Nian Junting’s temples throbbed as his patience had gone out. He swung an arm and pushed the female doctor away, without showing any gentleness. She female doctor was on high heels, so she fell over her own feet. After that, Nian Junting narrowed his eyes, looked down at her and said, “I’m here to do the rehabilitation training, not to look for women. You should respect yourself.”

The familiar angry yell interrupted Luosang’s reading and made her raise her head to see what was happening. She then saw the poor female doctor sitting on the ground, while Nian Junting was standing straight, one hand holding the handrail, eyes radiating coldness.

“Mr. Nian… I’m sorry, I was just trying to divert your attention. I’m truly sorry…” The female doctor’s eyes turned red instantly. She tried to garner his sympathy, but before she finished, Nian Junting interrupted her again.

“Stop crying. I hate women crying. And, the room is full of your perfume. I don’t want to do my rehabilitation training here,” he said, then turned to Luosang and gave an order,

“Luosang, come here and help me.”

Luosang hurriedly stood up to support him with her hands. In the meanwhile, she saw the crying female doctor out of the corners of her eyes and sighed silently. ‘You could try that to any man, but sadly, you chose this one who has absolutely no tenderness to women,” she thought.

On their way back, Nian Junting called Lu Kang in the car with a sullen face, “By whatever means, I need you to build a rehabilitation treatment room in my villa ASAP. I need it before dark. Prepare all the devices for me.”

Luosang listened to that silently, thinking, ‘He’s wealthy indeed. He doesn’t seem to care how much will it cost to build a rehabilitation treatment room.’

“What were you doing just now?” After hanging up the phone, Nian Junting stared at Luosang unpleasantly and asked.

“Eh?”

“When I was doing the rehabilitation training, you were looking at your phone. Aren’t you ashamed? You’re my carer, and I paid you,” Nian Junting accused her unhappily, then added, “From now on, I want you to help me doing my rehabilitation training.”

Luosang blinked, said, “But I wear perfume too, and you always complain about me taking advantage of you…”

“Your perfume isn’t as disgusting as hers, and… You’re at least not so dramatical when trying to take advantage of me.” While speaking, Nian Junting looked at her proudly.

Luosang silently turned her face away, wondering what kind of impression she had left him with.

Lu Kang was incredibly efficient. Before dark, the room on the first floor of Nian Junting’s villa was turned into a rehabilitation treatment room with all needed devices, even more luxurious than the one in the hospital.

Maybe because Nian Junting had already known how good it felt to stand up again, he trained hard even if it was difficult.

After dinner, Luosang helped Sister Lan tidying. When she came out of the kitchen, she saw Nian Junting stood up slowly on his own, both hands holding the handrails.

It was the first time for her to see him on his feet. Since she saw him the first time, he had been sitting all the time, so she never noticed how tall he was before. He was over six feet, wearing a blue sports suit. He had an imposing appearance that made him look like a model. Not to mention the perfect shape of his side face which was formed under the white lamp light by his full forehead, straight nose, lips which were pressed tightly together, and his beautiful chin.

He was more charming on his feet than in the wheelchair.

Luosang had been facing him all these days, but still, she was distracted a little by his handsome face at that moment.

But of course, that was just her, a young lady’s appreciation for a beautiful creature.

She even forgot to walk to him.

When Nian Junting reached the ends of the handrails, his face suddenly twisted in pain, and his upstanding body began shaking.
