I Outworked the Entire Cultivation World
Chapter 530 - 484: Yuebai’s Diary
[Ding You, Year of the Rooster, May 20th]
Last night’s bone transformation wasn’t as painful as imagined; instead, it gave me an inexplicable sense of comfort.
The term "bone transformation" doesn’t literally mean extracting and replacing one’s backbone, as the human body is intricate, and the spine is crucial, not to be moved carelessly.
In "Dragon God Transformation," there is a secret technique where dragon bones can be transformed into qi and attached to one’s spine, gradually integrating and renewing from within, achieving perfect compatibility without rejection.
The dragon bones are much larger than those of the Human Clan; the six pieces of broken bone I possess are sufficient to produce an entirely new spine starting from the tailbone.
While practicing "Dragon God Transformation" for the first time, there was no discomfort, and I haven’t yet noticed any change.
However, last night while refining my tailbone, I habitually applied the Bone Forging Method from the "Nine Revolutions Golden Body Technique" and found it accelerated the integration process.
In Lotus Platform Cave Heaven, Bai Jiuyou’s proficiency at refining battle armor is increasing, and the Dragon Soul Treasure Talisman of the Fire Dragon is ready; before reaching the West Sea, the second set of Fire Dragon Scale Armor can be completed.
I previously refined and succeeded with one set, which I gifted to Xie Jingshan before departing. Although he complained the red color was too flamboyant, he snatched it from my hand.
The Incense Fire Qi accumulated greatly from the Imperial Decree Golden Book, and I sought the Long-Haired Water Ghost, only to find that Little Green was ’co-cultivating’ with it.
This co-cultivation differs from what I previously misunderstood; Little Green treasures the Long-Haired Water Ghost, seemingly because they are compatible, and it desires a controllable human form, attempting this continually.
It’s understandable; a lantern lacks limbs and can’t do much, but having arms and legs would better assist me.
I sent books to the White Vine Avatar in the Spiritual Field to be read daily to two Dragon Eggs; back in the Demon Clan, the Male Phoenix would read to the Phoenix Egg daily.
Though when the Little Phoenixes hatched, they didn’t seem particularly smart, they did learn things somewhat faster.
Better than nothing!

I seem to have underestimated Jing Chujun.
She sought me as scheduled yesterday dusk, and only left in the morning under my excuse of cultivation.
I thought she was a single-minded Sword Cultivator; little did I know she could speak extensively about all cultivation paths besides the Sword Dao, having broad knowledge.
Fortunately, I read widely, otherwise, I wouldn’t have kept up with some topics.
Upper Realm Cultivators and Earth Spiritual Realm cultivators differ greatly in cultivation habits, especially in using Spiritual Energy and casting techniques; adhering to Earth Spiritual Realm’s habits in the Upper Realm can lead to errors.
Jing Chujun enlightened me significantly in talisman making, alchemy, artifact refining, and even arrays; her erudition astounded me.
Unfortunately, forced by her family to practice Sword Dao, she stated she dislikes swords, expressing interest in everything but swords.
It’s rare to meet someone ’equally matched’ in knowledge of various paths; I’m starting to like her.
The progress of improving "Heaven-Swallowing Skill" is not smooth; this cultivation technique is too complex, and I can’t deduce it with the algorithm in "Great Derivation Scripture." Suddenly, I miss Second Junior Brother Shi Xiaowu, wondering how he, Master, and Little Junior Sister are faring in the Heavenly Interence Sect.
The first version of improved "Heaven-Swallowing Skill," after White Vine Avatar cultivated it, its meridians burst and exploded, witnessed by Jixiang.
Jixiang obediently returned to its small forest nest with the Flower-Furred Rat, tirelessly running and jumping with the increasingly grown young ones without complaint.
The Tree Dragon in the Condensing Light Mirror is recovering well; Dragon Transformation Water makes its body stronger, likely to achieve Nascent Soul before me at its peak.
Additionally, the Tree Dragon’s scales are as red as maple leaves, so I named it Hongye.

Finally, after multiple failures and wasting many materials, the last material successfully refined into Breaking Calamity Elixir.
One batch yielded six elixirs: one upper level, two mid-level, and three lower-level.
The effects of Breaking Calamity Elixir cannot be stacked; consuming one upper-level elixir suffices, progressing closer to Nascent Soul.
Good things come in pairs; Bai Jiuyou also achieved a breakthrough.
Five Elements Magical Techniques have successfully fused!
Using the structure and composition of Water Thunder, with the water element magical technique Water Dragon Binding as the core, it governs the gold element magical technique Blade Flow Wind Kill and earth element magical technique Yellow Sand Sinking Land, forming a new Yin attribute magical technique.
When activated, it retains a black water dragon form, and when merging into Yellow Sand Sinking Land, upon contact with the opponent’s magical treasure or body, it acts like quicksand, sinking deeper the more one struggles.
Quicksand contains Primordial Magnetic Power, disrupting Divine Sense and Spiritual Energy circulation, making escape impossible, while spinning at high speed with Blade Flow Wind Kill technique; its force can effortlessly crush people and objects.
Due to the Green Cicada characteristic in Golden Spiritual Energy, it gathers but does not disperse; even if forcibly shattered, it quickly regroups, surpassing high-level magical techniques, showing the embryonic form of Small Divine Power.
Once released, it can self-operate and maintain; with unending Spiritual Energy, the magical technique remains.
After fusing the three techniques, it transcends the Five Elements, impervious to any Five Elements magical technique or artifact damage.
I named this magical technique "Dragon Trapping Kill," currently not very adept at activating it, requiring three strands of Divine Thought simultaneously, taking five breather moments.
With continued practice, I strive to use Leaf Hand in the Sea of Consciousness to replace the three strands of Divine Thought, shortening the casting time.

Bai Jiuyou surprisingly made Frost Dragon Tooth into a hammer larger than herself!
Despite my dislike for wielding large hammers, Bai Jiuyou claims I’m insincere; if I truly disliked it, how could she like it?
Upon reflection, watching Bai Jiuyou, so small, wielding a large hammer with the force to collapse mountains is strangely appealing.
The contrast in size and power, and the ultimate impact, indeed excites me.
I’ve realized Bai Jiuyou prefers solving challenges directly through physical strength.
Thus, she particularly favors "Barbarian God Skill" and hammers, avoiding too much superficial learning; she possesses the Chaos Sacred Body, exceptionally tough, able to headbutt Nascent Souls away.
Wearing battle armor, wielding a hammer into battle, tearing flesh with each strike...
Quite impressive!
The Thousand Feather Dragon Ship is halfway along its route, currently docked at Tayun Mountain for supply. Jing Chujun originally planned to invite me ashore to stroll, but her mother forcibly took her away to visit a Divinity Transformation Cultivator on Tayun Mountain.
Jing Chujun was even dressed in a pink long dress, completely mismatched with her demeanor, looking awkward.
From afar, I heard her mother scolding her for being thoughtless, lacking heart, and not considering the family.
Her mother seems to enjoy making such reprimands heard by others, never sound-proofing.
Sometimes it feels fortunate to have living parents, but witnessing Jing Chujun’s controlling mother makes me pity her.

[Ding You, Year of the Rooster, June 9th]
After docking for three days, we resumed our journey today.
Continuing westward, I can already sense the atmosphere of war, with many Dragon Shepherd Cultivators hastily traveling back and forth.
Even the air contains a hint of battle.
On the deck, cultivators discussing the West Sea’s situation are increasingly numerous, though it remains a stalemate for now.
The sea is sealed by the Dragon Clan, with Winged Dragon God elusive, frequently launching surprise attacks; cultivators from Fulong Sect and Biyou Palace are negotiating a comprehensive counteroffensive.
Awaiting this batch of reinforcements aboard the ship.
Jing Chujun messaged me, stating she was grounded by her mother until reaching Fulong Mountain Range for lacking a smile when visiting seniors.
Too suffocating!
Originally discussing the Tao of Artifact Refining with Jing Chujun, but temporarily suspended due to this, hoping to complete our jointly designed artifact refining diagrams at Fulong Mountain Range camp.
Those diagrams are crucial for modifying Puppet Avatars according to the Nine-Headed Flood Dragon model; Jing Chujun excels in this field, teaching me a lot.
If not forced into sword cultivation, she’d surely become an Artifact Refining Master, outperforming me in this expertise.
Not needing to wait for her at dusk daily now, I’ll consider a month of seclusion to fully refine the six broken bones.
The modified "Heaven-Swallowing Skill" for Jixiang is also near completion, personally tested by Bai Jiuyou.
The issue is that Jixiang avoids me constantly; how can I encourage it to cultivate obediently?
