to inquire further.
Xu Xiangbei smiled, "You wouldn’t say you don’t know where your father is, would you?"
Qin Daming cautiously replied, "I know where he is. I’ll take you there right away."
Xu Xiangbei patted Qin Daming’s shoulder kindly, "Good. If you take us there honestly, I guarantee you’ll be back at the bar enjoying yourself safely."
"My father is at Yu Hai Villa, on the coast in the eastern suburbs of the city."
Ah Rong started the Lamborghini, and with a roar of the engine, headed towards the Yu Hai Villa. Xu Xiangbei’s silver Porsche closely followed.
Qin Daming huddled in the passenger seat, looking at Ah Rong in amazement. Ah Rong shifted gears, stepped on the gas pedal clearly and smoothly, pushing the Lamborghini to nearly 180 mph. Xu Xiangbei behind tried to overtake but didn’t succeed.
She flicked her sleek, shiny bob, glaring at Qin Daming, who quickly turned his head away, already captivated by Ah Rong’s skillful and graceful driving.
As a racer, he knew Ah Rong’s driving skills could rival his own, standing shoulder to shoulder with Xu Xiangbei. His face involuntarily showed admiration and reverie.
"Stop staring at me; otherwise, I’ll gouge your eyes out with a knife."
Faced with Ah Rong’s warning, Qin Daming behaved like a child, obediently turning his head to the other side, not daring to resist at all.
By the time they reached Yu Hai Villa, it was already midnight. The security guards, seeing two luxury cars approaching, were accustomed to it. Everyone in this villa was either rich or noble, so luxury cars weren’t uncommon.
The handcuffs on Qin Daming were removed, and he rang the doorbell. The lights in the villa came on, accompanied by a deep, unfriendly voice, "Who is it, knocking at this hour?"
Qin Daming forced a bitter smile, "Uncle Qin, it’s me, Daming. Is my dad home?"
Uncle Qin, the security guard and housekeeper of the Qin Family, was surprised to hear it was Qin Daming, "Daming, your dad’s been asleep for a while. Why are you looking for him now? If you wake him, he won’t sleep well all night."
Uncle Qin opened the door, and Xu Xiangbei marched in with Qin Daming in tow.
Uncle Qin was an older man, over fifty, with gray hair at his temples yet bright, sharp eyes.
Xu Xiangbei playfully greeted Uncle Qin, but Uncle Qin looked at him warily.
Uncle Qin immediately noticed something was amiss with Qin Daming, usually arrogant but now looking disturbed, pale, and fearful.
While Xu Xiangbei seemed to kindly have his hand on Qin Daming’s shoulder, he was actually holding him in place.
Suddenly, Uncle Qin punched at Xu Xiangbei, but there was a light smack. Ah Rong’s slender, fair hand blocked Uncle Qin’s punch.
A skilled hand reveals the measure of ability. Uncle Qin’s punch used half of his Inner Strength, more than enough to break stones, yet Ah Rong, seemingly fragile, blocked it. She was evidently no ordinary person.
Since everything was out in the open, Uncle Qin didn’t hold back, swinging his fists with imposing power, pushing Ah Rong back step by step.
Xu Xiangbei didn’t intervene. Instead, he lounged casually on the luxurious sofa in the opulent living room, leisurely opening a piece of chocolate from the crystal coffee table and eating it with interest.
Qin Daming glared at Xu Xiangbei with resentment and sat down on the nearby sofa, "Kid, you still have time to leave. Uncle Qin is a master. If you get beaten up, you won’t be able to leave then."
Xu Xiangbei was unfazed, "I’m not leaving. Your dad owes us 50 million. Without the payment, I’m not going anywhere. Go make me some tea. That box of tea looks nice. Only brew the good tea, I don’t drink subpar leaves."
Seeing Xu Xiangbei pointing at a box on the coffee table, Qin Daming snorted angrily. Xu Xiangbei had quite the eye for quality; that was top-grade Huangshan Maofeng, worth thousands per ounce, and the small tin alone was over ten thousand bucks.
Qin Daming snapped, "You’re shameless! Dragging me here and then asking me to make you tea, good tea at that. I’ve seen shameless, but never like this."
Ah Rong and Uncle Qin were locked in fierce combat. Though Uncle Qin’s punches filled the living room with gusty winds, powerfully threatening, Ah Rong fought smoothly, like a boat swaying safely through stormy seas.
Occasionally, Ah Rong launched a punch or two, causing Uncle Qin to fluster.
Meanwhile, Xu Xiangbei snacked and watched the fight.
Suddenly, a cold voice came from the staircase, "Stop it, what do you think you are doing?"
Following the voice, Xu Xiangbei looked up to see a middle-aged man in floral pajamas. The man, in his fifties, had a square face, average height, and a dignified presence.
Seeing the middle-aged man descending the stairs, Qin Daming rushed over, feeling wronged, "Dad, they forced me to find you, or they would beat me up."
Noticing the blood at the corner of his son’s mouth and the swollen, red fingerprint on half his face, Qin Libao’s heart ached, "Uncle Qin, go get some ice for Ah Meng to reduce the swelling."
Uncle Qin, worried Xu Xiangbei might harm Qin Libao, quickly retreated to Qin Libao’s side, protecting him and advised, "Sir, they..."
Qin Libao waved him off, tightened his robe belt, and gave a cold glance at Xu Xiangbei and Ah Rong, "I got it. You go. Leave this to me."
Sitting on the plush sofa, Qin Libao glanced at the chocolate wrappers in front of Xu Xiangbei, his face showing disdain, "What do you want to see me about? Looking for money?"
Xu Xiangbei chuckled and grabbed another piece of chocolate, "Meeting you is of course about money. But don’t misunderstand, I’m not extorting you. I’m asking for the money you owe us."
Suddenly, Qin Libao laughed as if finding Xu Xiangbei laughably absurd, speaking with extreme sarcasm, "When did I ever owe you money? You’re dressed-up extortionists. I’m impressed, a talent, really, to be so shameless. So young and misguided, straying into extortion and abduction, utterly shameless."
