"The King of Mu? You have a grudge against that old coot?" Chen Suifeng was taken aback for a moment, but then it clicked. "Oh, right. You’re the kid who raped and murdered his daughter."

He knew Su Ze was a clone, so naturally, he also knew some of the details surrounding the rape and murder of the King of Mu’s daughter, Princess Zhuzhi.

"Close enough," Chen Suifeng teased. "What, you’re not even going to spare her father? Planning to wipe them out, root and stem?"

Su Ze shook his head. "It’s not a matter of me sparing him; he’s the one who won’t spare me. You know the King of Mu acquired a Bloodline Crystal, don’t you?"

Chen Suifeng nodded. "But I heard he never absorbed it. So he shouldn’t have been possessed by an alien."

"Not necessarily. His actions are too bizarre, and many of them don’t make sense." Su Ze then recounted the strange things he had learned about the King of Mu.

This inevitably brought up the Bloodline Crystal Princess Zhuzhi had absorbed—the one containing the Divine Grace of Evolution skill. However, Su Ze didn’t explain the skill’s effects, only saying it was the crystal that had come from the King of Mu.

It took Chen Suifeng a while to make sense of the complicated situation.

"So, let me get this straight. The King of Mu obtained a Bloodline Crystal from the Divine Dice, but he didn’t absorb it himself. He gave it to his daughter, who did. Then, his daughter was killed by Zhao Lingxiao, who absorbed the extract. And finally, a part of that extract ended up in you through an organ transplant?"

"That’s right. It’s as if Zhao Lingxiao and I shared that Bloodline Crystal. Both of our Bloodline Crystal skills are incomplete," Su Ze said.

"That is strange. It makes no sense for the King of Mu to spare you and Zhao Lingxiao. Logically, his first move should have been to either draw out the extract from your bodies or kill you and let the Bloodline Crystal naturally form again," Chen Suifeng agreed that something was off.

"I learned from Feng Boyi that the King of Mu’s Bloodline Crystal was very special. It wasn’t just that it could be absorbed by a Mortal-level Life Form; it also had a certain requirement. Not just anyone could absorb it—it seems the King of Mu himself couldn’t. However, that requirement likely disappeared once the Bloodline Crystal was converted into an extract. Otherwise, Zhao Lingxiao wouldn’t have been so lucky as to absorb the Bloodline Crystal skill immediately.

"And if the King of Mu killed Zhao Lingxiao and me to wait for the crystal to naturally form again, it would probably have that absorption requirement again.
