And the people created cities and each cities are different.

Imagination went wild. With the old order crumbling, while there was chaos and destruction, the reconstruction is something akin of a revival.

Some new ideas are formed. And some old ideas are revisited.

In a new world made blank, the people who created these cities, and establish these cities created a city of their own

Some are cyberpunk in aesthetic, some look like the Shire in the Lord of the Rings.

Some look like some kind of medieval cities with stunning architecture reminiscent of Venice in the 14th century where the architecture prioritizes beauty than function.

Beautiful fountains, statues, buildings.

There are also some cities that is futuristic but dull, there is vibrant cities filled with colours, there are cities that harmonizes with natures and so on and so forth

Those who created this cities all have their own ideas of how their cities should be. Diversity is chaotic but in that chaos something beautiful is born.

And they unified under one symbol.

Him.

Because he could control the chaos to some point. No, it is not quite accurate to say he control the chaos.

It is more that he guided the chaos

After all, what does chaos hated the most?

Order.

The more order there is, the stronger the backlash of chaos is.

Chaos is the rules and laws of the Omniverse.

When order went to the extreme, chaos is the balancer

Everything is entropy and everything is chaos.

Anything tyring no control chaos is futile.

You could not control it.

If it could be controlled it is not chaos.

But disorder order.

But chaos is chaos.

The only way to survive a chaos is to guide it.

As Azief is flitting in and out of existence, he uses this opportunity to watch and oversee the beats, animals, people, cities and kingdoms that is under Pandemonium

He always remarks that Pandemonium is large.

He knows how large it is.

After all, he is the one that rearranges the continents, the mountains and hills, the rivers and lakes. At that time, he also guided the world, the land

He connected what should be connected, he cut what should be cut.

In other words, he follows the natural progression of the lay of the land.

You would not see a mountain cleaved in two

When he rearranges the world, he did not care whether the land he rearranges held their allegiance to another world power or not.

What he cares about if the lay of the land was accurate.

So, he knows the hills, the mountain and lakes.

But a decade had passed.

Because people change.

And when he changes the world, there is no people.

But now, there is people.

On mountain, on hills, on rivers and lakes.

New cities, new kingdoms.

There are people, there is beast, monsters, animals , plants and even aliens and breachers from another world

Staying in Pandemonium.

Making a life in Pandemonium. Putting down roots and multiply.

There is a scene of prosperity and a scene of everything growing.

And Azief could not really tell what he is feeling.

Proud?

Worried?

Anxious?

Happy?

Like seeing the land that is barren suddenly become fertile and full of people.

An achievement?

He really did not know how he feels.

Even though he himself come from humble beginnings, he had been too long in the sky that he sometimes forgot how hard the life is from the perspective of the common people

"is that why those gods enter reincarnation?"

This is not something he learned from the Etherna.

Etherna does not have such thoughts of reincarnation. Because for most of their existence, they could not die.

The concept of reincarnation only appears when a few of them faced death

But the knowledge itself is not profound.

The Etherna was the first creation in the Universe

They were created before the Omniverse even become a thing. At that thing, they are the only planet and they are the only creation.

And as such, they did not have anyone or anything to refer too. All the mistakes were the first mistakes in creation.

All of the good is the first good. And all of the sins are the first sins. The first creation erased by existence itself, taboo in fate and destiny

But while the Etherna did not have the baits of entering reincarnation, those gods and deities in the Three Thousand Worlds would sometimes enters reincarnation.

The Jade Emperor would enter reincarnation after a long period of time of ruling the Three Thousand realms.

It is simply so that he could remember what it is to be low.

Sealing their memories and experience the kindness and evil of the world. Accumulating merits and experiencing hardship polish a character.

Those in the Spirit Mountain would also enter the mortal world with the help of the World Honoured One and accumulate merits and brings light to the world.

Odin for example would also seal his memories and sometimes went to one of the Eight realm to experience the lives of the beings living under his rule.

The exception to this Zeus.

That being probably would not enter reincarnation. After all their methods is different.

They go to Elysium.

And Zeus probably di not like spending time there.

He never goes there.

Unless it was necessary.

Why?

Because while Olympus is where he holds the reigns, in the Underworld, that is where his older brother holds sway.

That is Hades domain. And Zeus would never feel safe there.

Azief speculated that maybe Zeus is simply afraid that the moment he set foot in the Underworld, all of his sons with Hera would simply usurp Zeus power in Olympus.

After all, it is not like Hera did not do this before.

It was a coup at that time.

It failed. But for a moment, it succeeded

it shows Zeus that a coup could happen.

A successful, albeit temporary coup to overthrow Zeus. There is this myth but there is also truth.

Azief had known myths and the stories of the gods are not entirely different and not entirely stories.

What people called myths are stories. And these stories emerge because of consciousness. The Divines left their Divine Stamp on the world they arrive in. their image would arrive in one way or another.

Azief had once gone to a world and found out that there are stories of the Olympians gods there. In that world, they are called the Lords of Shining Mountain.

There are twelve great lords and they reside on a shining mountain.

The name of these twelve great lords bears resemblance to the Olympians.

The way Azief understand it Divine Stamps is implanted in every world they set foot in. and someday, somewhere, people when they wanted to find divine reason, their minds and consciousness would create this figure.

These gods.

And in a world of magic, these gods could descend....theoretically. by the power of wishes, desire and will, they could descend. In a world without magic, it is just sustenance for the soul and could not do much.

But once their myths take hold, they gain power from the belief. The power of belief

And if the myth was to be believed, Hera did stage a coup

In the stories, she was frustrated with Zeus , and so she convinced the other gods to drug Zeus, bind him in his sleep and steal his thunderbolt.

Briareus freed Zeus and Zeus in his anger punished Hera by hanging her over the Chaos with a golden shackles.

Someone like Zeus that has experienced a coup would not dare to come to the Underworld.

And Zeus also did not experience mortal life as a mortal.

Instead, he seems determined to leave his seed all over the mortal world.

He would come down from his palace in Olympus and then mate with mortals.

One wonders what he was trying to do.

Maybe this is just his desire or maybe he has some kind of plan.

One thing is clear. Reincarnation is the furthest thing from Zeus and he did not seem that eager to understand mortals that is under his rule.

if he was determine to understand the people and the beings under his rule, there would not be so many mistake committed by him

Hades at least have the underworld to feed him stories.

The Undersold is a library of stories.

Of regret.

Of love.

Hatred.

Of evil and kindness.

Of honour, or dishonour.

Of course, Azief didn’t know if this is true or not.

This is just stories he had heard about the Underworld.

But for beings like Hades who holds the souls of people, he probably did not really need to enter into reincarnation.

When he sat on his throne in the underworld, one wonders what he sees.

Poseidon has the seas so he did not really need to care about those who lives on the surface.

He knows the lament of the creatures of the sea and he punishes those who disregards the power of the sea and the power of life that the sea provides the surface

Most of his subjects are water creatures so there is no need for him to understand the surface dwellers.

Athena however does went disguising herself as mortals every few thousand years. Sometimes, it is to learn.

Sometimes it is to understand.
