An Yue nodded. What Lin Tian planned was probably the best choice for the Lingxian Sect.

She also realized that their other friends were unlikely to join since they had already entered other sects.

Lin Tian stepped forward and arrived outside the sect. He turned around and looked toward the Lingxian Sect grounds.

Both of his hands began forming complicated hand seals before directing a white qi laser toward the sect.

An Yue and the others looked shocked at first, then turned their attention forward again after realizing what Lin Tian was doing.

The White Dragon Formation appeared and roared, endlessly circling around the sect. That was not all.

Lin Tian also shot a portion of his soul consciousness essence forward and infused it into the bodies of his five disciples.

Their bodies reacted quickly, releasing faint white light.

"What are you doing, Master?"

"I activated the White Sky Dragon Formation to protect the sect while I’m away. Other cultivators won’t be able to destroy it unless they’re at the Nascent Soul stage."

"The white light glowing from your bodies is my soul consciousness essence. With that essence, you’ll be able to enter and leave the sect through the formation without getting hurt."

"An Yue!" Lin Tian called out.

The woman stepped forward, clasped her hands together, and lowered her head. "Yes, Master Lin?"

"You are responsible for their safety. Avoid the city and any conflicts. Just focus on cultivation."

"This disciple will obey Master Lin’s advice," An Yue answered firmly.

She and the others waved their hands, seeing Master Lin off. They clearly had no idea where Lin Tian was going.

However, they believed Lin Tian would return soon with many new disciples. 𝑓𝘳𝘦𝑒𝑤𝑒𝘣𝘯ℴ𝘷𝘦𝓁.𝑐𝑜𝑚

An Yue turned around after Lin Tian disappeared into the distance, her attention shifting toward her friends. "Come on, let’s not disappoint Master Lin."

"We need to reach a cultivation level above the 5th Layer Qi Condensation by the time Master Lin comes back."

Yun Yun and the others nodded enthusiastically. Lin Tian had already helped them so much.

Now it was their turn to prove that Lin Tian’s efforts were not wasted.

Elsewhere, Lin Tian opened his eyes and looked toward Gui City, the closest city to the Lingxian Sect.

He landed gently and immediately changed his sect robe into ordinary clothing.

Many cultivators moved throughout the city, from those wearing other sect robes to wandering cultivators in plain attire.

Lin Tian’s qi aura eyes glowed as he observed their qi auras carefully.

"Most of them are Qi Condensation cultivators, stronger than my five disciples."

Lin Tian clearly could not choose them. His five disciples might feel threatened.

The best option was still recruiting disciples from among mortals.

"And to find them, I won’t discover them inside the city," Lin Tian said.

Without hesitation, Lin Tian flew away from Gui City and headed farther south.

His eyes gazed into the distance, passing over forests until he spotted a small village.

That would become Lin Tian’s first destination.

He accelerated his flight speed until a qi explosion echoed through the sky.

Once he got close enough, Lin Tian landed gently without releasing spiritual pressure.

From their appearance alone, he could immediately tell they were ordinary mortals.

Lin Tian walked through the village gate and greeted them politely.

"Come over here. Bring your children. A sect cultivator has arrived," a man shouted.

His voice echoed through the village center as women brought their children into the village square, both boys and girls.

The news quickly spread through the ears of the villagers. Parents did not want to miss this opportunity.

If their children were chosen to become cultivators, their lives would change drastically.

I wonder which sect is still recruiting from villages?

Lin Tian followed them until he arrived at the village square. There, he saw twenty children under the age of fifteen standing in neat lines.

His attention shifted toward a middle-aged man sitting lazily on a wooden chair in front of them. The man looked completely unmotivated.

A Foundation Establishment cultivator? But his face looks old. His qualifications must be terrible.

"Everyone, listen up. We are cultivators from the Nanduo Sect. We came to recruit your children so they can become great cultivators in the future!"

"Living for more than a hundred years. Mastering magic. Controlling life and death. Even enjoying luxurious lives for thousands of years!"

"You definitely won’t regret choosing us," added the middle-aged man’s subordinate.

The children smiled and clapped enthusiastically after hearing the cultivator’s explanation. Lin Tian merely let out a soft sigh.

What he said was true. Life as a cultivator was comfortable, but it was never peaceful.

Death was the most common and closest thing to them.

"Line up and step forward. Let our elder evaluate your natural talent."

The children looked excited while the middle-aged man did not. He simply stretched out his hand, examined their talents, and made his decisions.

Some passed, while others failed. Some were happy, while others looked sad.

Out of twenty children, the sect only accepted five. Naturally, many of the children became disappointed.

The man comforted them by giving them candy, telling them they could try joining again next year.

Their sadness disappeared just from receiving the candy. Lin Tian felt sympathetic.

"Now it’s my turn," Lin Tian said.

His voice was loud and clear enough for everyone to hear.

The middle-aged man’s attention immediately shifted toward him, no longer looking lazy.

"Who are you, young man?" the man asked rudely while pointing at him.

Lin Tian smiled and raised his hand, releasing white qi. Everyone was amazed. Lin Tian was actually a cultivator.

His clothes changed into a white-gray sect robe as he stepped forward, watched with admiration by the children.

"I am Lin Tian," Lin Tian answered as he moved forward in a flash of white light and stood before the fifteen remaining children.

"I come from the Lingxian Sect."

"Lingxian?! HAHAHA!"

"What is a low-level sect cultivator like you doing here?" the middle-aged man shouted mockingly.

Lin Tian turned sharply and released white qi from his eyes.

Instantly, cultivation pressure slammed into the bodies of the two men, forcing them to collapse onto the ground and cough up blood.

The middle-aged man stared in shock, his eyes wide open. "A Nascent Soul Master? But how is that possible?"

The children witnessed Lin Tian’s power. He had not even done anything besides looking at them, yet that alone was enough to crush the two men helplessly onto the ground.

"See? That’s the power of a cultivator."

"Woahh. That’s awesome," the children praised excitedly.

"Want to see something even cooler?" Lin Tian asked, drawing their attention.

Lin Tian formed hand seals with both hands before launching a white qi orb into the sky, creating a massive rumble.

The parents looked worried, but the children became even more excited.

The villagers were shocked when dark clouds thundered overhead. Everyone gathered in the village square to see what Lin Tian was doing.

From the sky, a white dragon descended and twisted freely through the air.

Lin Tian flew upward effortlessly and sat directly on top of the white dragon’s head.

The children clapped their hands and praised Lin Tian’s techniques and abilities.

"Raise your hands if you want to join the Lingxian Sect," Lin Tian said.

In an instant, all the children, including the five who had already been chosen by the Nanduo Sect, raised their hands.

Together, they all shouted the same thing, "Me!"
