Chapter 301: Demonic Spells

With the false world complete, the moon had turned blood red, painting the entire world in a sinister crimson glow. Damian neither moved nor spoke. He was patient enough to wait.

Instead, his aura spread outward silently.

Thin layers of demonic force expanded from his body like invisible silk, wrapping themselves around every building, cottage, and structure throughout the estate. The protection appeared fragile at first glance, yet each layer possessed terrifying durability. The reason was simple. The false world did not discriminate. Once sealed within it, everyone became prey.

His wives.

His subordinates.

Even the lesser demons guarding the estate. Since he had decided to handle this alone, protecting them was his responsibility as well.

"HMPH! LITTLE HUMAN, I HAVE FINALLY COME TO TAKE WHAT IS MINE!"

A cold aged voice exploded across the heavens.

The clouds twisted violently.

A massive face slowly emerged from within them, staring down upon Damian with eyes filled with fury and killing intent.

The features were humanoid. Yet the sharp contours of the face resembled those of a dragon.

A Kasok as expected.

"Ooh shit. Patriarch Yu came himself," Rin blurted out in surprise.

Damian blinked.

"Patriarch who?"

"Rah’s dad." Rin rolled his eyes. "You probably should have cracked her when you had the chance. Now there’s no way she’s going to let you hit after you kill her father."

Damian immediately facepalmed.

Regret flooded his heart.

Playing hard to get had cost him the opportunity to experience the exquisite beauty of Kasok royalty.

"I think I’ll take the L if I can get a Demigod-level demonic cursed tool out of all this."

His disappointment vanished almost instantly.

Value was value.

The gigantic face in the heavens blinked in confusion. The Patriarch had expected fear or perhaps hostility.

What he had not expected was for Damian and Rin to completely ignore him while discussing his daughter.

Not only were they arguing in his presence.

They were arguing about pursuing his daughter.

For several seconds the ancient Kasok Patriarch simply stared.

Then his expression twisted violently.

"UNCULTURED SWINE! DIE THEN!"

Something far more terrifying immediately began unfolding. Before Damian’s eyes, the blood-red moon slowly shifted colors.

Crimson became azure. Azure became frost.

The entire false world transformed alongside it.The bloody light vanished and was replaced by a chilling blue radiance that spread across existence.

The temperature plummeted instantly.

The air crackled, even space itself seemed to groan beneath the pressure.

Damian and Rin both looked upward. Frowns appeared on their faces simultaneously.

"Yep," Rin muttered. "It’s obviously a large-scale killer spell."

Dong!

The sound of an ancient cathedral bell echoed throughout the sky.

The false world vibrated.

A massive magic array began taking shape high above the clouds. Its structure stretched across miles intricate runes rotated endlessly.

Entire rings of frozen symbols materialized one after another. Every line within the formation was made entirely from ice.

The sheer scale was absurd.

"Kasok motherfuckers," Rin hissed.

"I really need to work out these motherfuckers," Damian replied coldly.

Hostility leaked from his voice.

Then the spell completed.

"Demonic Art: Blizzard Of Death!"

Buzz!

The gigantic formation erupted with blinding azure light. A blizzard exploded from the heavens. The storm descended with overwhelming force.

Everything surged downward like the wrath of a dying world.

Trees shattered.

The earth froze.

Entire sections of the landscape disappeared beneath layers of frost. Yet the moment the storm touched the buildings protected by Damian’s aura, it split apart.

The blizzard bent around them.

A translucent system window appeared before Damian.

[Warning!]

[Blizzard Of Death constantly consumes the energy of those caught within it, freezing the soul once their energy is completely depleted. It also allows for skills like Frost Mirage.]

Damian’s expression finally changed.

Shock appeared in his eyes.

The last time the system had issued a warning like this was during his battle against Duke Haborym.

For another warning to appear now could only mean one thing. This spell was genuinely dangerous.

A very bad omen.

"I just have to destroy the array, correct?" Damian asked while raising his handfan.

Crimson flames burst to life within his pupils.

"That’s assuming they let you."

Rin’s voice carried obvious concern. The fox had noticed something.

M noDamian followed his gaze.

The ground below had completely changed.

A dark fog now covered the earth.

Within it, countless black plants began emerging from the frozen soil.

Their stems resembled thorn-covered vines.

Their flowers looked like sinister purple hibiscus blossoms dripping with death.

Another warning window appeared.

[Warning!]

[Death Bloom Plants are deadly flowers capable of eradicating an entire city within a single day. The plants leave seeds upon anything containing energy, causing purple hibiscus flowers to bloom while digging roots into their hosts and constantly draining power. The formation continuously spawns Bloom Bees.]

[The Death Bloom Formation can only be destroyed by locating its seed.]

Damian stared at the warning.

Then at the flowers, then at the frozen sky. 𝘧𝘳𝘦ℯ𝓌𝘦𝒷𝘯𝑜𝑣𝘦𝓁.𝒸𝘰𝓂

Two warnings.

Two large-scale killing formations and the real battle had not even begun. Even Duke Haborym had not pressured him this much.

The realization made his blood boil.

"Stop me?" Damian hissed.

Crimson fire exploded across his fan.

"I would like to see who dares stop me."

The surrounding air erupted.

Swoosh!

He casually swung the fan and the world ignited.

An ocean of crimson flames exploded outward. The fire spread in every direction like a divine tsunami.

Mountains of flame surged across the frozen landscape. The snow evaporated instantly.

The Nine Flames Fox Handfan amplified the attack tremendously, causing the sea of fire to expand far beyond what should have been possible.

It no longer looked like a spell.

It looked like a natural disaster.

A lone man had raised his arm and summoned a burning ocean.

The crimson tides surged against the blizzard.

Fire collided with ice.

The false world shook violently. And amidst the chaos, only two places remained untouched.

The structures protected by Damian’s aura and Damian himself.

Floating high above the battlefield, his robes danced within the storm while his eyes burned like twin crimson stars.
