Chapter 560: The Atlantian Dilemma.

"Give me the reports".

"Yes, your Majesty".

5 royal attendants hovered below the revered throne of Atlantis as they got prepared to read the reports of the ongoing world war to their queen.

Queen Auralis had a dignified look on her face as she seemed to look down on the whole world from a high pedestal.

World wars were significant events in the history of every planetary dimension that would always leave a deep scar behind. World wars were responsible for the extinction of races, that was enough to show their dreadfulness.

Atlantis, being the ruling power of the current age of Oceania at first glance seemed to be the top dog, but things were not so rosy underneath.

Compared to other Beast Empires and variant human Empires, of course, the Atlantis Empire had the fiercest depths of them all having accumulated a horrifying amount of military strength over the centuries.

Despite their astonishing depths, they were only 1 Empire against many and though the other Empires did not have as deep a military depth as they did, they were not stagnant and also had fearsome military strengths.

The closest Empires with strength that were comparable to the Atlantis Empire were the Sea King Empires, followed by Empires of special Beast Races and variant humans like the Killer Whale Empire, the Elves, and Snowmen Empire.

In this world war, things could easily escalate and go either way and if someday all the Empires suddenly decided to ally and group fight the Atlantis Empire, there was no way that this overlord Empire would survive.

In this world war, apart from making sure that they remained sharp and ready for battle, to survive, the Atlantis Empire needed to retain its allies.

One of the reasons why they became an overlord Empire was because of the ties that they had with other Empires, and in this period of a world war were the bonds of these ties really put to the test.

In this world war, the stress on the Queen of Atlantis to think and keep a lot of things in order was much but this veteran royalty was able to take it all calmly.

Queen Auralis tapped her throne’s armrest as she listened.

Once the 5 royal attendants read the report, a slight frown crept up her face as she ruminated on them. The reports were still as hollow as always.

Whereas most small-time beast groups could only feel the ripples of the world war, the war was hard and fierce in the territories of Beast Empires as they struggled and fought hard for hegemony.

This was another week and, in this week, another Empire which was a staunch ally of the Atlantian Empire already succumbed.

The survivors came seeking refuge in the Atlantis Empire.

In normal times, due to a lot of reasons, Queen Auralis would have ignored this plea to keep her Empire unified and safe but not today, not this time.

All eyes were on her Empire, if the news that she abandoned one of her allies spread, there was a great likelihood that her Empire would be abandoned in weeks.

Queen Auralis’s eyes squinted in worry. The war was already taking a toll on her mind, and her only breakthrough point seemed to keep slipping away.

For a long time, though she never really paid attention to it due to the numerous tasks that she had to give her time to, Sebastian was always on her mind from the very first day that she heard of him.

From that very day when the prophecy came of the Ocean King’s unique skill already being inherited, she knew that trouble was coming and it was coming fast.

Originally, her experience was her greatest weapon in leadership but it was the same experience that became her greatest hindrance when it came to Sebastian. Common sense could not be used to judge this freak of nature.

In her opinion, a century passing was like the blink of an eye.

She thought that the Megalodon would need at least a century to become any relevant but boy, how wrong she was as Sebastian blew her mind in just a year!

The news kept on coming to her like bombshells.

Today, Sebastian became a purple tier predator, tomorrow, he became a Red tier predator, the next day, he inherited the Tower of Sukkot, the next, he was the freaking leader of the newly created Leviathon Empire!

The news gave her so much stress that she no longer trusted her judgment. Her experience was worth as much as fart before Sebastian.

She felt even more stressed out when she knew that Sebastian was their greatest obstacle to retaining their hegemony according to the prophecy.

She needed to get her hands on this Megalodon before he could fully fulfill his potential. She knew that she had no time, and that was where the dilemma came from, how was she to capture Sebastian now?

His main Megalodon body was in the Dungeon of Souls where not only the great Necromancy King lived, but also where the Leviathon Empire was established.

Even for their standards, it was virtually impossible to get Sebastian’s main body now unless she intended to put all of Atlantis’s forces into the operation which was impossible since it would leave them vulnerable in other areas.

Queen Auralis was in a huge dilemma as she thought and thought for ideas with none worthwhile coming forth.

She really loved to believe that at this moment, Sebastian was taking a nap to rest after achieving so much in so little time but heck, Sebastian never rested, he was a freak!

"F*ck it, we need to mobilize the army against him now!" Queen Auralis lost her cool from the stress as she finally made a decision.

"What are your orders, your Majesty?"

"Mobilize the Orchestra Mega Fleet, we are going to the Green Mist Sea!"

"Understood, your Majesty, what of you...?"

"Yes, prepare my war chariot, I am personally leading this raid!"

"But..."

"That is my order!"

"Understood, your Majesty!"

Queen Auralis’s eyes glowed golden as electricity seemed to move through them. After thinking long and hard, she finally came up with the perfect plan.

To truly get Sebastian, the only weakness was his Atlantian body.
