My Super Sassy Dad: Stop Running Away, Mrs. Quinn!
Chapter 633: Go Try It Out
Kiki Sutton took out her phone and sent a message to Melody Thorne, telling her that Hans Montrose was saved, but she couldn’t go to the hospital now.
"Ding ding," a few notifications sounded from Jared Quinn’s computer, Melody Thorne instinctively moved towards it, and on the screen, one by one, designs of women’s dresses were being sent over.
All from the hands of famous designers.
"Do you like them?" Jared Quinn props up one arm behind her, "I’ve already arranged for someone to choose a wedding venue. Leon Rivers was right, every woman dreams of a wedding, so let’s have another one and tell everyone we’ve gotten married, alright? With our child."
"Another wedding?" Melody Thorne stared at the designs on the computer. Like every woman, she indeed looked forward to her own wedding, something Jared Quinn owed her. Why not have it now?
"Okay, but I want to design the wedding attire myself," Melody Thorne proudly raised her chin.
Just a chance to practice.
"Are you sure?" Jared Quinn sounded slightly skeptical. "How about this, let’s first visit Locke’s place to try on the gowns and wedding dresses he’s designed. If you’re not satisfied, then you can design them yourself, okay?"
"Alright, shall we go now?"
"Yes," Jared Quinn closed the file, took her hand, and walked out.
Leon Rivers watched with wide eyes, wondering what was going on. Every time he came around, he felt like a third wheel. 𝗳𝗿𝐞𝕖𝘄𝗲𝕓𝗻𝚘𝚟𝕖𝐥.𝚌𝕠𝕞
At Locke’s studio, the moment he saw Melody Thorne, he stared at her in disbelief, "You’re Duke’s wife? The actress who played Willow Bright?"
"That’s me," Melody Thorne replied with a light laugh, "Turns out you watched my movie."
"Of course, I watched it more than ten times. I’m your..." the fanboy words from Locke were cut short by a warning glance from the side.
"Let’s check out the wedding dresses, let’s check out the wedding dresses." Locke quickly changed the subject, pulling open the curtain, revealing many styles of wedding dresses, with the leading one adorned with over 300 carats of diamonds, designed in a long style preferred by Elysian people.
At first glance, Melody Thorne fancied the diamond one, luxurious yet understated, "I think this one is pretty good, but if it can be altered a bit, it would be better. I find it too conservative."
From the high neckline to the hemline, apart from the arms, not a single part was exposed.
Locke glanced at the man behind him. Honestly, wedding dresses rarely are this conservative, but when Jared Quinn asked him to design the dress, he insisted on making it conservative.
He probably wouldn’t be satisfied until Melody Thorne was completely wrapped up.
"This is perfect," Jared Quinn’s hand wrapped around Melody Thorne’s waist, "You’re wearing it for me, not for anyone else."
Melody Thorne’s silence "..."
Who said that? She wanted everyone to see it.
"Go try it," Jared Quinn took her hand and led her into the fitting room, raising his hand to undress her.
"Jared Quinn, you go out first. Wait until I’m dressed before you come in," Melody Thorne pushed him with her hand, "Did you hear me? Please step out."
"I’ll help you put it on," he was utterly delighted when it came to undressing her.
In no time, Melody Thorne’s clothes were removed by him, and he dressed her in the wedding gown. Although it’s conservative, Locke designed it to perfectly accentuate the body shape, with its curves emphasized. Due to pregnancy, her body was more shapely than before, further showcasing a graceful silhouette.
