Chapter 591: Is That All You Got?

The early competition finally ended after several intense rounds.

Out of the countless participants who entered the preliminary elimination, only sixty-four were chosen for the main show.

The tournament atmosphere instantly changed.

Unlike the chaotic battle royale earlier, the main show would be broadcast properly across the territory.

Every match would have introductions, rankings, betting screens, faction scouts, commentators, and countless viewers watching from different locations.

Inside the private viewing room, Garion looked at Dahlia and grinned. "Go take your number."

Dahlia cracked her neck lightly. "Finally."

She walked toward the participant waiting area with a confident smile.

Soon, all sixty-four qualified fighters gathered before the drawing platform.

One by one, they took their numbered lots from a floating crystal box.

When Dahlia reached out and grabbed hers, the number appeared in bright light.

[Number 1]

The nearby participants immediately looked over.

Dahlia blinked for a moment before laughing. "Hahaha! Looks like I’m going first."

After that, she was led into a specialized waiting area prepared for the first match participants.

She had barely sat down when someone approached her.

It was a tall man with four muscular arms, dark bronze skin, and short black hair tied back tightly.

His name was Karn Voskar, a cultivator from the Four Arm Race.

He stared down at Dahlia with obvious displeasure. "So you’re Dahlia Draconia?"

Dahlia lazily looked up. "Yeah. Who are you?"

Karn’s expression darkened. "Your first opponent."

Dahlia glanced at the match screen nearby.

[Dahlia Draconia vs Karn Voskar]

A grin slowly spread across her face. "Oh? Convenient." 𝒇𝒓𝙚𝒆𝔀𝓮𝓫𝒏𝓸𝙫𝓮𝓵.𝓬𝙤𝙢

Karn crossed all four arms and sneered. "Don’t act so arrogant. You only became famous because of that unknown background of yours."

Dahlia raised an eyebrow.

Karn’s voice grew colder. "God Gym? Disciple of Garion? A mysterious force? Hmph. Shameless tricks. You’re just using some unknown background to make people talk about you."

The truth was obvious.

He was jealous.

Before the preliminaries, nobody had cared about Dahlia. But after one battle, everyone was talking about her.

Meanwhile, Karn had fought hard to qualify, yet barely anyone remembered his name.

Dahlia stared at him for a second. Then she grinned. "But it’s the truth."

Karn frowned. "What?"

Dahlia leaned back comfortably. "I’m famous because I’m strong."

Karn’s face twisted with anger. "I’ll show everyone you’re nothing but a fraud."

Dahlia’s grin widened, her eyes filled with playful provocation. "Then make me, if you can."

Karn let out a cold snort. "I will."

After throwing those words at her, he turned around and walked away, his four fists clenched tightly at his sides.

---

The main arena quickly grew louder as the first round was finally announced.

Several massive holographic screens lit up above the battlefield.

[Newbie Tournament - Main Show]

[First Round - First Match]

[Dahlia Draconia]

[Representative: God Gym]

[VS]

[Karn Voskar]

[Four Arm Race]

The moment the names appeared, the crowd immediately became noisy.

"So she’s really going first?"

"That Dahlia girl from God Gym?"

"Her opponent is Karn Voskar. He’s not weak."

"Four Arm Race, huh? This should be interesting."

Inside the private viewing room, Garion leaned forward slightly while staring at Karn’s image on the screen.

The man had four muscular arms, broad shoulders, dark bronze skin, and a heavy battle axe strapped behind his back along with two curved blades at his waist.

Garion raised an eyebrow. "Four Arm Race..."

Then he turned toward Alira. "What’s special about them?"

Alira calmly looked at the screen before explaining. "The Four Arm Race is known for strong physical bodies and excellent close-combat ability."

Garion nodded slowly.

Alira continued, "Their biggest advantage is their natural weapon fighting style. Since they have four arms, they can use multiple weapons at once without needing external control techniques."

Garion rubbed his chin with interest. "So they can fight like several warriors in one body?"

"Something like that," Alira replied. "Some use four swords. Some use shields and spears. Some use heavy weapons and fast weapons together."

She pointed at Karn’s displayed equipment. "From what I can see, Karn likely uses a heavy axe for pressure and blades for fast follow-up attacks."

Garion grinned. "That’s actually pretty good."

Alira glanced at him. "You don’t look worried."

Garion laughed lightly. "Why would I?"

On the screen, Dahlia walked toward the arena with both hands behind her head, looking completely relaxed.

Garion crossed his arms proudly. "Four arms or not..."

His grin widened. "He picked the wrong girl to annoy."

---

The main arena trembled as Dahlia and Karn stepped onto the battlefield.

The crowd’s noise slowly faded as the protective barrier rose around the stage.

Karn stood across from Dahlia with all four arms flexing slightly. His eyes were cold, and his expression was full of confidence.

Dahlia, on the other hand, only stood there with one hand on her waist, looking almost bored.

The announcer’s voice echoed across the arena.

"First round, first match!"

"Dahlia Draconia versus Karn Voskar!"

The crowd immediately roared.

Karn narrowed his eyes. "Don’t regret looking down on me."

Dahlia grinned. "Then make me regret it."

The announcer raised his hand.

"Begin!"

BOOM!

Karn moved first.

His legs pushed off the ground with explosive force, and his entire body shot forward like a cannonball.

In an instant, he appeared directly in front of Dahlia.

Two of his arms pulled back while the other two guarded his body.

Then...

BANG!

His fist slammed straight into Dahlia’s cheek.

The sound echoed loudly across the arena.

Many spectators immediately widened their eyes.

"He hit her!"

"That was fast!"

But the next second, the entire crowd went silent.

Dahlia had not moved, not even a step.

Her head only tilted slightly from the punch before slowly turning back.

Karn’s eyes widened. "What...?"

Dahlia looked at him calmly.

Then a slow, teasing grin spread across her face. "Is that all you have?"

Karn’s expression instantly darkened.

Dahlia raised one eyebrow and tapped her cheek lightly. "Come on. I thought you said you were going to expose me?"

Her grin became even more arrogant. "At this rate, you’re only exposing yourself."

Karn became even angrier and pulling four of his arms back.
