Legend of Dragon Son-in-law
Chapter 2563: Former Lover
Within the church, anyone with a bit of status knows Satan.
In fact, some have seen Satan’s corpse with their own eyes.
After all, he is the enemy of the church.
The greatest demon!
The Yellow Robed Archbishop, second only to the Archbishop within the church, naturally had seen him and even touched him.
He’s sure he didn’t remember wrong.
This is Satan, Judas!
"Heard you came for a visit?" Duke Nine Nether extended his hand, grabbed the Yellow Robed Archbishop’s shoulder, and laughed: "Kid, you have quite the future ahead of you?"
"Satan... weren’t you... aren’t you supposed to be dead?" The Yellow Robed Archbishop was utterly shocked.
A man dead for thousands of years has actually resurrected?
And is now standing right in front of him!
The Yellow Robed Archbishop is incredibly powerful, ranking among the top ten within the church.
But he is facing Satan!
Furthermore, the Yellow Robed Archbishop clearly felt the immense power within Satan!
"Well... Satan, I’m just here for a stroll." He chuckled awkwardly: "Just taking a leisurely walk, heard the scenery was nice, just looking around."
"Oh? Then why did you injure people?" Duke Nine Nether pointed to those wounded martial artists lying on the ground, speaking displeased: "You can injure people while strolling?"
"No! Misunderstanding! It’s all a misunderstanding!" The Yellow Robed Archbishop quickly walked over, helped up all the martial artists on the ground, and pulled out a few cigarettes from his pocket, handing them to the injured: "Brothers, we’re on the same side, don’t be shy. It was all a misunderstanding earlier, I sincerely apologize!"
Having said this, he stood upright and bowed ninety degrees!
"I’ll arrange someone to deliver your medical expenses later. Also, these few unseeing guys, damned for injuring my brothers!"
After the Yellow Robed Archbishop finished speaking, he turned around, drew the iron cross longsword from his waist, and slashed down fiercely!
Clang! Clang!
Following one slash after another, all those undead army corpses fell to the ground.
Turned to dry bones.
"See now..." The Yellow Robed Archbishop sheathed his sword, walked to Duke Nine Nether, and chuckled in a conciliatory manner: "Satan, how does it look to you, satisfied?"
"Not bad, you’re quite the kid, understand human relations." Duke Nine Nether nodded, very satisfied: "Alright, come inside for some food. Now that you’re here, weren’t you just here for a stroll?"
"Misunderstanding! Misunderstanding!" How would the Yellow Robed Archbishop dare to eat here?
If he went in, he’d be eating his last meal!
Can’t go in!
"Suddenly remembered I’ve got some urgent business, gotta go now!" He nodded at Duke Nine Nether and ran away quickly.
He ran, and no one stopped him.
"Now, I suppose the church is in an uproar," Julius Reed chuckled from the side: "Really curious, what would the church feel if they knew their Satan has resurrected?"
"But what worries me is that my undead army has been stolen." Dragon Dance said with concern: "Those guys have always been at my base, can’t be deployed because the time wasn’t ripe. Now, it seems the church secretly took them."
Dragon Dance knows how terrifying those guys are.
The ones killed in front of them were just the trashiest sort.
"Will there be trouble?" Nelson asked with a hint of worry after hearing what Dragon Dance said.
"Maybe, but not much." Julius Reed looked at the sky and said, "Silvio Reed’s threat is too great. If we can’t find him and kill him, we’ll face endless troubles afterwards."
"But Silvio Reed is always elusive, how will you find him?" Dragon Dance countered: "You know how cunning and deceitful he is, surely I don’t need to remind you?"
"Mender, you stay to ensure their safety. I’m planning to leave to find Silvio Reed. Maybe you all don’t know where he is, but I should be able to."
Just as Julius Reed finished speaking, someone suddenly came over from a distance.
This person’s speed was incredibly fast!
And it was a woman.
"Be careful."
Julius Reed positioned himself in front of Dragon Dance and Nelson, cautiously watching the woman approaching.
But the woman stopped.
She smiled.
Turned into someone else.
Smiled again, became another person.
Yet every face, breathtakingly beautiful.
Utterly alluring!
"Seduction trick?" Julius Reed asked expressionlessly.
He could sense that the person in front of him was a master.
Unlike Gabriel Abernathy and them, this woman in front of him, with just a smile, presents an entirely different face.
"No, it’s just letting you enjoy before you die." The woman smiled, changing into another face.
She squinted, and suddenly her pupils shrank to needle-like points!
The next moment, a red light shot directly at Julius Reed!
"Jessica."
Duke Nine Nether suddenly spoke.
The call stopped the red light in the woman’s eyes.
She turned in surprise, looking at Duke Nine Nether, now Judas, asking "Who are you? How do you know?"
The woman didn’t hide the shock on her face.
Jessica...
Very few people knew of this name anymore.
Could it be, he’s from that same era?
"Jessica, have you forgotten every night at the Nine Nether Shrine?"
Duke Nine Nether broke into tears.
"You’re... my dear brother..." The woman walked directly up to Duke Nine Nether, closed her eyes, feeling the soul.
"It’s you, you’re still alive..."
The woman suddenly leaped into Duke Nine Nether’s arms, kissing wildly.
Julius Reed stood petrified.
What is going on here?
Thought they were about to fight, but it turned into a big family reunion.
And so tragic!
Like a scene of life and death parting!
"Honey, every day and night, I think of you." The woman cried like a flower in bloom, clinging to Duke Nine Nether.
"Ah... me too." Duke Nine Nether looked at Julius Reed beside him, "Now, you know why I like her so much? A day can change countless faces, who wouldn’t like that?"
Julius Reed pondered, suddenly thinking of Gabriel Abernathy.
He felt a slight hint of guilty thought in his heart.
"Jessica, what are you here for?" Duke Nine Nether wiped his tears and asked.
Though the reunion after millennia is indeed thrilling.
But business still matters.
"I came to kill, didn’t I?" Jessica said through her tears: "That worthless Blood Soul, impotent let alone does he send a woman charging into murder, do you call him a man?"
"Blood Soul sent you to kill? Didn’t you know I wasn’t dead?" Duke Nine Nether was very surprised.
"No. He only said to come and kill a blind man." Jessica snorts, pointing at Julius Reed: "Is that the blind man?"
"Be respectful, he’s my elder brother."
Duke Nine Nether patted her bottom.
"Hmph, you naughty, save that for later. Eh, you say he’s your elder brother? I remember that your brother is River Azure, besides him, is there another you respect?"
Jessica seemed somewhat startled.
"Of course, this is the contemporary River Azure!" Duke Nine Nether said proudly: "Your husband was beaten into a mess by him."
