Chapter 795

Anna told her dorm mates, who were always with her during her spell-casting practice, about all the skills that she had from the Sorceress class that Anton gave her. She attributed the skills to the magic item that her brother gave her. As per Anton’s advice, she put a point on different skills so she could learn and study them. It was not much of a problem since she could reset her Sorceress skills once a week.

Anna had put a single skill point on Ice Bolt, Frozen Armor, Frost Nova, Ice Blast, Fire Bolt, and Telekinesis. Anna planned to put all the skill points that she would earn leveling up on the Telekinesis spell since she wanted to use it to fly. With the items that her brother gave her, her Sorceress spells, even with just one point on them, would be enough for combat.

Even now, with just a single point on Telekinesis, it made Anna’s life much easier. The ability to move things around her using just her mind basically made her able to multitask. She could even levitate a bit already, although with just a single point, the energy that she had would run out almost immediately.

According to Anton, she could put the stats she could earn from leveling up her Sorceress Class on the Energy stats to increase her energy pool.

She especially liked the Frost Nova spell as well. The ability to freeze or slow down all the enemies that surrounded her was truly helpful, and the fact that her allies would not be affected if they were part of her party system meant that she could unleash Frost Nova whenever she wanted.

With the Meditation Aura from the Insight Spear, she could have spammed her skills endlessly. She learned the phrase “spamming skills” from Anton. The issue was that she had decided to leave the spear inside her storage item.

She really wanted to use the spear. Suddenly, she thought of an idea. She could let Ingrid or David use the spear, and she would be under the Meditation Aura. Of course, her dorm mates would benefit as well since they would be able to memorize their spells at an extremely fast pace, but since they would be inside a dungeon floor, with a tense combat situation, there was a chance that they would not notice it. They would feel the increased rate of their classes leveling up since, according to her father, the Meditation Aura also leveled up the classes of this world faster than normal when killing dungeon monsters. She and her father also learned the phrase “leveling up” from Anton. Her brother kept using curious phrases, but they were usually apt to certain situations, so she and their father adapted them as well. After watching so many movies, Anna knew that some of those phrases came from movies or television shows.

Still, she could just tell everyone at the party that it came from Daniel or Ingrid and would just let her father’s vice-captains handle the explanation. They could even remain silent on the issue and act aloof, and no one would blame them since adventurers had their secrets.

That decision made Anna happy since it meant that she could unleash her Sorceress spells almost unlimitedly inside the dungeon floor. The fact that her three dorm mates agreed to let her kill the monster was also a great benefit for her, although she had to pay for that privilege by allowing her classmates to see movies in the Rose Manor that had not been shown in the cinema as well. Anna knew that Anton gave Aunt Romina a lot of movies, and she knew that Romina would allow her and her classmates to see some of them.

“You don’t have to tell us what the magic item your brother gave you, but can you tell us more about it?” Normumu asked.

Anna agreed by telling her all the current spells that she “Unlocked”. If they were all being honest, the spells that Anna had told them had counterparts in the standard magic spells of this world, but the difference was Anna’s ability to cast her Sorceress spells nonstop and without the need for a pause. Anna's spells from the “magic item” could be cast without verbal, somatic, or material components, which was a true advantage in combat. The fact that there were a lot more spells that would be unlocked in the future, at least that was what Anna told her three classmates, made Avina, Normumu, and Alethea in awe of Anton’s ability to create magic items. And Anton was only nineteen years old.

“Your brother is truly one in a million talent,” Alethea sighed, with Avina and Normumu agreeing with her.

Anna thought in her mind that they did not even have an inkling of what Anton’s true capabilities were. The fact that if she got tired of the Sorceress Class, Anton could bestow her another class was awe-inspiring. Anton’s unique magic allowed him to have eight unique classes. Anna remembered that one of the classes was the Barbarian class. She imagined herself as a muscular warrior, and that made her giggle.

When the day of the dungeon delve arrived, Anna excused herself from her three dorm mates and met with Daniel and Ingrid outside. She immediately handed the Insight Spear to Daniel and asked Anders’s vice-captain to activate the spear once they were inside the dungeon floor, and the party was established. She told Daniel that he should not share the effects of the spear with her dorm mates and just act aloof when asked about the effects of the aura from the spear.

Daniel and Ingrid smiled when they heard Anna’s instructions and told her that they knew what to do, since they had been doing the same thing when they were with Anders and carrying someone they knew at the party. They told Anna that aside from the original mercenary team members, which was not considered the core of the mercenary company of the Sunders’s family, no one knew about the effect of the Insight Spear anymore.

The travel to the Goblin’s Cave dungeon was a couple of hours from the academy. Daniel and Ingrid brought two of the family’s carriages to bring everyone to the dungeon. Anna decided to accompany Daniel and Ingrid to one of the carriages with her three dorm mates and the other two guards in the second carriage. She told Avina, Normumu, and Alethea that she needed to discuss family business with her father’s vice-captains.

Once they were inside the carriage and the travel started, Anna asked Daniel and Ingrid what they knew about Anders’s class and how the Insight Spear worked. They basically told her that they knew everything, like how Anders had received a very special and powerful class from Anton and how the Insight Spear allowed her father and all the members of his father’s party to gain power, aka level up, at an extremely fast pace.

They also told Anna that they knew that once Anders’s level was high enough, he did not need the Insight spear anymore. They thought that they could use the Insight spear on their dungeon delve since Anders went to New Drennor to fight the undead. Unfortunately for them, the Insight spear of Anna’s father was given to the family’s mages, with Anders telling his men that they could earn experience on their own without the spear, unlike the family mages, who would need all the assistance they could have to increase their power as soon as possible.
