It’s been three months, since Fuyu had left his village with his wives. Now, the time had came to return back to home his other women would definitely be angry from this long separation. Currently, Fuyu alone was travelling through the rough road made of soil.

"It’s truly bit uncomfortable to travel, all day long for so long period on this horse only. I guess, I really did some grave mistake on not taking the carriage instead of this horse." Fuyu thought as his butt was hurting from journey of constant sitting on the same position even he took rest in between the pain was real, being seated on the horse back for nearly ten hours a day was pain in ass.

"Hah..I thought it would be much faster to return by myself that’s why I choose only this horse for myself to return back to Kabua but no I was wrong. It takes me exact the same amount of time because, I had to take power nap with the horse as it alone can’t take me without a break. Not only that as the sun sets off my journey came to an halt. But nevermind, finally I am only few mile away from Kabua. Yay...let’s go..." Fuyu shouted in loud voice as he was getting excited to meet his family he didn’t realized, he used to thought he wouldn’t get attached to them but surprisingly he do feels the attachment.

As he had made the sattelment on the Ivis village for his wives, he no longer had to worry about them, as he had made sure of everything they need to cultivate and survive till he return back from Kabua with others. So, he was not worried about them at all as there were people who can take care of them and there needs.

"Halt your horses." A loud voice came out of sudden.

"Huh..? What happened..?" Fuyu came to his senses as he was busy in thoughts about his mother, aunt, Rasmi and Rani. He saw few man in front of him came out of the forest as he was riding his horse on the trail of the mid of the forest made by constant flow of people through this espacific trail across years of non stop trade from different village. Actually there was another way, made for important people, like village chief and other business man but Fuyu forgot that way only remembered this that’s the reason it took him bit long to return.

"Who are you..?" Fuyu asked as he watched several other men came out of nowhere, from behind the large trunk of the ancient trees which was there for centuries standing tall and proud. Fuyu only expected a few men but soon got surrounded by twenty of them, making him completely stunned.

"Oh no bandits..run.." Five people behind, Fuyu shouted in surprise and terror as they were about to run back but immediately got attacked by the bandit getting injured as they had completely surrounded, Fuyu and the five others with one being injured by the man’s sword as it made some lethal cut on his shoulder. Leaving him goaning in pain.

"No don’t attack. We aren’t running..? What do you all want..? We want to get safely out of here." One of the man with Fuyu who was also heading towards same direction yesterday joined him as Fuyu was feeling lonely he let them get along with him. But this thing of sudden appearance of the bandits do caught him in surprise. Although, he had heard about this and got questioned by the people he met yesterday. Wether he encountered any trouble or not. Which truly he didn’t, he met several other men and women along the journey but no one cause him trouble this was the first time, he had get in situation like this.

"Hahaha..don’t worry, we would surely let you all go, because you are no use of ours. But before that, give us everything you have or else we will take it sooner or later on you being alive or dead so choice is yours." The black skin man said in deep voice with a long mark of cut on his bare chest flexing like a proud honor. He seems quite intimidating and funny looking if seen from afar but the danger was real, after all they had bows, swords and dagger stained in dry blood. It was surely impossible for people like them to have such an expensive weapons feels like it belongs to the people they had looted before.

"No, don’t give him a single Kuri. We will fight till our last breath and fuck you up." The old man said with last bit of courage making other man in his team scream at him.

"Shut the fuck up, old man you want to drag us with you in this pityless death. Please, lord take whatever you wish and let us go." The man said as what he fears most was death and pain, and others seems to agree. Although it might seems like the perfect deal, because life matter more than some things they were carrying but it was no hidden truth that these bandits would surely kill everyone after looting them to safeguard there position after all if the information of them being here, looting and creating trouble for traders got out, the guards would come and kill them which was why it was nessecery for them to kill the traders.

The bandits looked at each other with devilish smile before saying, "Of course, of course we would let go of you if you give us everything you have. Hey, go and take, hand him everything over." The bandit leader said to his subordinates as they reached the normal people and told them to get down to the horses.

"What you want to take our horses as well, how we supposed to return then one of the man asked in surprise."

"Oi..don’t waste our time and get off the horses fast, and you are worrying about how you travel after we take your horse..? Do you mind us showing you, how you would travel without the horses in the forest..? Just like that old man..?" The Leader said with a smile as he pointed at the dead man covered in blood. To which the he immediately panicked and get off the horse before standing on the side with other of his teammates watching the bandits taking everything that once was there.

Meanwhile Fuyu was in bit thought while it was happening. "I don’t have anything with me except the horse and since my home is near should I just give them everything..?" Just when he was in thoughts the bandit’s voice came loud and clear. "Oi, brat don’t you understand what we just said do you still wish to be a dead meat huh..? Get off the horse."

"Huh..? But I really don’t have anything except this, unlike them I guess you wouldn’t get any profit. So, I am leaving, since I have nothing to give." Fuyu casually said like talking to his friends making everyone there widened there eyes in astonishment by watching the sheer audacity this boy had.

"You brat, what making you think you can leave without paying and who the fuck you are talking to like we are friends Huh..? Get the fuck off the horse before I cut your head off." The bald bandit roared aggressively as he wanted to teach this brat a lesson.

"Oh shit, Grin do something. We cannot let the boy being killed because of his stupidity." The man among the traders who were traveling with Fuyu recently said as the young man thought.

"Why the fuck I care..? He would die because of his actions. Anyway now that you have said that." The young man thought before he loudly called Fuyu and said.

"Stop this instant, Fuyu we didn’t want you to get killed because of your stupidiy. Just came down that horse and stand with us." Fuyu looked at him but didn’t replied neither had any intension of getting down to his horse.

The bandit Leader saw the stubbornness of this young man as his lips curled simply moved forward to Fuyu in his own horse. "Young man, are truly filled of vigour, they think they alone can take down these many people and get away from here without a single scratch. But boy this is not a kid’s play or we are girls whom you can take on easily. I really like the courage you have and give you a chance to get down before this blade in my subordinate’s hand sliced through your chest." The Leader said with pride as he remembered he also used to be this confidant in his young days but everything changed now. While bandits were nodding in there leader’s words like chicken.

"Oh, are you done..? Then now I am leaving, my family would be waiting for me at home." Fuyu said as he moved his horse a bit.

"What..?" Everyone’s gasping voice came in unison upon hearing the courage yet the dumb words of the kid.

"Oh, no.."

"Huh..Father now we can’t save this kid’s life. We tried but now the angels rest his soul." Grin said to his father as there faces become pale with heartbeating fast due to the words that had left Fuyu’s mouth.

"No, he shouldn’t have said that. Although by surrendering there was a slightest chance for us to return back alive but this kid has lost that chace."

"Yeah, it’s truly pity, we have only met him recently and he is already about to enter the death gate." The people who were with Fuyu yesterday already started mouring at his death even though he was alive.

Meanwhile, the leader who had just given this boy a one in a lifetime opportunity to let him go even after he acted so rude, but instead of appreciating his kindness the boy was taking his words for granted. This audacity to disrespect the leader not only made the subordinates angry but the leader’s eyes twich in anger as the bald man near Fuyu, shouted in anger filled loud volume.

"How dare you disrespect our leader and take his words lightly..? You deserve to die." The bald man said as he swang the sword in his hand with full strength to attack, making the leader grin in pleasure of teaching this toxic mannered boy the lesson he deserves.

"Hum.." Fuyu’s brows raised as he immediately moved slightly to dodge the sword attack. Which worked but at the cost of sacrificing the horse. A large cut appeared on horses neck, as the horse started to made the desperate cries with jumping and hopping around like a butterfly, made Fuyu shock as he tried to jump of the horse but got fall on his back.

"Oh..no.." Fuyu whispered as he suppressed the slight pain but before he to get up to hold his position strong the sliver color shining blade directly got on top of his neck.

"Say, good bye to your family. Foolish boy." The bald subordinates said as others only watched the show. 𝐟𝐫𝕖𝗲𝘄𝚎𝗯𝕟𝐨𝕧𝐞𝚕.𝕔𝕠𝐦

"Hahaha, you can’t take my kindness then you deserve death. Mayr kill—him...WHAT..?" Leader’s completely stunned voice came before he could order his subordinate to kill him, he himself died.

"Oh no back off, he is a Magix(magic, they can’t properly pronounce) user. Oh shit, where did we get ourselves into, he possibly would have connection with someone higher up in the city. No we can’t let go of him, hey attack on words in an instant don’t give this boy the chance." The Leader said but only to realize some of his group members already fleeing in the depths of the forest.

"First, you attacked me. Now don’t expect to getay easily." Fuyu said calmly as he looked at the dead man infront of him whose sword had broken into shattered glass fragments and shoved into his face and neck deep inside, with blood spilling over. Then, he looked at the horse which had been suffering from the pain rolling in the ground.
