Today Mu Yichen played the role of driver, with Qin Mu sitting in the passenger seat, and they quickly dropped their daughter off at school.

At the school gate, Huanhuan waved happily with her heavy backpack: "Bye, Mom and Dad, Mu Chengyang!"

She didn’t say goodbye to her brother, but made a cool gesture instead. Chengcheng hugged his arms stubbornly and snorted, seemingly saying, "Who cares about your goodbye!"

"No! Go to the fashion store downtown."

Qin Mu immediately corrected him, almost forgetting the important task.

"Going to the store? Didn’t you always say with Wang Li there, you don’t have to worry?"

"I’m going to check out the bookstore."

"I’m kind of regretting it!"

Mu Yichen felt he was being tricked, but that kiss left on his cheek made him feel sweet, as he drove away.

Qin Mu didn’t enter the store but went directly to the bookstore.

When she opened the door, she saw Qin Mingzhu working on accounts, and instinctively thought she was dreaming.

Seeing her, the diligent Qin Mingzhu couldn’t help but look up and excitedly exclaimed: "Oh dear, the eldest lady of the Qin Family is here for inspection! How’s that? I didn’t let you down, did I?"
