Dawn Sutherland paused for a moment but didn’t turn back, replying softly, "Yes."

"Congratulations on your dreams coming true, marrying the girl you love most." Candy smiled, but there was a hint of sadness deep in her usually bright eyes.

"Thank you." Dawn smiled faintly and walked outside.

Watching Dawn’s departing figure, Candy shrugged, leaning against the doorway with a touch of melancholy on her face, murmuring softly, "Candy, it’s nothing, Dawn’s marriage is a good thing, especially since he married the girl he’s secretly loved for so long. Dawn gently got out of the car, closed the driver’s door, and circled to the passenger side to carefully carry Daisy inside.

The door was opened by the servant Donna. Upon seeing Dawn carrying Daisy, as if ready to greet them, Dawn gently shook his head, indicating she was asleep.

Donna immediately fell silent.

Dawn carried Daisy upstairs, gently laid her on the bed, and covered her with a blanket.

Looking at the message, Dawn’s fingers instinctively tightened around the phone, eyes growing deep and unfathomable.

"What secret are you hiding? What does Aidan want you to agree to? And Elsa—Elsa also spoke to you in the same tone and manner last time. What leverage do they have over you...?"

Dawn watched Daisy for a while, stood up, grabbed his jacket, and walked outside with long strides.

Dawn drove to the hospital, heading directly to Ariel Morris’s room.

Ariel hadn’t woken up yet, but everything else was fine. She had moved from ICU to a VIP room where company was allowed.
