Mr.Nobody: I am inside a webcomic?!
Chapter 47: Before Stage 2
Nobody cracked his fingers dramatically. "I defeated a giant monster, I survived a deadly tutorial, I unlocked combat growth so obviously...I’m about to get some overpowered exclusive skill."
Ren smirked faintly. "The confidence is impressive."
Nobody ignored him completely. "Maybe shadow powers or dimensional slashes or infinite crowbar generation....WAIT." He gasped dramatically. "...A face reveal skill?!"

Bright blue particles gathered before Nobody. A glowing object slowly materialized in front of him.
Nobody stared intensely.
"...Come on..."
"...Legendary skill..."
"...Legendary weapon..."
"...Legendary...."
PLUP.
REWARD: ︎ 🌭︎ HOTDOG
A hotdog appeared in his hands.
Nobody blinked once. "....." Then twice. "...What the dog...!!!"
Ren instantly burst into laughter. "PFFFT....HAHAHAHAHAHA!!"
Nobody slowly looked down at the hotdog in disbelief. "...No....No no no. This has to be a joke." He grabbed the floating system screen aggressively. "I was joking about the food as a reward."
Ren laughed even harder now while holding his stomach. "HAAHAHA....your situation right now..."
Nobody pointed accusingly at the system. "System, you don’t give me anything that I asked for all this time. Why so kind today to actually take my joke literally"
The system window suddenly flashed angrily.

The system window flashed again aggressively.

Of course it is.
But it seems the user does not want it.

Nobody immediately changed expression. His voice became soft instantly. "...System is pretty good boy. Just gimme the item."
Ren stared at him blankly for a second. "...You switched sides unbelievably fast."
Nobody ignored him and immediately started eating the hotdog.
CHOMP.
His eyes widened slightly. "...Wait this actually tastes amazing." The bruises across his arms began fading slightly. The pain in his ribs eased.

Nobody stretched his arms slowly. "...Ooooooh. Now it feels NICE." He flexed dramatically. "I HAVE RETURNED."
Ren smirked while sitting casually. "Your personality changes every five seconds."
Nobody pointed confidently. "That’s called versatility."
"No. That’s called mental instability."
"...Rude." Nobody finished the final bite of the hotdog before sighing happily. "...Not gonna lie, that was worth it."
Ren rested his chin against one hand while observing him carefully. "You sometimes act like a child."
Nobody blinked."Huh?"
Ren continued,"You joke constantly... You panic loudly... You complain about everything... But during battle...your entire persona changes."
Nobody stayed silent briefly. Nobody slowly looked down at his own hands. "...Well...I don’t know." He thought back to the fight with the orc. The fear, the adrenaline, the excitement. "...While fighting, a sudden fighting excitement works in me for some reason..."
Ren observed him silently.
Nobody continued quietly. "When the battle starts...my head becomes clearer." The fear disappears little by little. And somehow...it becomes fun." Nobody was saying the last line in a way as if he was grinning.
Ren’s smirk widened slightly. "A dangerous mentality."
Nobody shrugged casually. "Well..Maybe." Then suddenly he remembered something important. "...WAIT." He looked around quickly. "If I’m here...doesn’t that mean my world’s time is still moving on?!"
"Toma."
"Aiden."
"What if another disaster has already started?"
"What if the higher being spawned another psycho enemy?!"
"What if the city exploded?!"
"What if...!"
Ren raised one hand lazily. "Relax, Bowlcut."
Nobody stopped immediately.
Ren leaned back against the couch. "The flow of time differs between dimensions."
Nobody blinked. "...Meaning?"
"In your world...only a tiny amount of time passes while you remain here."
Nobody looked surprised.
Ren continued calmly. "Compared to your world, time here goes very fast."
Nobody slowly processed the explanation. "...So while I spent hours fighting a giant green psychopath...barely any time passed outside?"
"Correct."
Nobody sighed in relief dramatically. "Oh thank god. I thought Toma was getting kidnapped again already."
Ren gave him a strange look. "...Why does that sound like a recurring problem?"
"...Long story." Nobody sat down on the repaired arena floor while stretching slightly. His muscles still ached despite the healing.
The system window suddenly appeared again.
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
[Tutorial Notice]
First Tutorial Cleared.
Additional Training Sessions Available.

Nobody stared at it. "...There’s MORE?"
Ren grinned. "Oh yes."
Nobody immediately pointed at him. "No more giant orcs."
Ren smiled wider. "No promises."
Ren chuckled quietly while the blue glow of the chamber reflected in his crimson eyes. Ren slowly stood up from the couch and stretched his arms casually. The glowing blue lines across his combat suit pulsed softly. "Well," he said lazily, "if you’re feeling that tired, I guess I would guide you to your room."
Nobody blinked immediately. "...Room!!"
Ren looked at him strangely. "Yes. There are living quarters inside the tutorial space."
Nobody stared blankly for a second. "WAIT. You mean this place actually has bedrooms?"
Ren started walking calmly across the metallic chamber. "What did you expect? A cave?"
"...Honestly yes."
Ren smirked faintly. "You really have low expectations."
Nobody quickly followed behind him.
The massive tutorial arena doors opened automatically as they approached.
KRRRRRRMMMM...
Beyond the arena....
A long futuristic hallway stretched forward endlessly. Blue neon-like lights glowed softly along the walls and floor. The place looked less like a dungeon now and more like some advanced facility.
Nobody looked around with wide eyes. "...Woah. This place is actually insane."
Ren walked ahead calmly with his hands inside his pockets. His long rabbit ears moved slightly as he walked. "Tutorial spaces are designed to maintain users for long periods."
Nobody frowned slightly. "...Long periods?"
Ren casually answered,"Some users stay here for years."
Nobody immediately stopped walking. "...WHAT?"
Ren turned back slightly. "For higher-level tutorials."
"Not yours."
Nobody sighed dramatically in relief. "Oh.. thank god. For a second, I thought I accidentally joined military service."
Ren chuckled softly before continuing forward again.
Nobody kept glancing around curiously.
Doors lined both sides of the corridor. Each one carried a different number. Some doors looked damaged. Others completely untouched.
102.
103.
104.
105.
Nobody noticed claw marks on one of them. "...Okay....That one definitely belonged to someone unstable."
Ren smirked. "Correct."
Nobody looked at another door with a giant dent in the center. "...And that one?"
"Anger issues."
"...Makes sense."
As they continued walking...Nobody suddenly noticed something strange.
The hallway itself seemed impossibly long, as if ignored normal physics entirely.
"...Hold on. We’ve been walking for several minutes. How big is this place?"
Ren answered casually. "Bigger than your planet."
Nobody almost tripped while walking. "...EXCUSE ME?!"
Ren didn’t even look surprised. He said,"Tutorial dimensions operate on compressed spatial architecture."
Nobody stared blankly. "...You just made up those words."
"No."
"...Well they still sounded fake."
Ren chuckled quietly.
Eventually....They stopped in front of a black metallic door.
A glowing number floated above it.
Nobody looked upward. "...Room 1308." Then he frowned. "Wait. What’s the number for?"
Ren stared at the door silently for a moment. "...Ooh you will know but later..."
Nobody narrowed his eyes immediately. "...Why do you sound like something more unexpected is waiting for me?"
Ren smirked faintly. "Because mystery builds character."
"...No it builds trauma."
The door suddenly opened automatically with a soft hiss.
SHHHHHK.
Warm light spilled outward from inside the room.
Nobody slowly peeked inside and froze slightly. "...Wait....This place is NICE."
The room looked far better than expected.
A large modern bed rested near one side. A sleek black couch sat near a glowing transparent table. Blue ambient lighting flowed softly across the walls. A massive window displayed an artificial cosmic sky outside. Stars drifted endlessly beyond the glass.
Nobody slowly walked inside in disbelief. "...This is way better than my apartment."
Ren leaned casually against the doorway. "Users require proper recovery between training sessions."
Nobody immediately jumped onto the bed dramatically. "...OOOOOH. This bed is heavenly."
He sank deeply into the mattress. "...I might actually forgive the tutorial now."
Ren snorted softly. "A hotdog and a soft bed makes you happy easily! You truly are simple."
Nobody pointed at him while laying down. "Listen...After getting smashed through walls by a giant orc...this feels like peak luxury."
Ren chuckled quietly.
Then his crimson eyes moved toward the glowing number above the door again.
1308.
For just a brief second
His expression became unreadable. "...Rest properly, Bowlcut."
Nobody yawned loudly. "Yeah yeah..." But before the door fully closed, Nobody suddenly raised his head slightly. "...Hey Ren."
"Hm?"
"...Thanks."
Then Ren smirked faintly again. "Don’t thank me yet."
SHHHHK.
The door closed.
"Well, let’s get some sleep."
