MY FAMILY HEAVEN : Mine only
Chapter 153 - 130: LEISURE, MEMORIES, AND ARRIVAL
The engine hummed softly as Jun Hao drove leisurely through the streets. He had absolutely no specific destination in mind. He wasn’t heading to any fancy or well-known place, nor did he look for any restaurant that had famous sponsorships or big advertisements. To him, eating was just a necessity, and today he wanted everything to be simple and free. He just picked a place at random—a clean-looking restaurant along the roadside that seemed comfortable and quiet.
He parked his car and walked in. The interior was cozy, filled with the warm aroma of food. Jun Hao sat down at a table near the window, called the waiter over, and ordered his meal without hesitation. He ordered food in a portion that was easily equivalent to five times what an average person would eat in one sitting. Rice, side dishes, soup, and extra meat—he ordered it all generously.
When the food arrived, the table was practically full, piled high with plates. The other customers around him couldn’t help but glance over. At first, everyone assumed he was waiting for friends, colleagues, or family members to join him. Surely one person can’t eat this much, they thought to themselves.
But Jun Hao paid no mind to the curious gazes around him. He picked up his spoon and fork and began to eat, eating with incredible appetite and gusto. He chewed and swallowed with enjoyment, finishing plate after plate steadily, without slowing down or showing any sign of being full.
As time went on, the expressions of the people watching changed completely. Surprise turned into shock, and shock slowly turned into envy and disbelief. They watched as this handsome, well-built young man emptied every single dish until nothing was left, wiping the plates clean.
The ones who felt the most envious and frustrated were a group of middle-aged men with big bellies and some heavier-set women sitting nearby. They looked at Jun Hao, then looked at their own bodies, and then looked back at him again. It was unfair, they thought. How could a man eat this much—enough to feed five people—and still keep his body so proportional, so fit, so lean yet muscular without an ounce of fat anywhere? While they struggled just to maintain their weight and had to restrict their diet strictly, here was someone eating like a glutton yet looking perfect. It truly felt like an injustice to their eyes.
Jun Hao didn’t care about what anyone thought or felt. He felt good, his body needed the energy, and he simply enjoyed his meal. Once he was completely done and satisfied, he wiped his mouth calmly, paid the bill, and walked out of the restaurant with light steps, leaving behind a room full of people still staring at him in amazement and envy. 𝐟𝕣𝕖𝐞𝐰𝕖𝚋𝐧𝗼𝚟𝐞𝕝.𝗰𝐨𝐦
He got back into his car—the powerful, sleek Force model—and started the engine again. Now that he was full and happy, it was finally time to head toward his workplace: Bailong Reflexology Center.
The drive didn’t take long. Soon enough, the familiar building came into view. The front of the center was designed entirely with large, clear glass panels, making everything inside visible from the street outside, and vice versa. Jun Hao drove his car right up to the front entrance and parked it directly in front of the glass doors, intending to just hop out quickly.
From inside the reception area, Guo Ying noticed the expensive car pulling up and stopping right at the entrance. She frowned slightly, thinking it was a customer or a stranger parking incorrectly. She immediately walked out through the glass doors, hurrying over to tell the driver that parking there wasn’t allowed.
She reached the car and was just about to knock on the window to signal the driver to move when the door swung open from the inside. Jun Hao stepped out casually, straightening his clothes.
"Ah! It’s you, Jun Hao?" Guo Ying blurted out, eyes widening in surprise.
Jun Hao smiled, stepping fully out and closing the door. "Yeah, it’s me. Who else would it be?"
Guo Ying looked at him, then looked at the luxurious car behind him, and back at him again, clearly shocked. "I honestly didn’t expect this at all! So... you actually have your own private car? Why did you come here driving this? Yesterday and the days before that, you always took a taxi, didn’t you?"
Jun Hao leaned back against the car slightly, grinning playfully. "Oh, this? This was a gift... from one of my customers. They gave it to me as a present."
Guo Ying let out a loud laugh, shaking her head in amusement. She clearly didn’t believe a single word of it, assuming Jun Hao was just joking around and teasing her. "Yeah, yeah, sure! I bet that’s exactly what happened. You really know how to make up stories, don’t you?"
Her expression turned a little more serious then, gesturing toward the car. "But seriously though, Jun Hao... we usually don’t allow anyone to park right here in front. It blocks the view and ruins the look of the place. The rule is everyone—customers and staff alike—must park in the basement parking area. You know that too, right? You’ve driven customers down to the basement parking lots plenty of times yourself. Nobody parks out front."
Jun Hao slapped his forehead lightly, looking apologetic. "Oh right! Right! I completely forgot. Sorry, sorry, sorry! My bad, I’ll move it right now."
He paused for a second before getting back into the car, looking at her. "Oh, and Guo Ying... make sure you register me as a working therapist on the schedule for today, okay?"
"Don’t worry about that, it’s all already arranged and set up for you," Guo Ying replied confidently.
"Alright then, I’ll go park this first," Jun Hao said.
He hopped back in, reversed the car smoothly, and drove it around toward the entrance leading down to the basement parking area. Once he had parked and locked the car securely, he walked back into the center and straight to the reception desk where Guo Ying was sitting.
"Hey, Guo Ying," Jun Hao called out.
"Yes? What is it?" she answered with her usual bright smile.
"Listen... do we have spare sets of work clothes here? You know... the uniforms for the therapists?" Jun Hao asked.
Guo Ying looked at him curiously. "Spare sets? Extra uniforms? Why? Did yours get dirty or something? If it’s dirty, just give it to me. I’ll send it to the laundry. Usually, all the therapists collect their clothes in the afternoon to be washed anyway."
Jun Hao chuckled softly, shaking his head. "No, no, not dirty. It’s just that... I accidentally left mine behind... at a customer’s house," he said with a straight face.
Guo Ying burst out laughing, covering her mouth, absolutely refusing to believe him. "Hahaha! You really are something else, Jun Hao. You never run out of jokes, do you?"
Jun Hao just shrugged, not bothering to argue. "Alright, whatever you say. But seriously, you do have spare ones, right?"
"Of course we do," she pointed toward a tall wooden cabinet in the corner of the room. "They’re right over there in that closet. You can choose whatever you want. We have men’s uniforms and women’s uniforms, all hanging there. Just pick. We have all kinds of sizes too—small, medium, and large. You can take whichever fits you."
Jun Hao nodded and walked toward the cabinet. As he was walking, he remembered something. Whenever he wore the standard uniform size they usually gave him, it always fit well everywhere else... but it was always tight around the groin area. The fabric would always stretch and cling tightly, clearly revealing and outlining his size and shape underneath, making everything obvious.
He turned back to Guo Ying. "Hey... regarding the sizes... the ones I usually wear... well, they fit me, but they’re... tight in certain places. Hmm... what size do you think I should take?"
Guo Ying waved her hand casually. "Just take the large one then. That’s the biggest size we have here anyway."
Jun Hao sighed, rubbing the back of his neck. Great... the largest available is still going to be too small in that area, he thought to himself. So it’s going to be the same thing all over again. Oh well.
"Alright, thanks," he said out loud.
He opened the cabinet door, found a clean set of the largest sized therapist uniform available, took it out, and headed straight toward his private work room, ready to spend the rest of the day as the Second Boss—comfortable, respected, and already counting down the hours until he could go back home to Lianhua.
