Infinite Rebate: I Get Richer Every Time I Spend
Chapter 38: Touch My Sister and Die
After finishing the house inspection and making sure everything was settled, Lucas hailed a taxi and headed straight for Aria’s school.
His younger sister had been staying with their aunt ever since she started attending classes there. It wasn’t because she wanted to, but because their family had been trying to save every dollar they could.
Transportation costs added up quickly, and every little expense mattered when money was tight.
As the taxi moved through the streets of Dustford, Lucas leaned back against the seat and opened his banking app. The moment he saw the balance, he rubbed his forehead and let out a long sigh.
Two million dollars.
A few days ago, that amount would have sounded like an impossible dream.
Now?
It suddenly felt small.
Very small.
After buying the house for his parents, his account had taken a massive hit. Lucas stared at the screen for several seconds before shaking his head.
"Damn... I’m broke again."
The thought almost made him laugh.
If anyone else heard a college student complaining about having two million dollars left, they would probably think he had lost his mind.
Still, Lucas understood something clearly.
Money came quickly, but it could disappear just as fast.
He needed to stop getting comfortable.
The Infinite Rebate System was his greatest advantage, and if he wanted to keep climbing higher, he needed to take it seriously. No more wasting opportunities.
About twenty minutes later, the taxi finally arrived outside Aria’s school.
The moment Lucas stepped out of the vehicle, he immediately attracted a few curious glances from passing students. He stood near the entrance and waited patiently.
A few minutes later, the school gates opened.
Almost instantly, he spotted Aria among the crowd.
She stood out effortlessly.
Her bright smile, youthful beauty, and cheerful energy made her impossible to miss.
The moment Aria saw him, her entire face lit up.
"Brother!"
Without caring about the crowd around her, she ran straight toward him at full speed.
Lucas barely had time to react before she threw herself into his arms.
Her hug was so tight that he almost stumbled backward.
For a moment, Lucas simply laughed and hugged her back.
"Easy there."
"No!" Aria protested happily. "It’s been forever!"
Lucas smiled warmly as he patted her head.
Looking at her now, he couldn’t help noticing how much she had changed.
His little sister was growing up.
Her features had become more refined, and her natural beauty was becoming increasingly obvious.
Aria finally pulled away and immediately began examining him from head to toe.
A few seconds later, her eyes widened.
"Lucas... why are you getting more handsome every time I see you?"
Lucas nearly choked.
"What kind of question is that?"
"I’m serious!"
Aria poked his arm.
"Something’s different. Your skin looks better, you’re taller, and you seem more confident."
Lucas laughed helplessly.
"You’re imagining things."
Aria rolled her eyes.
"Sure I am."
The two siblings chatted casually as they walked along the entrance area.
Then suddenly, Aria froze.
Her expression changed.
A second later, she awkwardly crossed her legs.
"Oh no..."
Lucas raised an eyebrow.
"What?"
Aria looked embarrassed.
"I really need to use the bathroom."
She pointed toward a restroom building located near the school entrance.
"I’ll be right back."
Lucas nodded.
"Go. I’ll wait here."
Aria hurried away immediately.
Lucas followed her part of the way before stopping near the entrance and leaning casually against a nearby wall.
Everything seemed normal.
A few seconds later, Lucas noticed three boys strolling past him. At first, he paid them little attention, but then his eyes narrowed.
Instead of heading toward the boys’ restroom on the right, the three of them casually walked straight into the girls’ restroom on the left.
His brows immediately furrowed.
Something felt wrong.
Very wrong.
Aria was still inside.
The boys didn’t look confused or like they had made a mistake. They walked with purpose, shoulders squared and expressions full of confidence, as though they knew exactly where they were going.
Lucas watched them disappear deeper inside.
But an uneasy feeling settled in his chest.
After a few seconds of hesitation, he decided to follow them inside and tell them they had entered the wrong restroom.
The girls’ restroom was larger than expected, with eight separate stalls lining both sides.
Lucas stopped near the entrance.
He wasn’t about to wander around inside a girls’ restroom like some creep.
Just as he opened his mouth to call out to them, a loud banging sound suddenly echoed through the room.
BANG!
BANG!
BANG!
The violent noise startled him.
It sounded as though someone was kicking one of the stall doors.
Then came an angry voice filled with malice.
"Get the fuck out here!"
"You think hiding in there will save you?"
"You’re dead today!"
The next voice that followed made Lucas’s blood instantly run cold.
"Leave me alone!"
It was Aria.
His sister sounded terrified.
Her voice trembled with panic.
Fear.
Something inside Lucas snapped.
The warmth completely vanished from his eyes.
A terrifying coldness replaced it.
Without another second of hesitation, he strode deeper into the restroom.
"What the hell is going on here?"
His voice exploded through the room like thunder.
The three boys immediately turned around.
All of them looked to be around Aria’s age, but unlike ordinary students, everything about them screamed privilege and arrogance.
Expensive watches.
Designer sneakers.
Branded clothing.
The kind of rich kids who believed money could solve every problem.
One of them sneered the moment he saw Lucas.
"Mind your own fucking business."
"Get lost before you regret it."
Lucas didn’t even hear the rest.
Because from inside one of the locked stalls came another frightened sob from Aria.
That was enough.
Lucas moved.
To the boys, it looked as though he vanished.
The next moment...
BOOM!
His fist crashed directly into the first boy’s face.
The impact sounded like a baseball bat hitting a watermelon.
Blood exploded from the boy’s nose as his entire body left the ground and smashed violently into the wall.
Before anyone could react, Lucas grabbed the second boy by the collar and slammed him headfirst into one of the stall doors.
CRASH!
The boy screamed in pain before collapsing to the floor.
The third boy froze.
His face instantly turned pale.
He finally realized this wasn’t someone he could bully.
This was a monster.
Unfortunately for him, realization came too late.
Lucas kicked him directly in the stomach.
The force launched him backward several feet.
His body crashed through another stall door before landing beside a toilet.
The entire restroom erupted into chaos.
Cries of pain echoed everywhere.
Blood stained the floor.
Broken stall doors hung crookedly from their hinges.
The first boy attempted to crawl away while clutching his face.
Lucas grabbed him by the back of his shirt and yanked him off the ground as though lifting a child.
The boy screamed.
Lucas ignored him.
With a single motion, he hurled him straight through a stall.
The boy crashed into the toilet bowl.
The ceramic shattered instantly.
Water exploded everywhere.
The sound alone made everyone watching shiver.
At that moment, the stall door slowly opened.
Aria stepped out.
Her eyes were red.
Tears still clung to her eyelashes.
The moment she saw Lucas, she froze.
Then her mouth slowly fell open.
The scene before her looked like something out of an action movie.
Three boys who had cornered and threatened her moments ago were now sprawled across the restroom floor like discarded trash.
One was covered in blood.
Another couldn’t even stand.
The third looked ready to cry.
Meanwhile, Lucas stood in the middle of the destruction with an expression colder than ice.
For a moment, Aria almost couldn’t recognize him.
Was this really her brother? 𝕗𝕣𝐞𝐞𝘄𝐞𝚋𝚗𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗹.𝚌𝕠𝚖
The same brother she used to tease every day?
Outside the restroom, the commotion had already attracted attention.
Students gathered near the entrance one after another.
Whispers spread rapidly through the crowd.
Some people pulled out their phones and began recording.
Others stared with wide eyes at the damaged stalls and injured boys.
Nobody dared step inside.
Lucas grabbed the last boy by the hair just as he attempted to crawl toward the exit.
The boy screamed in terror.
Lucas dragged him back across the wet floor without the slightest pity.
Then, under dozens of stunned gazes, he calmly pulled out his phone.
His breathing was steady.
His expression was emotionless.
As though he hadn’t just demolished three people in less than a minute.
He dialed 911.
"Hello," Lucas said coldly.
"I’d like to report three boys harassing a female student inside the girls’ restroom."
