My Mother is the Villain
Chapter 62: Return
All he needed to do was absorb more light until his body was completely filled with it, allowing the hidden light talent within him to awaken.
It was no different from cultivation, and the sensation was actually very comfortable for Victor.
However, Victor also felt a limitation from his own body—one he found utterly ridiculous.
He opened his eyes and immediately came to the conclusion that there was no hope for him to awaken a light talent, not even at the lowest Class.
His body simply would not allow it.
Even though he knew it was impossible, he closed his eyes again.
He wanted to understand what this limitation truly was—why he hadn’t even been aware of it.
As he became more serious and sank deeper, the restriction became clearer.
It felt like chains—chains that sealed everything.
From those chains, he sensed an aura that felt familiar, yet he did not recognize it. Strangely, it felt as if part of himself was that very aura.
Though the explanation seemed brief, it took him nearly an hour to reach that conclusion.
He opened his eyes again.
The World of Light only allowed one hour inside, and even then, only permitted three entries.
Victor did not know why, but once the hour was reached, he was completely pushed out by an invisible force.
"Victor." Carla greeted him with her usual smile.
Victor showed no reaction. Calmly, he said, "This doesn’t suit me. There’s no point in trying again."
Some people sneered when they heard that.
They just didn’t dare show it for more than a moment.
"Oh..." Carla sighed.
She had hoped Victor would be happy if he gained something—and that she would be the one to make him happy.
Unfortunately, that didn’t happen.
"Is there anything else useful?" Victor asked while looking into the woman’s eyes.
The woman shook her head.
Of course, the sect had many powerful Merit Laws and Techniques, but Carla clearly could not help Victor obtain them.
Those were exclusive to disciples. Even with a high price, the Holy Light Sect might not be willing.
Their Merit Laws and Techniques were their foundation, the reason they were so powerful.
If others obtained them, they could eventually build a sect like this.
A lack of resources could always be solved in the future.
"It seems I’ll just return to the academy tonight," Victor said as he took a step.
"Wait, don’t you want to stay the night?" Carla immediately chased after him.
Victor did not respond, but when they arrived at a secluded place with no one around, he entered a small forest and suddenly stopped, catching the woman off guard.
She was stunned when Victor suddenly touched her thigh, which was quite exposed as she was only wearing a white dress.
Carla felt as if she had been struck by electricity, startled.
Instead of panicking or getting angry, she smiled.
"Do you want me?" she asked.
"Weren’t you the one who wanted me?" Victor asked back.
"All women want you, and I just happen to not care about morals." She stepped closer to Victor.
Victor’s hand remained on her thigh and began to caress it.
"How about we go to my castle?" the woman said, looking excited and impatient.
Victor realized that she indeed had personal desire toward him.
"That castle is boring. It’s better in the open," Victor replied.
"But—"
As Carla was about to protest, Victor pulled her dress down.
The woman widened her eyes but could no longer stop him. Her dress fell, though fortunately she was still wearing a bra and underwear.
Even so, she still looked embarrassed. Her cheeks turned red.
"You lack confidence compared to Alexandra. She didn’t hesitate to take off her clothes in front of me," Victor said.
"How about you take off the rest?" he asked.
"Did Alexandra really do that in front of you?" Carla looked surprised.
"You can see it yourself later. Or maybe you want to join her," Victor replied casually.
"You promise." The woman became more excited, her hands already reaching for her bra clasp.
"In the end, I will. A man always wants more when it comes to beautiful women," Victor answered.
Carla nodded upon hearing that, and her bra truly came off, falling to the ground.
"Continue," Victor said.
This time, Carla pressed her lips together and began lowering her underwear.
Victor found the woman’s body quite cute.
"Isn’t it your turn now? Or do you want me to help you?" Carla asked.
She suppressed her embarrassment. Instead of feeling cold, she seemed to feel hot.
Of course, the woman was not wrong. Alexandra also desired Victor—how could she not?
Victor smiled faintly.
A large dragon hand appeared beside him, silver with golden lines and an overwhelming majestic aura.
It immediately grabbed Carla’s naked body.
"You?" She was stunned and shocked as she found herself completely powerless before that dragon hand.
"I don’t need a useless woman. Next time, satisfy me properly if you want me," Victor said.
Whoosh!
The dragon hand immediately threw Carla into the air, toward a place filled with disciples of the Holy Light Sect.
She landed there in an instant.
"Ahhhh, close your eyes or I’ll make you all go blind!" the woman shouted loudly.
Instead, it only attracted more gazes toward her.
Victor didn’t look back.
DING!
(You have committed a crime, seriously harassing a woman. Your understanding of Tyrannical War Body has increased from 55% to 70%!)
[Merit Law:]
Tyrannical War Body (Heaven Class >70%)
Heavenly Lightning (Heaven Class >50%)
A notification appeared, and Victor wanted to laugh.
Before he could go far, Alexandra appeared in front of him.
As the controller of the sect’s formation, she seemed able to move locations easily.
"Victor, what are you doing?" she asked in confusion.
"Let’s return to the Academy!" Victor answered.
"Yes..." Alexandra knew there would be trouble if they delayed.
Her carriage appeared, and they entered.
When it moved, it turned into light.
Victor’s entire view became white. He didn’t even feel like he was inside a carriage.
And it didn’t take long at all. In less than a minute, everything returned to normal, and Victor realized they were already in front of the Heaven Emperor Academy.
"So fast," he said.
Even Peak Cultivators might not be able to do this.
"My father put a lot of effort into making this carriage. The horses are nothing more than decoration. The carriage itself can move up to the limits of the world’s laws. But the energy required is also enormous," Alexandra explained softly.
"By the way, what did you do to Carla?"
"I told her to strip," Victor replied. "And she did. Then I threw her into the crowd of Holy Light Sect disciples."
Alexandra, "..."
"Let’s go!"
Victor stepped down from the carriage, followed by Alexandra.
The academy did not seem quiet, and many people were looking at them.
Of course, no one knew yet what Victor had done.
They had arrived too quickly.
Even the spread of news wouldn’t be that fast.
And perhaps the Holy Light Sect would tightly suppress that news.
They could do so with their power.
"By the way, I want to meet Lady Jade Sovereign," Victor said.
"I can’t accompany you to meet her," Alexandra replied softly.
Her relationship with her own master had reached its lowest point.
She didn’t even dare face her.
"You can go back first..." Victor didn’t mind her not accompanying him.
They then walked in different directions.
Victor headed toward the grand castle of Lady Jade Sovereign.
The guards frowned when they saw him.
Coincidentally, Lancelot came out of the castle gate.
"What are you doing here?" he asked.
"What else? Lady Jade Sovereign has the obligation to guide me," Victor replied.
He stepped toward the gate without waiting for permission.
"Master is training our Senior Brother. You can’t disturb her," Lancelot immediately blocked him.
"Senior Brother." Victor was slightly surprised upon hearing that, then remembered someone with the title Human Young Monarch, Charles Habsburg.
This man was from the same generation as Bryce from the Heavenly Lightning Sect, yet he was still allowed to stay in the Heaven Emperor Academy, though he often traveled outside and even to other continents.
As a mature genius, it was certain he would compete for the World Crown.
By now, he should already be in the True Paragon Realm.
His strength might already be close to powerful Sect or Clan Masters.
Someone like this did not really need guidance from someone like Lady Jade Sovereign anymore, even though the latter had far deeper cultivation. At most, only guidance in certain extremely complex aspects.
Of course, at that realm, improvement was more difficult.
The chance for young geniuses like Victor, even Lancelot, to surpass him was still wide open.
"What does that have to do with me?" Victor replied.
"Lady Jade Sovereign has the obligation to guide me because of her oath. Even her disciples’ matters must be postponed."
"You—" Lancelot flushed with anger.
Victor stepped forward, and Lancelot could no longer stop him.
He had no choice but to acknowledge the truth of Victor’s words.
Lady Jade Sovereign’s promise had been witnessed by many.
After passing through the gate, Victor noticed two people in front of the door—one old and one young.
They did not seem to be from this academy.
Although calm, Victor sensed a hidden fierce aura from them, as if they were accustomed to intense battles.
Their gazes toward him were extremely sharp, and he could not say he was unaffected, even with five Will Power.
Victor suspected that the two of them were not inferior to his grandfather.
