My Kingdom Building Done Right!
Chapter 249: Night Visit [Part 2]
Leone glanced at Yuni, then at Aria. Both were sleeping soundly, with the former lying on his left and the other on his right.
The three of them were naked under the covers with both ladies holding onto his arms.
Two hours earlier, they had entered his room and said they had come there for a Night Visit.
It didn’t take Leone any effort to identify the culprit behind all of this. Originally, he planned to march off and confront Kael, but the towel wrapped around his waist slipped down.
With that, one thing led to another, and before he knew it, Yuni had already guided him to the bed and planted a kiss on his lips.
He wouldn’t have minded being kissed by her if it were only the two of them. However, Aria was watching from the side, so Leone tried to resist.
Amidst his attempt to resist, Yuni whispered something in his ear, which made him stop.
"You’re playing a dangerous game, Yuni," Leone said. "Don’t forget that I’m a man. If I lose control, you and Aria will be in deep trouble."
"I trust you, Leone," Yuni replied. "Besides, I won’t mind if you lose control."
After saying those words, Yuni cupped his face and kissed him again. This time, Leone no longer resisted. He kissed her, not holding back.
Aria was also seated on the bed, watching the two with a beet-red face.
After kissing Leone for a while, Yuni reached out to Aria and asked her if she wanted to kiss Leone as well.
In response, the young lady shyly nodded her head, and with Yuni’s encouragement, she timidly approached Leone.
"Are you sure about this, Aria?" Leone asked. "It’s not too late, you know? Just leave and forget about your grandfather. I’ll make sure he won’t say anything tomorrow."
"Leone, I know you care about me in your own way," Aria said with a smile. "And I know you don’t want to harm me. I also understand you don’t have feelings for me as you do with Yuni, but that’s fine."
The young lady reached out to touch the side of his face, caressing it gently.
"I am a member of the Aslan Tribe," Aria declared proudly. "Even if you don’t embrace me tonight, I will not leave this room until the sun rises. This is my choice, not my grandfather’s. So, don’t feel burdened by it.
"However, there is one thing I wish to have as a memory. On the eve before our tribe goes to war, I want to stay by your side. I don’t know what will happen tomorrow, so I don’t want to have any regrets."
The young lady paused and pressed her forehead against Leone’s own forehead.
Then, she spoke once more.
"We are barbarians. We don’t have the luxury of believing that tomorrow is guaranteed. In the Borderlands, people can disappear overnight, so we learn to treasure things that matter to us while we’re still alive. You may not love me, but I like you, Leone. I like you very much."
She then pressed her lips against the young man’s, kissing him gently. It was an innocent kiss, coming from an innocent girl.
Yuni watched this with a smile. Just like Aria, she, too, was a barbarian.
Having grown up in a place where they could easily lose their lives at the hands of monsters and other tribes, they had long understood how fragile life was.
Yet hope never left their hearts.
Instead, they always clung to it. And right now, Leone was their hope.
Anyone in the Aslan Tribe would gladly throw themselves in the line of danger if it meant that Leone would be able to survive.
They would not hesitate to sacrifice their lives to ensure that the person who acted as the pillar supporting their world would remain standing until the very end.
In that single kiss, Leone felt Aria’s determination. Before he could even think, his hands had already subconsciously wrapped around her fragile body and returned her kiss.
Aria was one of his people. People whom he wanted to protect with everything he had.
When Aria finally pulled back, Leone felt something wet fall on the side of his cheek.
The young lady had shed a tear, unable to control her feelings after Leone returned her kiss.
"Don’t cry, Aria." Leone reached out to hold the young lady in his arms, gently patting her head.
Aria had no intention of crying. She just became emotional, thinking something might happen to Leone when the fighting actually began.
Originally, Leone wanted the women and children to evacuate to the Hidden Valley for their safety.
However, they rejected this proposal.
They all insisted on staying and fighting alongside everyone.
Even if they couldn’t be on the frontlines, they wanted to help out by carrying ammunition to the repeating crossbows, ballistas, and catapults that the warriors would be using in battle.
Aria, too, would join this group.
She already had a plan in mind. If the Aslan Tribe were to lose in this war, then she would take her own life and follow her tribe to the afterlife.
To the place where Yuni and Leone would be. She didn’t want to be left alone.
Aria hugged Leone tightly, fully knowing this might be the last time she would have the opportunity to do something like this.
Just as she said earlier, she didn’t want to have any regrets. If this were to be her last night in the world, then she would live it to the fullest.
Suddenly, the young man felt someone hug him from behind. It was none other than Yuni.
"Don’t underestimate the ladies of a barbarian tribe," Yuni said in a serious tone. "The moment we set our sights on something, we will carry it through to the end. Aria and I will carry our mission tonight to the end, so you better be prepared."
"You girls..." Leone no longer lost all desire to push them away. "Fine, but I have a condition."
"And that is?" Yuni asked.
Leone spoke in a firm manner, which prompted the two ladies to listen. When he finished, Yuni and Aria only hugged him tighter before kissing his left and right cheeks.
"Okay," Yuni said. "I accept the condition."
"I accept it as well." Aria nodded.
After reaching an agreement, the two ladies slowly undressed.
The faint sound of clothes falling beside the bed echoed softly in the room.
Leone stared at the two women before him.
Yuni met his gaze without fear, while Aria’s face burned red with embarrassment. Yet neither of them looked away.
After everything they had said, after entrusting their feelings to him on the eve of war, Leone no longer had the heart to reject them.
His eyes lingered on their beautiful figures, and he couldn’t help but draw in a slow breath.
Soon, Aria slowly pushed Leone down on the bed and kissed him gently. In the meantime, her hands wandered over his chest, caressing it lovingly.
As for Yuni, she reached toward his lower half and held it softly. Though this move made Leone shudder, he made no move to stop her.
Using their hands and lips, they relieved Leone of everything, calming his mind and heart.
As he lay on the bed, panting for breath, the two ladies carefully cleaned his body before lying down by his side.
The young man then held the two ladies close, planting a kiss on their foreheads.
"Thank you," Leone said. "That was amazing."
Although the two ladies had no experience, they did their best to make him feel as good as possible.
They didn’t cross that final line, but that was enough.
They would finish what they started once the war was over.
As Leone held them close to him, the two ladies soon drifted into sleep.
He could feel the warmth and softness of their bodies.
In the vision he had in the past, Yuni had killed herself. Looking back, he believed that Aria might have suffered the same fate... or a fate far worse.
At the thought of that possibility, he once again believed that he had made the right choice by killing Ragan and Varus, whom he had seen in his vision.
Leone then intertwined his hands with the two ladies sleeping beside him.
Now, he had one more reason not to lose the war tomorrow.
Soon, he too fell asleep, surrounded by the feelings of those who cared for him.
As the three teenagers slept, outside the walls of Aslan Soleil, fifty masked individuals who were all part of Jafar’s special forces infiltrated the forest under the cover of darkness.
Despite the dark surroundings, they moved as if they could see everything as clearly as if it were day.
The squirrels then started squeaking, informing their allies that intruders had entered the forest.
Seated on the ramparts of the first wall, Logan, who sat cross-legged as if in meditation, slowly opened his eyes.
A faint smile appeared on his face as he slowly stood up.
The fifty infiltrators believed they were slipping into enemy territory unseen.
Yet, what they didn’t realize was that the moment they entered Aslan Soleil’s territory, they had already stepped onto a trap they could never escape.
