Maybe I really am a Villian
Chapter 65: Elyndor Academy [1]
Aria just stared at him and said, "I never asked if you have girls’ clothes in your subspace."
Asher replied, "I know. I was just telling you not to ask me for girls’ clothes if you ever need them. Just keep them in your own storage if you ever happen to need them."
Aria looked at the toy water gun, then at Noah and Adam, and said, "Why are you using this to wake them up? You can just do it normally like I did."
Asher just smiled in response and said, "Well, because it’s more fun this way."
Aria looked at him for a moment and then said, "So I can wake you up like this next time?"
"Yeah, you can," Asher replied without hesitation.
Then he aimed the water gun at Noah and Adam’s faces and fired it
Noah immediately jolted awake as cold water hit his face.
"What the hell?!" he shouted as he sat up abruptly.
Adam also woke up and quickly wiped the water from his face. He looked around in confusion before his gaze landed on Asher, who was still holding the water gun.
For a moment, Adam just stared at him and then asked, "Did you seriously wake us up with a toy water gun?"
Asher nodded and replied, "Yes."
Adam looked at him silently before saying, "You know, normal people just shake others awake."
Asher shrugged and said, "That sounds boring."
Then he continued, "It is your fault that you couldn’t wake up in time. Now let’s go, we’re getting late."
Then Asher stored the water gun back in his subspace and walked towards the exit.
Aria, Noah, and Adam also followed behind him.
Adam muttered while walking, "I am going to do the same thing to him in the future when I get the chance."
Then they all exited the train.
As soon as they stepped onto the station and looked around, it was as if they had entered a completely different world. Around them, most of the people were elves, dwarves, or demi-humans. There were humans as well, but they were present in insignificant numbers.
Noah looked around with a curious expression and said, "I knew this city had a large non-human population, but I didn’t expect the difference to be this huge."
Adam nodded in agreement and said, "Yeah, humans are practically a minority here."
Asher then said, "Whatever, let’s just go to our group. Professor Elisa is waiting for us."
All the other students were already together with their groups, as instructed by their class teachers.
After joining their group, they all left the station.
After exiting the station, they saw a large number of vehicles waiting for them, all bearing the crest of Elyndor Academy.
Then a group of elves, the professors of Elyndor Academy, walked towards them.
A male elf with blue hair approached their group. He was a Grandmaster.
After reaching their group, he smiled, looked at Professor Elisa, and said, "How are you, Grandmaster Elisa? It’s been a long time since we last met."
Elisa replied, "I am fine, and yeah, it’s been a long time, Grandmaster Aelar."
Then Aelar replied, "But I have to say, it is surprising to see you here. I never thought you would be teaching first-years. Shouldn’t you be in charge of the third-years?"
Elisa just sighed and said, "I was supposed to be, but this batch is quite unique and hard to handle, so I was put in charge of it."
Aelar raised an eyebrow at this and said, "I am really excited to meet these unique students then. I wonder how talented they are to make you take charge of them."
Elisa was about to say something, but before she could, Asher intervened, saying, "You guys can flirt later. There are hungry students here. When will we reach the accommodation and have dinner?"
For a moment, complete silence fell over the area.
Aelar’s smile froze on his face.
Elisa slowly turned her head towards Asher and looked at him with an expressionless face.
Then she said, "Didn’t I tell you to behave yourself?"
Asher just looked back at her calmly and then said, "What did I even say wrong? You guys can flirt later, but right now everyone is already tired from traveling for five hours, and you’re just wasting time here."
Aelar came to his senses after the initial shock, looked at him, and said, "Kid, we are not flirting. We are just talking to each other after a long time—"
Before he could say anything else, Elisa said, "Don’t argue with him. It’s pointless."
Aelar looked at Asher and then at Elisa and said, "Is this the unique student you were talking about?"
Elisa looked at Asher and then replied with a sigh, "He is a bit too special of a case. We can talk later. First, let’s reach the accommodation."
Aelar just nodded, then looked at Asher with interest and asked, "And what is your name, young man?"
"Asher."
Then Aelar looked at Asher and said, "Well, Asher, you don’t have to worry. The accommodations are only a short distance away, and dinner should already be prepared by the time everyone arrives."
Hearing this, Asher nodded in satisfaction.
"Good."
Then Aelar clapped his hands to get everyone’s attention.
"Alright, everyone. Welcome to Elyndor. The vehicles behind us will take you to the academy’s guest residences. Please board them according to the groups assigned to you. The exchange program will officially begin tomorrow morning, so use tonight to rest and familiarize yourselves with the surroundings."
The students quickly began moving towards the vehicles.
Asher was among the first to start walking.
Then everyone else also followed after him.
After getting inside the vehicle, Asher sat down in the back, and then his teammates joined him.
Adam then looked at him and said, "Why did you say that out there?"
Asher just replied, "Because someone had to. We can’t just keep waiting there until they finally finish their conversation."
Adam just sighed and said, "I thought you would control yourself here, but I guess I was wrong."
