Heavenly Harem: Raising My Disciple With Infinite Dual Cultivation
Chapter 29: | Ya Fei Darkest Secret
Just as Lin Tian was observing the system panel, the doors to the sect’s main hall slowly opened. Lin Tian raised his head and focused his attention forward.
He thought An Yue had come to see him, but instead, it was Ya Fei. The blonde-haired woman arrived in the middle of the night, wearing her sect cultivator robe.
"What is it, Ya Fei?"
Ya Fei fell silent for a moment, her fingers fidgeting nervously. Her eyes sparkled as she looked at Lin Tian, like a woman hoping for something.
"While you were away, my cultivation hit a bottleneck. I don’t know why," Ya Fei answered.
"What’s troubling your mind?"
"It’s..." 𝗳𝚛𝚎𝚎𝘄𝕖𝕓𝕟𝕠𝚟𝚎𝕝.𝗰𝕠𝐦
"I asked Senior Sister An Yue before, but she couldn’t solve my problem," Ya Fei replied.
"So, I asked Yun Yun and Luo Mei," the woman added.
Could it be... those two leaked what happened?
"They said... I should consult with you," Ya Fei whispered softly.
Thankfully, they didn’t reveal that secret.
Lin Tian rose from his cross-legged sitting position and walked toward Ya Fei, moving away from the altar where he usually cultivated in peace.
He raised his hand, summoned a white qi orb, and pressed it against Ya Fei’s forehead. Lin Tian’s spiritual qi orb was effective for calming the mind and soul.
"Try cultivating," Lin Tian said.
Ya Fei opened her eyes and smiled. She immediately sat cross-legged while forming cultivation seals with both hands.
The spiritual qi around the sect’s main hall flowed steadily into Ya Fei’s body. With his qi aura eyes, Lin Tian could see it clearly.
"It seems there’s no—"
THUMP!
Lin Tian was shocked when a burst of white spiritual qi suddenly exploded from Ya Fei’s body, sending a wave of qi throughout the area and disrupting the spiritual flow.
Qi turbulence? But how is that possible?
Ya Fei opened her eyes and realized the qi was no longer flowing properly through the meridians in her body. She raised her head and looked at Lin Tian with a gloomy expression.
"What should I do, Master Lin?"
Tears slowly filled her eyes before she broke down sobbing, realizing she would be left behind by everyone else.
Ya Fei did not want that. Even if she was not as ambitious as Yun Yun, she still refused to fall behind her friends’ achievements.
Lin Tian, as the Sect Master of Lingxian Sect, immediately realized something was wrong with Ya Fei’s body condition.
He sat cross-legged in front of Ya Fei.
"Activate your hand seals again and cultivate, Fei’er."
"I understand."
As Ya Fei formed the hand seals once more, Lin Tian raised his hand and activated a certain technique, a simple inspection method used to examine Ya Fei’s body.
Starting from her meridians, dantian, spiritual roots, and every other area.
Spiritual qi began flowing into Ya Fei’s body again. Lin Tian immediately directed his white qi orb into her body to inspect her condition thoroughly.
Lin Tian closed his eyes, observing Ya Fei’s body anatomy through the memory transfer technique.
At first glance, her internal organs appeared perfectly fine. However, when he examined the pathways of her meridians, he discovered formation runes blocking the flow of spiritual qi.
Formation runes? They’re not very strong, but extremely effective at sealing Ya Fei’s meridians.
So this was the cause of the qi turbulence earlier.
Another explosion erupted for the second time. Lin Tian opened his eyes and understood Ya Fei’s condition, but he had to be careful.
Placing qi-blocking formation runes inside someone’s meridians was extremely difficult, even for a Nascent Soul cultivator like Lin Tian.
Ya Fei opened her eyes again, her face becoming increasingly anxious and restless.
"What should I do, Master Lin?"
"Tell me... have you ever had a conflict with someone?" Lin Tian asked.
"About that..."
"I won’t be able to help you... if you don’t tell me everything," Lin Tian replied.
Ya Fei fell silent for a moment, unsure where to begin. She feared that if Lin Tian found out, his anger would spiral out of control.
"Actually... I was a sect disciple who got kidnapped and managed to escape," Ya Fei whispered.
"Kidnapped?"
"Yes. The sect—"
Before Ya Fei could continue, Lin Tian formed another hand seal and directed his spiritual qi orb back into the blonde woman’s body.
Ya Fei’s eyes widened and her body jolted in shock as Lin Tian forcefully peeked into her memories, watching scenes from her past play before his eyes like a moving picture.
Ya Fei was telling the truth. Hongtian Sect had kidnapped many female disciples from Lingxian Sect, including Ya Fei.
What was even more horrifying was how they were treated like slaves, forced to eat leftover rice, and brutally abused.
Ya Fei’s memories replayed in Lin Tian’s eyes. He saw Ya Fei naked, both her hands and feet bound tightly.
An elderly woman continuously whipped and spat on her. Worst of all, she implanted the qi-blocking seal through Ya Fei’s vagina.
Ya Fei managed to escape by falling into a river and deceiving the eyes of the Hongtian Sect disciples. She kept running until she finally returned to Lingxian Sect.
"You’re courting death!" Lin Tian roared, startling Ya Fei.
Ya Fei’s body was blown backward by the burst of qi energy from Lin Tian. She lifted her head, staring forward in shock.
"M-Master Lin?"
"They humiliated you. Abused you. Made you live worse than an animal!" Lin Tian said firmly.
"I cannot allow them to keep tormenting my disciple!"
Ya Fei was completely stunned. She did not dare ask how Lin Tian knew about her past. However, for a Nascent Soul Master cultivator like him, such a thing was easy.
She had never told anyone about it before. When she managed to escape, An Yue immediately treated her injuries without asking a single question.
But now, Lin Tian, who had only been at Lingxian Sect for a few days, already knew the darkest secret she had tried so hard to hide from everyone.
"Could it be that you have seen my memories?"
"Hongtian Sect... I will destroy all of you!"
