Sebastian called for the 3-fold gathering for a reason.

After hearing about the end of the world and the Ancient Cthulu extensively from Eliana, as an intellectual, Sebastian made his calculations and arrived at a basic estimate for when the world would be taken by storm.

According to Eliana, the basic estimate for the destruction of Oceania was in 2 years but there was no specific date or time. Taking this as his cue, Sebastian estimated the time for the start of the world war.

In his calculations, the world war was likely to start when it was only a year to the destruction of the world since by then, the patience of the Empires would have waxed thin and every Empire would be a tense and unsettled state.

When faced with the prospect of extinction, Sebastian was pretty sure that even the exalted Atlantis Empire would not be able to keep their cool.

Unfortunately, though, his calculations were wrong, the world war came far earlier than he expected. There was still more than a year and 6 months to the end of the world but the world war already started.

Sebastian was no strategic commander, neither was he a philosopher of wars but he had a basic understanding of history from his previous life.

Every world war that was fought on earth was triggered by a specific reason. For this Oceania world war, the general reason was the end of the world but for its early start, Sebastian guessed that there was another reason behind this.

Sebastian didn’t know what the leaders of the powerful Empires of this world saw for them to have decided to start the war now, but no matter what it was, his intuition told him that it was not father Christmas.

This was what gave him an even greater sense of urgency to achieve all his goals as fast as possible. At this moment, he was a Red tier predator already but Sebastian was still far from achieving his ultimate goal.

He knew that he had no time though, this was why he decided to accelerate things up. Sebastian needed to become a Sea King in the next 6 months, and at least in a year’s time, he expected to become the Ocean Master.

To achieve this ambitious plan of his was why Sebastian called for a 3-fold meeting. His plan for the Leviathons was to establish the Leviathon Empire as a major power in Oceania as fast as possible.

To establish an Empire in Oceania though, Sebastian needed the help of the Black tier Leviathons which was why he set his ultimate goal to locate them.

Once he could locate the Black tier Leviathons and he proposed his plan before them, he was sure that they would buy into his plan.

Creating the Leviathon Empire was not just to help the Leviathons.

Once this Empire was established under his leadership, Sebastian would easily be propelled to the very heights of power in Oceania considering the depths of the Leviathon race. There were multiple Black tier Leviathons alive today.

As the leader, of course, Sebastian was not about to lead them to their doom but that advantage would make his Ocean Master-seeking journey smoother.

As for his plan for his army, just growing it the normal way was too slow in his opinion since they were still deficient and weak in a lot of ways.

For the Sebastian Warriors Army to become a superpower as fast as possible, Sebastian deduced that taking a crooked path was the best way, and the 2 best ways that he thought of were the bounty organization and the Great White Empire.

The Great White Empire was the empire of Great White Sharks and Leviathons. Being one of the lesser Beast Empires, Sebastian believed that he could worm his way into the upper hierarchy of this Beast Empire.

Once he got their support, his army would become stronger.

His 2nd plan for growing his army was the Demon Inter-racial Bounty organization which coincidentally also had their headquarters here in the Dungeon of Souls, this made things a lot easier for Sebastian.

Of all the plans that he made, this was the only one that was already in motion and it was being spearheaded by Sebastian’s 4th living doppelganger.

The Night Rakshasha was one of Sebastian’s bodies that were extremely anonymous, only known by a few important confidants like Captain Omega, Doctor Josephine, and Eliana.

No one else knew that he already had a 4th living doppelganger.

He loved the Night Rakshasha not for their strength, but for their elusive and assassin-like nature. Just a week after he created this living doppelganger, he managed to infiltrate the headquarters of the bounty organization.

Now, what Sebastian waited for was the small window of opportunity to open up when the leader of this inter Great Sea bounty organization was at his weakest to strike.

With this bounty organization, Sebastian would grow a lot of teeth in the dark that he could mobilize to solve a lot of problems that were inconvenient for his official organizations to take care of.

With the bounty organization, he would become a real mafia lord.

As for his plans for his anatomy organization, it was very simple and straightforward. All it entailed was to go out there, find some mad scientists and integrate them into the anatomy organization before getting them up to date.

Essentially, all that he needed from his anatomy organization was more output from them. He wanted them to work faster and more efficiently.

Once the gathering came to an end, Sebastian and his subordinates went to work. The world was already at war, they could not afford to stay idle.

While Sebastian left most of the details of the plans to his main body, he focused on fulfilling his goal of creating the Leviathon Empire.

The first step that he intended to take was to build a reputation for this massive alliance of Leviathons.

Through Eliana, Sebastian knew that Black tier predators were recluse predators who could spend decades in isolation sometimes trying to get epiphanies that would enable them to improve.

To grab the attention of the elder Black tier Leviathons and get his idea across to them, Sebastian needed to do something bombastic and that was exactly what he intended to do.

His first step in this plan of attracting attention was the Blood Wreckage.

In the few weeks that he left the Dirans to their game, they proved a massive help as they managed to salvage a lot of useful magic gadgets and weapons that were now being used in the Sebastian Warriors army.

The Blood Wreckage was a treasure trove and Sebastian intended to take it all for himself. Such a brave move would surely attract a lot of attention.

He would be killing multiple birds with one stone, not only having a chance of attracting the attention of the Black tier Leviathons, but he would also amass a great amount of wealth from the treasures hidden there.

Once he and his subordinates were ready, Sebastian gave the order to leave.
