Chapter 80: Date Out
At night, Anastasia held onto her t-shirt, nuzzling her nose into it, treasuring the lingering scent of Cobra, her fated mate.
She also clutched her robe, which carried the comforting aroma of Liam, her other fated mate.
Their scents brought her solace, reminding her of the blessings that came with having two fated mates.
As she inhaled their scents, a wave of happiness washed over Anastasia.
Her eyes glowed in bloody deep red, showing how happy her inner wolf was.
The mere presence of their scent provided her with a sense of contentment.
However, despite this joy, she couldn’t shake off the underlying feelings of fear and confusion.
She felt lost, uncertain about what steps to take next in this complex situation.
Anastasia found herself grappling with the uncertainty of her own desires.
She questioned her goals, wondering if they were too idealistic, too good to be true.
The path she yearned for appeared almost impossible to achieve.
It left her feeling torn between what she wanted and what she believed was possible.
In the midst of this internal struggle, Anastasia needed guidance and clarity.
She wished for a clear direction, a solid understanding of her purpose, and the choices she needed to make.
But for now, she clung to the scents of Cobra and Liam, finding solace in the presence of her fated mates’s scents, even as she navigated the uncertainties that lay ahead.

In the middle of the night, while the world around her was enveloped in sleep, Anastasia launched on a clandestine journey to the dungeons.
With careful steps, she tiptoed through the quiet halls, making sure not to disturb anyone.
The cold and darkness of the night embraced her, casting an eerie atmosphere as she ventured closer to her destination.
The moon peeked through the clouds, casting a dim glow, and illuminating her path.
The silence was broken only by the distant sound of a gentle breeze rustling the leaves outside.
The scent of Cobra permeated the air, guiding her through the maze of cells.
She followed the intoxicating aroma, her heart pounding with anticipation and longing.
As she approached his cell, her hand trembled slightly as she reached for the lock, her fingers fumbling in the darkness.
The door creaked open, revealing Cobra’s figure bathed in the faint moonlight that filtered through the narrow window.
His eyes met hers, shimmering with affection and obsession. The sight of her presence filled him with joy and a hunger for her touch.
Anastasia stepped into the cell, closing the door behind her.
The confines of the dungeon could not dampen the intensity of their connection.
Without a word, she moved toward him, her arms outstretched, and Cobra eagerly met her embrace.
The world outside faded away as they clung to each other, their love transcending the boundaries of their circumstances.
"Cobra..." mumbled Anastasia while pulling closer, which made Cobra purr into her neck, breathing in her scent as he grasped with his voice filled with warmth "My love... You came."
Anastasia spoke in her voice barely above a whisper "I couldn’t stay away. I needed to see you, to hold you."
Cobra’s eyes filled with love purred even louder, and tightened his arms around them, almost picking her up to the ground "I’ve missed you so much. The nights without you have been unbearable, my love. Being in this cell, it’s been a constant reminder of what I’ve done wrong. But now that you’re here, I feel nothing but happiness."
Anastasia nestled against his neck, feeling the beat of his pulse, he bared his neck as a show of submission and safety, which made Anastasia’s chest swell up with pride and happiness as she purred into his ears while scenting his neck, making him whimper "You’re not alone, Cobra. I got you."
At that moment, as they held each other tightly in the depths of the dungeon, their bond became a beacon of hope.
Cobra sobbed his face on her shoulder, finding the fact that Anastasia, her fated mate, her teenage love, the love of his life actually cares for him.

In the morning, after Anastasia’s parents had already left, Anastasia sought out Xavier to discuss what had transpired and offered her apologies. "Xavirt, I need to talk to you. I want to apologize for what I did to Liam in the past. I know I hurt him deeply, and I deeply regret my actions. I’m trying to change. I can not undo what has been done, but I can try to earn Liam’s forgiveness and treat him better. He gave me a chance to earn his forgiveness."
Xavier looked at her, his expression a mix of surprise and cautious hope. "Anastasia, it takes a lot of courage to acknowledge your mistakes and apologize. I appreciate your willingness to confront your past. If Liam forgives, I will too. Just please don’t hurt him again, he suffered enough. forgiveness takes time, and it’s up to Liam to decide whether he’s ready to let go of the pain. But I can see the sincerity in your eyes, and I believe people can change."
Anastasia nodded, gratitude filling her heart for Xavier’s understanding.
She knew that earning Liam’s forgiveness would be a journey, but she was determined to prove her growth and dedication to being a better person.
With newfound hope and an unwavering commitment to making amends, Anastasia bid Xavier farewell and went on her way.
Before heading out, Anastasia noticed Katie sitting in the gazebo, holding hands with both Marcus and Jared.
A radiant smile adorned Katie’s face as the two men engaged in conversation.
"Marcus, wait, you like video games?" Katie asked a spark of excitement in her eyes. "Jared is a sucker for them too. You guys should try playing together sometime if you want."
Marcus hummed in agreement, glancing at Jared, who sighed but eventually nodded. "Sounds like a good idea. You like COD?"
"Hell yes," Marcus exclaimed, Katie’s eyes filled with happiness as she watched her two men bond over their shared interest in video games.
Anastasia observed the scene with a mixture of longing and realization.
It was something she had never anticipated needing, but now that she saw it, she understood her deep desire for this life with her two fated mates.
She couldn’t help but wonder why the Moon Goddess had bestowed upon her two fated mates if she wasn’t meant to have them both. Determination ignited within her.
She would fight for her men, for the bonds she shared with both Cobra and Liam.
No matter the challenges that lay ahead, Anastasia was prepared to do whatever it took to have them.
Her thoughts were interrupted when she noticed Liam approaching her.
"Where is your mother?" Intrigued, she asked about his mother’s whereabouts.
"There is this club of older omegas, they share the same hobbies together and she likes being there. She referred living there than here in the Packhouse," he answered.
Anastasia nodded, absorbing the information.
Liam noticed the rapid beat of her heart and the weariness in her eyes.
Concern filled his gaze as he spoke her name. "Anastasia, are you okay?"
She nodded quickly, masking her inner turmoil. "Yes, of course. Liam, would you like to go out with me?"
His surprise was evident as he stared at her without answering her which made her narrow her eyes in confusion and ask "What? Why are you looking at me like this?"
"Did you just call me by my first name? You never do that. You always call me Snow." He expressed, that he looked so surprised.
Anastasia let out a small laugh, grateful for his attempt to lighten the atmosphere. "Right, yeah. I always do that. Do you not like it when I call you Liam?"
Liam shook his head, a small smile playing on his lips. "No, it’s okay. You can call me whatever. I don’t mind at all."
Anastasia returned his smile, her eyes shining with anticipation. "Okay, so, would you go out with me, Mr. whatever?"
His chuckle filled the air, appreciating her lightheartedness and how she could joke around while still keeping a straight face. "Okay, when and where are we going?"
"Tonight, at seven. Ahm, just put on something very comfy. I won’t be telling you where," she said, a mischievous glint in her eyes.
Liam couldn’t help but feel a sense of excitement building within him.
It has been a long while since he allowed himself to have fun.
And now, with Anastasia standing before him, eager to make amends, he felt a renewed hope for the future.
"Alright, Anastasia. I’ll be there at seven. I’m looking forward to it," Liam replied, a warmth in his voice as he met her gaze.
With their plans set, Anastasia left, a mix of nervousness and anticipation coursing through her veins.
She knew that this evening would be an opportunity to deepen their connection and pave the way for forgiveness and a brighter future together.
