Maybe I really am a Villian
Chapter 38: Result
Meanwhile, in the observation room at the academy,
the whole room was silent as if they could not even believe what they had just seen.
One of the professors said, "What the hell did I just observe? Are those really the skills of a 15-year-old? Just what did he experience in his childhood to grow this strong and cruel?"
Alferd said, "Strength and cruelty are two completely different things. He could have killed them easily if he truly wanted to."
Another professor frowned and said, "And cutting off their limbs instead somehow makes it better?"
Alferd calmly replied, "For someone with his strength? Yes, it does."
The room once again fell silent.
Nobody could deny his words.
If Asher had truly lost control during that battle, those students would not have survived at all.
One of the female professors then said with a complicated expression, "His control over mana is terrifying. Every movement was precise, efficient, and completely calculated. It did not even look like he was fighting seriously."
Another professor nodded slowly.
"And his mental state is even more terrifying. Throughout the entire battle, his heartbeat and mana fluctuations barely changed. It was as if everything happening in front of him was completely normal."
One of the older professors narrowed his eyes and said, "What concerns me more is his experience. Those movements and reactions were not something a normal teenager could learn through talent alone."
Elisa then said, "His mastery of spatial magic is too high. He just acted like the spatial interference field was limiting him, but it never did, and if this battle had not taken place, he would have probably hidden it and no one would have known about it. He is too cautious and smart, and if he keeps improving his mastery of spatial magic like this, he will probably reach Master rank at the age of 20, breaking the record for youngest Master, which was held by his mother, who is now dead."
The room became silent once again after Elisa’s words.
Because everyone present understood what reaching Master rank at the age of twenty truly meant.
It was not just talent anymore.
It was something abnormal.
Meanwhile, at the test site,
Asher dismissed his clones, and his cultivation recovered to Gold Rank 1-Star once again.
His teammates also gathered together and started heading toward the portal.
The supervisors who had been hiding finally came out and began taking care of the defeated students, giving them first aid and taking them through the portal so the academy healers could provide further treatment.
Asher and his team entered the portal and emerged on the other side, arriving at the academy grounds. Standing in front of them were Professor Elisa and several members of the medical staff, ready to provide care to the students.
Elisa congratulated them on successfully completing the test and was about to continue speaking.
But Asher simply walked past her while drinking juice and muttered, "My bed, I am coming," before teleporting away toward his dormitory.
Elisa stared at the spot where Asher had disappeared to for a few seconds before the corner of her lips twitched slightly.
The other professors and medical staff also fell silent for a moment.
One of the instructors finally said, "Did he just teleport away in the middle of your speech?"
Elisa sighed and rubbed her forehead. "At least he waited until after the test ended this time."
Elisa did not even think it was weird that Asher had done something like this. In fact, if he hadn’t done something like this, that would have been even weirder.
Huh? What am I even thinking?
Before Elisa could continue speaking, the sound of soft laughter echoed nearby.
Everyone turned toward the source of the laughter, only to see Aria laughing softly while looking at the spot where Asher had been standing moments ago.
Everyone was even more surprised than when Asher had teleported away.
Then Aria said softly, "He is still the same," before turning around and walking toward the dormitory as well, leaving everyone stunned.
Elisa looked at Aria’s disappearing figure in astonishment, then rubbed her forehead and said, "Your rankings will be sent to your mobiles," before walking away herself.
Adam and Noah watched Aria leave, then looked at each other and said at the same time, "She has lost it too, it seems."

Asher went straight to his room and took a long, refreshing bath for an hour to dispel his mental fatigue.
By the time he finished bathing, it was already 7 PM, since the test had ended at 5:30 PM.
He then changed into casual clothes and lay down on his bed for a while before heading out for dinner at 8 PM.
Asher walked toward the cafeteria, and the nearby students kept looking at him, but none of them dared to get in his way.
He reached the cafeteria and sat at the same table where he usually sat. About three minutes later, all his teammates joined him for dinner.
Adam looked at him and said, "The whole academy is talking about you."
"Why?" Asher asked calmly.
"Because of your excessive actions during the test against those three."
Asher replied without even looking at him, "They were not even that excessive. I only destroyed one of their limbs, which has probably already regenerated with the help of healers by now."
Noah looked at him and said, "Yeah, nothing wrong with destroying someone’s shoulder."
"Noah, you are becoming more intelligent day by day. It must be due to my influence."
Noah looked at him and thought, ’No way, bastard. The only thing I have been influenced by is your weird way of thinking, and I have already accepted that there is no use arguing with you.’
Aria then looked at Asher and said, "You also got some new nicknames." 𝙛𝒓𝒆𝙚𝒘𝒆𝓫𝙣𝓸𝙫𝓮𝒍.𝒄𝒐𝓶
Asher looked at her and asked, "And what are those nicknames?"
Aria replied, "There are many, but the one I liked the most is ’Insanely Strong Idiot.’"
