I Can Summon Legendary Figuress
Chapter 1: Summoner
"Today will be the start of your summoner trials, it will last for a month and at the end we will pick the best from you to represent the family in the hunter games"
Atop a woooden podium infront of a black stone building, a man with white curly hair spoke in a commanding tone down to a group of young men and women.
"Talents, ready yourselves as we begin" the man announced in a sharp and clear voice.
In this world, magic existed, from shooting fire from the palms to levitating, then controling brands and corspes, there were a myriad of ways to use magic, But the most powerful of all these magic types was for humans...
Summoning
Flame Orcs, White Giant bears, and even fire dragons, human’s could summon beings from the spirit world that controlled the very essence of nature and magic itself to do their bidding.
A summoner did not merely wield magic.
They commanded it.
"Step into the summoner circle and establish contact with the spirit world," the man said, stepping away from the podium and returning to the row of waiting chairs behind him.
A young girl cloaked in black stepped forward. Feathered seams were threaded through her garments, subtle yet striking. She entered the circle, lowered herself to her knees, and bowed her head, her expression solemn.
The first summoning was everything. It defined a summoner’s future and the heights they might one day reach.
"Spirit King Zarth," she whispered, her voice steady despite the tremor in her hands. "Grant me passage into your kingdom, that I may seek my destiny."
"Protect my essence as I call for a helper of your realm. Supplement me as I pursue power."
As the final words left her lips, her body tensed. The summoning circle, adorned with spiritual relics and runes, began to glow.
Time warped.
Then, a system message resonated through the air, forming a shimmering hologram.
[You have summoned a beast of FIRE]
A horse like creature burst into existence above her, crashing down with thunder. It stomped its hooves, scattering sparks of flame across the stone.
[Flame Archor – Unnamed][Tier 9][Rank C][Potential for Evolution: 58%][Description: A beast born from the searing Flame Giant of Aldanor. Adept at fire manipulation with exceptional stamina and fire damage.]
Atop the podium, the leader leaned forward.
"Name your summon."
Expectation appeared across his face. The grade was respectable, and the evolution potential bordered on promising. If nurtured properly, the girl could reach Tier 8 or even higher.
She was now a valuable asset to the clan.
"Scarlet Flame," the girl said.
The beast neighed, flames flaring in response. She stepped aside, allowing the next summoner forward.
Time passed as rituals continued. Each summoning brought a different result, some modest, others impressive. The elders murmured in approval, several talents clearly standing out.
Then a young man with crimson hair stepped forward, clad in fitted armor.
"That’s Eric. The clan leader’s son," one elder said with a smile.
"You may begin," the leader said, waving a hand casually, as though the outcome was already decided.
Eric knelt at the edge of the circle, gripping a staff that radiated authority.
When summoning, beasts of the spirit world judged the spiritual seed within a summoner’s essence. The stronger and more attractive it was, the more powerful the entity willing to answer the call.
With certain treasures, that resonance could be amplified.
[You have been noticed by a noble beast of flames]
A blinding pillar of fire tore through the air. From within it emerged a winged creature of flesh and scale, its body smoldering with intense heat. Massive wings spread wide. Its teeth shone sharp enough to grind steel.
[Lesser Drake – Unnamed][Tier 9][Rank A][Potential to Evolve: 100%][Description: A subspecies of the dragon race. Dominant, mighty, and king among fire-based beasts. Though lesser, it commands overwhelming authority.]
The clan leader laughed openly.
"Excellent. The future is bright."
The elders erupted into congratulatory chatter. A draconic bloodline summon was a clear omen of the clan’s rise. All they needed now was time.
While attention centered on Eric, the summoning rituals continued. Unnoticed, a black-haired young man stepped into the circle and knelt.
Far above, within the depths of the spirit world, a being paused.
"...What?"
In an instant, the beacon of the summoning vanished from its sight.
A new system message echoed.
[You have summoned a human?]
